Claims (14)
- SiOx(0<x<2) 및 기공을 포함하고, Mg 화합물 또는 Li 화합물을 포함하는 실리콘계 복합 입자;상기 실리콘계 복합 입자 표면에 구비된 외부 탄소층; 및상기 기공 내부에 구비된 내부 탄소층을 포함하고,BET비표면적은 3 m2/g 내지 15 m2/g인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Mg 원소는 상기 실리콘계 복합 입자 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%로 포함 되는 것인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Li 원소는 상기 실리콘계 복합 입자 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%로 포함 되는 것인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외부 탄소층 및 내부 탄소층의 총 중량%는 상기 음극 활물질 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 것인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외부 탄소층은 상기 음극 활물질 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%로 포함되는 것인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내부 탄소층은 상기 음극 활물질 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 4 중량% 내지 35 중량%로 포함되는 것인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기공의 크기는 50 nm 이하인 것인 음극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질의 평균 입경(D50)은 2 ㎛ 내지 15 ㎛인 음극 활물질.
- SiOx(0<x<2)을 포함하고, Mg 화합물 또는 Li 화합물을 포함하는 예비 실리콘계 복합 입자로부터 기공을 포함하는 실리콘계 복합 입자를 형성하는 단계;상기 실리콘계 복합 입자 상에 탄소질 전구체를 배치한 뒤 제1 열처리하여 외부 탄소층 및 내부 탄소층을 포함하는 예비 음극 활물질을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 예비 음극 활물질을 제2 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 SiOx(0<x<2)을 포함하고, Mg 화합물 또는 Li 화합물을 포함하는 예비 실리콘계 복합 입자로부터 기공을 포함하는 실리콘계 복합 입자를 형성하는 단계는 상기 예비 실리콘계 입자를 산 또는 염기를 사용하여 에칭하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 제1 열처리는 600 ℃ 내지 1100 ℃에서 수행되는 것인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 제2 열처리는 600 ℃ 내지 1100 ℃에서 수행되는 것인 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극.
- 청구항 13의 음극을 포함하는 이차 전지.
