Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU EKSTRAKATA HMELJA I EKSTRAKTI DOBIJENI TIM POSTUPKOM, ovaj pronalazak je usmeren na postupak za proizvodnju ekstrakata hmelja koji sadrže male količine smolastih proizvoda kvarenja, koji se sastoji od ekstrahovanja ekstrakata hmelja iz suvog hmelja upotrebljavajući reciklovani ugljen dioksid u kome je ugljen dioksid u suvom subkritičnom ili superkritičnom stanju, i na ekstrakte hmelja koji se pri tom dobijaju. Ekstrakti hmelja dobijeni na taj način su vrlo korisni u proizvodnji piva visokog kvaliteta koje ima oštar i osvežavajući ukus.
