Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'huile essentielle d'Alpinia oxyphylla Miq pour inhiber Listeria monocytogenes, et une huile essentielle d'Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : le prélèvement d'Alpinia oxyphylla Miq, le séchage de fruits mûrs, le broyage de ceux-ci et le tamisage pour obtenir une poudre; et le mélange de la poudre avec de l'eau selon un rapport massique matière-liquide de 1:10-12, le repos et le trempage pendant 2 à 3 h, puis la réalisation d'une distillation à la vapeur à 220 à 300 °C pendant 5 à 7 h. L'extraction à haut rendement de l'huile essentielle est obtenue par un procédé de distillation à la vapeur, et un taux d'extraction atteint 1,5 % ou plus. L'huile essentielle d'Alpinia oxyphylla Miq obtenue présente une activité inhibitrice extrêmement forte sur Listeria monocytogenes. Le diamètre de la zone d'inhibition atteint 8,6 Mm ou plus, et la CMI atteint 15 pL/mL ou moins.
