Last trägt.

Cable car with stationary carrying and revolving traction rope.
In the known cable car with carrying and pulling cables, the pulling cable occasionally participates in carrying the load between the cable support points when it sags less than the loaded carrying cable due to its longitudinal tension. On the other hand, at the rope support points, where the pull rope is carried by pulleys, which are either below the car or tightly. are stored below the pull rope clamp, the pull rope is lifted from its rollers by the clamp and therefore loads the carrying rope with its own weight and the mean force from the tensions of the two pull rope debris. The load on the suspension ropes at the rope support points due to this additional load often exceeds the weight of the loaded wagon: The suspension ropes are therefore subjected to significantly higher stress at the support points.
These points are therefore decisive for the service life of the entire rope, since the pieces of rope lying in between are usually too short to continue to be used profitably when the support points wear out.
The invention consists in the fact that the pull rope is not lifted off its rollers at the rope support points, but also part of the rope there. Burden. It is achieved in this way that the support cable is not more heavily loaded at the support points than at the points in between, so the pull cable takes on part of the load over the entire length of the route. A suitable choice of the tension of the tension rope can ensure that a certain proportion of the car's weight is carried by the tension rope even between the supports.
In order to achieve the joint carrying of the load by the carrying and pulling rope, a special connection of the pulling rope clamps or pulling rope carrying pulleys with their carriers can be used. It is known in the case of cable railways with traction and carrying ropes to mount the traction rope support rollers and clamps so that they can be displaced relative to one another. According to the invention, the displaceable part is now guided in the vertical plane containing the pull rope at right angles to the roadway.
This ensures that when the pulling cable clamp passes over the cable support roller, none
Side shift of the pull rope takes place and the pull rope does not have the inclination of the
Falling rope pulley. If one then limits the upward displacement by means of a stop when the tension cable clamp is displaceably mounted, a load on the tension cable and corresponding relief of the suspension cable can thereby be achieved. The same can be achieved by u. to a certain extent that, in the case of tension cable support rollers and clamps that are mounted so as to be displaceable in relation to one another, in addition to the tension cable, a load counteracting the mutual displacement is applied to the displaceable part. This load changes as soon as the mentioned stop is activated.

The one leg 3 of the pincer-like pull cable clamp is mounted on the joint 4 on the running gear frame; it is supported in its lowest position at 5 on the drive cheek.
In the uppermost position of the cable clamp, there is a stop at 6 on the drive cheek.
The other leg 7 is connected to the leg 3 by the bolt 8 and carries at its end a roller 9 which moves in a horizontal slot of the slide 10. The slider 10 is mounted in guide grooves 11 so that it can be moved vertically in the carriage frame and is rotatably connected to the load carrier 12 by bolts 13. The load thus acts on the clamp leg 7 through the slider 10 and generates the required closing force. The clamps are opened and closed in a known manner

- X load weight is borne by the pull rope 17 as long as the rope clamp is not in contact with the stop 6 or 5 either above or below.
This portion of the load weight counteracts the displacement of the pull cable clamp away from the cable pulley 15 upwards when passing over the cable support.
In this embodiment, the position of the pull rope is chosen so that the clamp guides the pull rope on the side opposite the load suspension so far below the upper edge of the track that it is through rollers 18 (Fig. 4) in the horizontal plane even in the clamped state to the side of the Load suspension can be deflected. A pressure roller 19 is attached to the pull rope clamp, which runs under the pull rope guide rollers arranged above on an angle iron guide 20 and thereby lifts the pull rope from the rope pulley to such an extent that the clamp can slip through between the roller and the pull rope. The opening of the pull cord clamp is at the bottom and the lower ends of the clamping jaws are as short as possible and match the groove shape of the pull cord support rollers.
In addition to the jerk-free overflow of the clamp over the rollers, this also ensures that the stroke of the clamp that is slidably mounted on the vehicle is as small as possible.
The embodiment of Fig. 5 is similar to the embodiment of Fig. 1-4 except for the height of the pull rope. Here, too, the pull rope clamp grips the pull rope from above. The position of the pull rope is chosen so that the clamp grips it on the side opposite the load suspension approximately at the level of the upper edge of the roadway. This ensures that when the vehicle oscillates transversely to the direction of travel, there is no lateral displacement of the clamp, whereby a safe insertion of the pull rope is achieved on the clamp when coupling.
The embodiment according to FIG. 6 shows a cable clamp of the simplest type, which is tightened by a screw nut. One jaw 21 of the cable clamp is firmly attached to a slide 22, which can be moved vertically in the drive housing: a, while the other jaw 23 is pulled against it by means of its threaded bolt through the screw nut 24. A lever 25 with a locking weight 26 is used to move the screw. A spring 27 exerts the load against the displacement of the cable clamp. The load carrier 12 is connected to the drive housing 2 by the bolt 13.
In Fig. 7 an embodiment is shown in which the mutual displaceability of pull rope support rollers and clamps is transferred to the support rollers. Two pull rope support rollers 28 are mounted to swing around the bolt 29 mounted on the support by means of a carriage beam 30. Each of them is loaded by the other against its displacement away from the tension cable clamp.
In FIGS. 8 and 9, a device for a similar purpose is shown with only one pull rope support roller 31. The bearings 32 of the roller are mounted on two flat springs 38 so as to be vertically displaceable. The bending resistance of the spring loads it against the pressure of the tension cable clamp.
The rope clamps, which are mounted so as to be displaceable against the traction rope support rollers and are guided in the vertical plane containing the traction rope, at right angles to the roadway, if they are relieved of the forces opposing the mutual displacement, can also be used to relieve the suspension rope only of the additional load caused by the traction rope without part of the vehicle load being transferred to the pull rope.
