Abstract

Postupak za pravljenje dimetil-1,4-dihidro-,2,6-dimetil-4-(2'-nitro-fenil)-piridin-3,5-dikarboksilata I: naznačen time, što obuhvata reakciju jedinjenja opšte formule II: gde n je 1 i R je grupa formule ili n je 3 i R je vodonik, sa metilacetatom formule III: CH3-CO-CH2-COOCH3 (III) i opciono sa amino jedinjenjem opšte formule IV: gde Z je grupa formule CH3-C=CH-COOCH3; p je 0; k je 1; ili Z predstavlja C1-5alkanoiloksi grupu pravog ili račvastog niza ili karbonatni, bikarbonatni ili hidroksi anjon; p je 1; k je 1; ili k je 0 i jedan, p je 0 dok je drugi 1, u inertnom rastvaraču na temperaturi od -10 do 120В°C; ili reakciju 2-nitro-benzaldehida i metilacetoacetata formule III i vodenog amonijum hidroksida u prisustvu inertnog rastvarača u jednoj fazi na temperaturi od 101 do 120В°C, na pritisku 0,2-0,6 MPa.
