Abstract

The utility model entitled "Wheelchair undercarriage" relates to transportation, and more particularly to off-road transportation means, and can be used as a propulsion mechanism in wheelchairs for negotiating public staircases. The essence of the technical solution according to the proposed utility model consists in that the weight load is transferred from the body of a rotor to screw vanes by increasing the height of the latter and decreasing the diameter of the body of the rotor. Arranged across the diameter of the screw vanes are roller bearings or other ground-engaging elements. Using the proposed technical solution expands the functional capabilities of wheelchair undercarriages during travel on hard surfaces (asphalt, concrete and the like) with obstacles in the form of thresholds, curbs, steep slopes and public staircases, using the national standard GOST 8717 "Steps" to determine the parameters of a screw propulsion mechanism.

Описание. Description.
Полезная модель «Шасси кресла-коляски» относится к транспортному машиностроению, в частности к внедорожной транспортной технике, и может быть использовано в качестве шасси кресла-коляски для преодоления лестничных маршей общего пользования. Известно шасси кресла-коляски патент № 2018129363. При всех достоинствах конструкторской схемы известного шасси- прототипа последнее может быть усовершенствовано с целью расширения функциональных возможностей шасси кресла-коляски для движения по твердым поверхностям (асфальт, бетон и т.п.) с препятствиями в виде порогов, бордюров, эскарпов, включая лестничные марши общего пользования. Заявленная цель достигается тем, что в шасси кресла-коляски, содержащем ходовые опоры, несущую платформу системы приводов и устройство стабилизации положения платформы, ходовые опоры выполнены в виде бортовых шнековых движителей. Движитель должен не ползти по земле цепляясь шнеком, а катится не касаясь телом ротора поверхности, перебирая роликами (Фиг. 4а, 46, 4в) расположенными между щек шнека (Фиг. 3,5), двойными роликами с разных сторон (Фиг.4 в) от шнековой лопасти. Возможно это будет почти или сплошной винт из роликов (Фиг. 5,6) или других видов грунтозацепов (Фиг.7,8) как танковая гусеница. Параметры высоты и ширины ступеней будут определять высоту винтовой лопасти и шаг шнека, что позволит шнековому движителю шагать по лестнице (Фиг.9). Расположение привода шнека и его опорных точек на валу шнека, в любом месте, позволяет передней части шнека винтом с роликами преодолевать любые неровные участки.
