    を備え、
     前記記憶装置には、母材マスタ情報及び製品マスタ情報が格納され、
     前記母材マスタ情報は複数の母材の情報を含み、該情報には現時点での在庫量及び仕様が少なくとも含まれ、
     前記製品マスタ情報は複数の製品の情報を含み、該情報には現時点での在庫量、各製品に用いる母材情報、並びに製品を生産するための生産ライン及び生産工期に関する情報が少なくとも含まれ、
     前記入力装置に、顧客ごとの前記製品の受注量及び納入日と、本受注又は仮受注の受注種別を少なくとも含む注文情報が入力され、
     前記計画策定装置において、前記注文情報、前記母材マスタ情報、及び前記製品マスタ情報に基づき、

     前記注文情報、前記母材マスタ情報、及び前記製品マスタ情報に基づき、
     受注した製品を生産するための母材が不足していることが確認された場合に、母材の発注量を少なくとも含む発注計画を策定する発注計画策定工程、
     受注した製品について必要量の在庫が不足している場合に、不足する製品に関する前記生産ラインごとの加工スケジュールを少なくとも含む加工計画を策定する加工計画策定工程、
     受注した製品の出荷予定日、出荷予定日ごとの出荷数量を少なくとも含む出荷計画を策定する出荷計画策定工程、及び
     必要な前記発注計画、前記加工スケジュール、及び前記出荷計画を、前記加工スケジュールは前記生産ラインごとに集約し、前記出荷計画は前記顧客ごとに集約して出力する出力工程
    を備えることを特徴とする鋼板の受注・生産・販売方法。
    A method for receiving, producing, and selling steel plates used in manufacturing products made of steel plates by processing a base steel material in response to an order from a customer, comprising the steps of:
    an input step of inputting order information including at least the order quantity and delivery date of the product for each customer, and the order type (actual order or provisional order);
    a master reading process for reading base material master information including information on a plurality of base materials, including at least the current inventory amount and specifications, and product master information including information on a plurality of products, including at least the current inventory amount, information on base materials used in each product, and information on the production line and production period for producing the products;
    Based on the order information, the base material master information, and the product master information,
    an order planning process for formulating an order planning process that includes at least an order amount of the base material when it is confirmed that the base material is insufficient for producing the ordered product;
    a processing plan formulation step of formulating a processing plan including at least a processing schedule for each of the production lines for the products that are insufficient when the required amount of inventory for the ordered products is insufficient;
    A method for receiving, producing, and selling steel sheets, comprising: a shipping plan formulation step of formulating a shipping plan including at least a scheduled shipping date and a shipping quantity for each scheduled shipping date of an ordered product; and an output step of aggregating the necessary ordering plan, processing schedule, and shipping plan, for each production line, and for each customer, and outputting the necessary shipping plan, processing schedule, and shipping plan.
  19.  顧客からの注文に応じて母材となる鋼材を加工して鋼板からなる製品を生産する際に用いる鋼板の受注・生産・販売プログラムであって、
     顧客ごとの前記製品の受注量及び納入日と、本受注又は仮受注の受注種別を少なくとも含む注文情報、
     現時点での在庫量及び仕様が少なくとも含む複数の母材に関する情報が含まれる母材マスタ情報、及び
     現時点での在庫量、各製品に用いる母材情報、並びに製品を生産するための生産ライン及び生産工期に関する情報を少なくとも含む複数の製品の情報が含まれる製品マスタ情報
    に基づき、
     受注した製品を生産するための母材が不足していることが確認された場合には、母材の発注量を少なくとも含む発注計画を策定し、
     受注した製品について必要量の在庫が不足している場合には、不足する製品に関する前記生産ラインごとの加工スケジュールを少なくとも含む加工計画を策定し、
     受注した製品の出荷予定日、出荷予定日ごとの出荷数量を少なくとも含む出荷計画を策定し、
     必要な前記発注計画、前記加工スケジュール、及び前記出荷計画を、前記加工スケジュールは前記生産ラインごとに集約し、前記出荷計画は前記顧客ごとに集約して出力する
    ことを特徴とする鋼板の受注・生産・販売プログラム。

    When the ordered product is insufficient in the required amount of inventory, a processing plan is formulated including at least a processing schedule for each of the production lines for the insufficient product;
    Develop a shipping plan that includes at least the scheduled shipping dates and shipping quantities for each scheduled shipping date for the ordered products,
    1. A steel plate order-taking, production, and sales program, comprising: a program for outputting the necessary ordering plans, processing schedules, and shipping plans, wherein the processing schedules are aggregated for each production line, and the shipping plans are aggregated for each customer.
