Reivindicacion 1: Compuesto de la formula (1), donde: R1 es a) hidrogeno, hidroxilo o amino; o es b) alquilo C1- 8, cicloalquilo C3-8, alcanoilo C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, aril-alquilo(C0-4) o heterociclilalquilo C0-4, cuyos radicales pueden estar sustituidos por 1-4 alquilo C1-8, halogeno, ciano, oxido, oxo, trifluormetilo, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, arilo o heterociclilo; R2 es a) alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, alquilosulfonilo C1-8, cicloalquilsulfonilo C3-8, aril-alquilsulfonilo(C0-8), heterociclilsulfonilo, cicloalquil(C3-12)-alcanoilo(C1-8), cicloalquil(C3-12)-cicloalcanoilo(C3-8), aril- alcanoilo(1-8), aril-cicloalcanoilo(C3-8), alcanoilo C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, carbamoil-alquilo(C0-8) opcionalmente N-mono o N,N-di-alquilado(C1-8), aril-alquilo(C0-4) o heterociclilalquilo C0-4, cuyos radicalaes pueden estar sustituidos por 1-4 alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalcoxi C3-8, amino, alquilamino C1-6, di-alquilamino(C1-6), alquilcarbonilamino(C0-6), halogeno, ciano, hidroxilo, oxido, oxo, trifluormetilo, alcoxi C1-8, carbamoilo N-mono- o N,N-di-alquilado(C1-8) en forma opcional, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, alquilendioxi C1-6, arilo o heterociclilo; o es b) junto con R1 y el átomo de nitrogeno al cual están unidos, un anillo heterocíclico de 4-8 miembros saturado o parcialmente insaturado que puede contener un átomo de nitrogeno, oxígeno o azufre adicional o un grupo -SO- o -SO2-, en cuyo caso el átomo de nitrogeno adicional puede estar sustituido en forma opcional por alquilo C1-8, alcanoilo C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, radicales arilo o heterociclilo, y este anillo heterocíclico puede ser parte de un sistema anular bicíclico o tricíclico que tiene un total de hasta 16 miembros y el segundo anillo puede contener también un átomo de nitrogeno, oxígeno o azufre o un grupo -SO- o -SO2-, y el átomo de nitrogeno en el segundo anillo puede estar sustituido en forma opcional por alquilo C1-8, alcanoilo C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8, radicales arilo o heterociclilo y todos los sistemas anulares mencionados pueden estar sustituidos por 1-4 alquilo C1-8, halogeno, hidroxilo, oxido, oxo, trifluormetilo, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi(C1-8)-alquilo(C1-8), alcoxi(C1-8)-alcoxi(C1-8), , alcoxicarbonilamino C1-8, alquilo(C1-8)carbonilamino, alquilamino C1-8, N,N-dialquilamino(C1-8), aril-alquilo(C0-4), ariloxi- alquilo(C0-4), aril-alquilo(C0-4)-alcoxi(C1-8), ariloxi-alquil(C0-4)-alcoxil(C1-8), heterociclilalquilo C0-4, heterocicliloxi-alquilo(C0-4), heterociclilalquilo(C0-4)-alcoxi(C1-8) o heterocicliloxi-alquil(C0-4)-alcoxi(C1-8); R3 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8 o alcanoilo C1-8; R4 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, alcoxicarbonilo C1-8 o alcanoilo C1-8; R5 son, cada uno de manera independiente hidrogeno o alquilo C1-8, o, junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están unidos, son un radical cicloalquilideno C3-8; R es un radical heterocíclico o carbocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, insaturado; uno de los radicales X1 y X2 es carbonilo y el otro es metileno; y una de sus sales.
