加热器以及包括该加热器的烟具
本申请要求于2020年08月03日提交中国专利局,申请号为202021576262.X,名称为“加热器以及包括该加热器的烟具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及烟具技术领域,尤其涉及一种加热器以及包括该加热器的烟具。
背景技术
诸如香烟和雪茄的吸烟物品在使用期间燃烧烟草以产生烟雾。已经尝试通过产生在不燃烧的情况下释放化合物的产品来为这些燃烧烟草的物品提供替代物。此类产品的示例是所谓的加热不燃烧产品,其通过加热烟草而不是燃烧烟草来释放化合物。
专利CN109846093A公开了一种低温烘烤烟具,包括第一导电模块、第二导电模块、第三导电模块和第四导电模块;第二导电模块中的第二圆环部和第四导电模块中的第四圆环部设置在两个远红外涂层之间,即位于加热基体的中间位置,在与环状的电极连接件装配时,环状的电极连接件需要从加热基体的第一端或第二端套上并往中间位置移动;由于环状的电极连接件的内径略大于加热基体的外径,因此在移动过程较为困难,且很容易导致远红外涂层的刮伤或者损坏,装配效率较低。
申请内容
为了解决现有烟具中存在的装配效率低且很容易刮伤或者损坏远红外涂层的问题,本申请实施例提供一种加热器以及包括该加热器的烟具。一方面,本申请实施例提供一种加热器,所述加热器包括:基体,具有一表面;所述基体包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述表面从所述第一端延伸至所述第二端;红外电热涂层,包括间隔形成在所述表面上的第一红外电热涂层和第二红外电热涂层;所述第一红外电热涂层和所述 第二红外电热涂层被配置为可独立的接受电源的电功率产生热量进而产生红外线,以辐射加热气溶胶形成基质的不同部分;导电元件,包括间隔设置于所述基体上的第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极;其中,所述第一电极、所述第二电极以及所述公共电极均包括耦接部和导电部;所述第一电极的导电部与所述第一红外电热涂层形成电连接,所述第二电极的导电部与所述第二红外电热涂层形成电连接,所述公共电极的导电部与所述第一红外电热涂层以及所述第二红外电热涂层形成电连接;所述第一电极的耦接部紧邻所述第一端设置、所述第二电极的耦接部紧邻所述第二端设置、所述公共电极的耦接部紧邻所述第一端或者所述第二端设置,所述第一电极的耦接部、所述第二电极的耦接部以及所述公共电极的耦接部用于耦接所述电源以将所述电功率馈送至所述红外电热涂层。

本申请实施例提供的加热器以及包括该加热器的烟具,通过将第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极的耦接部紧邻基体的两端设置,避免装配时损坏红外电热涂层,提升装配效率。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本申请进行更详细的说明。
图1-图2是本申请实施方式提供的一种烟具100,包括壳体组件6和加热器,加热器设于壳体组件6内。本实施例的烟具100,在基体11的外表面设置红外电热涂层以及与红外电热涂层导电连接的导电元件,红外电热涂层可发出红外线对基体11的腔室内的气溶胶形成基质的不同部分进行辐射加热,实现对所述气溶胶形成基质进行分段加热。
壳体组件6包括外壳61、固定壳62、基座以及底盖64,固定壳62、基座均固定于外壳61内,其中基座用于固定基体11,基座设置于固定壳62内,底盖64设于外壳61一端且盖设外壳61。
具体的,基座包括套接在基体11的第一端A的基座15和套接在基体11的第二端B的基座16,基座15和基座16均设于固定壳62内,底盖64上凸设有进气管641,基座16背离基座15的一端与进气管641连接,基座15、基体11、基座16以及进气管641同轴设置,且基体11与基座15、基座16之间可通过密封件密封,基座16与进气管641也可进行密封,进气管641与外界空气连通以便于用户抽吸时可以顺畅进气。
烟具100还包括主控制电路板3和电池7。固定壳62包括前壳621与后壳622,前壳621与后壳622固定连接,主控制电路板3和电池7均设置在固定壳62内,电池7与主控制电路板3电连接,按键4凸设在外壳61上,通过按压按键4,可以实现对基体11表面上的红外电热涂层的通电或断电。主控制电路板3还连接有一充电接口31,充电接口31裸露于底盖64上,用户可以通过充电接口31对烟具100进行充电或升级,以保证烟具100的持续使用。
烟具100还包括隔热管17,隔热管17设置在固定壳62内,隔热管17设置在基体11的***,隔热管17可以避免大量的热量传递到外壳61上而导致用户觉得烫手。隔热管包括隔热材料,隔热材料可以为隔热胶、气凝胶、气凝胶毡、石棉、硅酸铝、硅酸钙、硅藻土、氧化锆等。所述隔热管也可以为真空隔热管。隔热管17内还可形成有红外线反射涂层,以将基体11上的红外电热涂层发出的红外线反射回红外电热涂层,提高加热效率。
烟具100还包括温度传感器2,例如NTC温度传感器,用于检测基体11的实时温度,并将检测的实时温度传输到主控制电路板3,主控制电路板3根据该实时温度调节流经红外电热涂层上的电流的大小。
具体的,当NTC温度传感器检测到基体11内的实时温度较低时,譬如检测到基体11内侧的温度不到150℃时,主控制电路板3控制电池7输出较高的电压给导电元件,进而提高红外电热涂层中馈入的电流,提高气溶胶形成基质的加热功率,减少用户抽吸第一口所要等待的时间。
当NTC温度传感器检测到基体11的温度为150℃-200℃时,主控制电路板3控制电池7输出正常的电压给导电元件。
当NTC温度传感器检测到基体11的温度在200℃-250℃时,主控制电路板3控制电池7输出较低的电压给导电元件。
当NTC温度传感器检测到基体11内侧的温度在250℃及以上时,主控制电路板3控制电池7停止输出电压给导电元件。
图3-图4是本申请实施方式提供的一种加热器,加热器包括:
基体11,内部形成有适于收容气溶胶形成基质的腔室。
具体地,基体11包括第一端(或者近端)A和第二端(或者远端)B,延伸于所述第一端A和所述第二端B之间的表面。基体11内部中空形成有适于收容气溶胶形成基质的腔室。基体11可以为圆柱体状、棱柱体状或者其他柱体状。基体11优选为圆柱体状,腔室即为贯穿基体11中部的圆柱体状孔,孔的内径略大于气溶胶形成制品的外径,便于将气溶胶形成制品置于腔室内对其进行加热。
基体11可以由石英玻璃、陶瓷或云母等耐高温且透明的材料制成,也可以由其它具有较高的红外线透过率的材料制成,例如:红外线透过率在95%以上的耐高温材料,具体地在此不作限定。
气溶胶形成基质是一种能够释放可形成气溶胶的挥发性化合物的基质。这种挥发性化合物可通过加热该气溶胶形成基质而被释放出来。气溶胶形成基质可以是固体或液体或包括固体和液体组分。气溶胶形成基质可吸附、涂覆、浸渍或以其它方式装载到载体或支承件上。气溶胶形成基质可便利地是气溶胶生成制品的一部分。
气溶胶形成基质可以包括尼古丁。气溶胶形成基质可以包括烟草,例如可以包括含有挥发性烟草香味化合物的含烟草材料,当加热时所述挥发性烟草香味化合物从气溶胶形成基质释放。优选的气溶胶形成基质可以包括均质烟草材料,例如落叶烟草。气溶胶形成基质可以包括至少一种气溶胶形成剂,气溶胶形成剂可为任何合适的已知化合物或化合物的混合物,在使用中,所述化合物或化合物的混合物有利于致密和稳定气溶胶的形成,并且对在气溶胶生成***的操作温度下的热降解基本具有抗性。合适的气溶胶形成剂是本领域众所周知的,并且包括但不限于:多元醇,例如三甘醇,1,3-丁二醇和甘油;多元醇的酯,例如甘油单、二或三乙酸酯;和一元、二元或多元羧酸的脂肪酸酯,例如二甲基十二烷二酸酯和二甲基十四烷二酸酯。优选的气溶胶形成剂是多羟基醇或其混合物,例如三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇和最优选的丙三醇。
红外电热涂层形成在基体11的表面上。红外电热涂层可以形成在基体11的外表面上,也可以形成在基体11的内表面上。
在本示例中,基体的外表面包括涂层区域(第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122所在区域)、第一非涂层区域111、第二非涂层区域112以及非涂层区域113。其中,第一非涂层区域111紧邻基体11的第一端A设置,第二非涂层区域112紧邻基体11的第二端B设置,非涂层区域113设置在第一非涂层区域111与第二非涂层区域112之间。一般的,第一非涂层区域111和第二非涂层区域112的轴向方向的长度为2mm~3mm,非涂层区域113的轴向方向的长度约为0.4mm~1mm,优选的为0.4mm~0.8mm,进一步优选的为0.5mm。
红外电热涂层形成在基体11的外表面的涂层区域上。具体地,红外电热涂层包括形成在基体11的外表面上的第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122,第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122沿基体11的轴向方向分布、且通过非涂层区域113间隔。
红外电热涂层接受电功率产生热量,进而生成一定波长的红外线,例如:8μm~15μm的远红外线。当红外线的波长与气溶胶形成基质的吸收波长匹配时,红外线的能量易于被气溶胶形成基质吸收。红外线的波长不作限定,可以为0.75μm~1000μm的红外线,优选的为1.5μm~400μm的远红外线。在本示例中,第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122被配置为可独立的接受电源的电功率产生热量进而产生红外线,以辐射加热气溶胶形成基质的不同部分。
红外电热涂层优选的由远红外电热油墨、陶瓷粉末和无机粘合剂充分搅拌均匀后涂覆在基体11的外表面上,然后烘干固化一定的时间,红外电热涂层的厚度为30μm-50μm;当然,红外电热涂层还可以由四氯化锡、氧化锡、三氯化锑、四氯化钛以及无水硫酸铜按一定比例混合搅拌后涂覆到基体11的外表面上;或者为碳化硅陶瓷层、碳纤维复合层、锆钛系氧化物陶瓷层、锆钛系氮化物陶瓷层、锆钛系硼化物陶瓷层、锆钛系碳化物陶瓷层、铁系氧化物陶瓷层、铁系氮化物陶瓷层、铁系硼化物陶瓷层、铁系碳化物陶瓷层、稀土系氧化物陶瓷层、稀土系氮化物陶瓷层、稀土系硼化物陶瓷层、稀土系碳化物陶瓷层、镍钴系氧化物陶瓷层、镍钴系氮化物陶瓷层、镍钴系硼化物陶瓷层、镍钴系碳化物陶瓷 层或高硅分子筛陶瓷层中的一种;红外电热涂层还可以是现有的其他材料涂层。
导电元件,包括间隔设置于所述基体11上的第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极,用于将所述电功率馈送至所述红外电热涂层。
在本示例中,第一电极和第二电极作为正极、公共电极作为负极使用。第一电极导电之后,电流可以经由第一红外电热涂层121流向公共电极。第二电极导电之后,电流可以经由第二红外电热涂层122流向公共电极。
在本示例中,第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极均为导电涂层,导电涂层可以为金属涂层或导电胶带等,金属涂层可以包括银、金、钯、铂、铜、镍、钼、钨、铌或上述金属合金材料。
在本示例中,第一电极包括耦接部1311以及自耦接部1311朝向所述第一端A方向轴向延伸的导电部1312;耦接部1311沿基体11的周向方向延伸形成环形电极、且设置在基体11的外表面的第一非涂层区域111内,部分导电部1312位于涂层区域内与第一红外电热涂层121形成电连接,耦接部1311与第一红外电热涂层121之间是隔开的。需要说明的是,在其他示例中,耦接部1311沿基体11的周向方向延伸也可形成弧形电极。
第二电极包括耦接部1321以及自耦接部1321朝向所述第一端A方向轴向延伸的导电部1322,耦接部1321沿基体11周向方向延伸形成弧形电极、且设置在基体11的外表面的第二非涂层区域112内,部分导电部1322位于涂层区域内与第二红外电热涂层122形成电连接,耦接部1321与第二红外电热涂层122之间是隔开的。
公共电极包括耦接部1331以及自耦接部1331朝向所述第一端A方向轴向延伸的导电部1332,耦接部1331沿基体11周向方向延伸形成弧形电极、且设置在基体11的外表面的第二非涂层区域112内,部分导电部1332位于涂层区域内与第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122均形成电连接,耦接部1331与第二红外电热涂层122之间是隔开的。
导电部1312和导电部1322均与导电部1332沿基体11的中心轴对称设置;耦接部1321和耦接部1331沿基体11的中心轴对称设置。通过这种设置,可使得第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122的电流流径分布均匀。
由上述可以看出,耦接部1311紧邻基体11的第一端A设置、耦接部1321紧邻基体11的第二端B设置、耦接部1331紧邻基体11的第二端B设置,这样在与电极连接件装配时,不需要从两端移动到中间位置,即不会刮伤或者损坏红外电热涂层,装配效率也得以提升。
另外需要说明的是,正如背景技术中CN109846093A所提到的,由于加热基体的中间位置需要设置第二圆环部和第四圆环部,且第二圆环部和第四圆环部均需要和远红外涂层隔开,因此在加热基体的纵长方向上,第一长条部和第二圆环部之间的区域、第三长条部和第四圆环部之间的区域以及第二圆环部的轴向方向的长度较大,即两个远红外涂层在中间位置隔开的较远(约为2.5mm),这就很容易导致该区域对应的气溶胶形成基质受热较少,进而不能有效的受热生成气溶胶。而在本示例提供的加热器中,第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122之间无需设置电极,两者之间的距离较小(非涂层区域113的轴向方向的长度约为0.4mm~1mm),因此可避免气溶胶形成基质受热较少的问题,同时可使得气溶胶形成基质上下受热较为均匀,保持抽吸过程中的一致性。
图5-图6是本申请实施方式提供的另一种加热器,与图3-图4不同的是,第一红外电热涂层121和第二红外电热涂层122沿基体11的周向方向分布、且通过非涂层区域113间隔。耦接部1311、耦接部1321以及耦接部1331也均是紧邻基体11的第一端A和第二端B设置,这样在与电极连接件装配时,不需要从两端移动到中间位置,即不会刮伤或者损坏红外电热涂层,装配效率也得以提升。
请结合图3-图4、图7-图10进行理解,烟具100还包括电极连接件14,电极连接件14分别与第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极电连接,且分别将第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极延伸到远离基体11的位置。
以下以与第二电极电连接的电极连接件14为例进行说明:
电极连接件14包括接触部和延伸部142。接触部的至少一部分朝向所述基体11的外表面凸出以与耦接部1321接触以形成电连接;延伸部142相对接触部朝向远离基体11的位置延伸,延伸部142用于耦接电源。
接触部包括本体141、镂空形成在本体141上的四个悬臂1411。四个悬臂1411与耦接部1321抵接时能够产生弹性力,实现与耦接部1321的电连接;延伸部142自本体141朝向远离基体11的位置延伸。
本体141与基体11的端部的形状相匹配,具体地,本体141形成为弧状,本体141具有径向延伸的抵接部1412。弧状的本体141紧贴在基体11的端部面,抵接部1412抵接在基体11的端部进行限位,用于限制接触部与基体11的相对位置进而使悬臂1411定位在耦接部1321位置。
四个悬臂1411沿基体11周向方向间隔设置在本体141上。在其他示例中,悬臂1411的数量也不作限定,可以为四个以上或者以下,可以理解的是,多个悬臂1411对于可靠的电连接电极有帮助,但是会增加加工成本,本领域技术人员可以根据需要进行选择。
烟具100还包括套接在第二端B上的基座16,基座16选用绝缘的、耐高温隔热的材质。
具体地,基座16包括内筒161和外筒162,基体11可拆卸地套设在内筒161的外壁与外筒162的内壁之间。
内筒161呈中空管状,气流通过内筒161流向基体11的腔室。内筒161的轴向方向的长度略大于非涂层区域112的轴向方向的长度,以避免气溶胶形成制品***时与电极连接件14接触。
外筒162的外壁上具有周向分布的多个朝向隔热管17延伸的凸台1621,外筒162的端部具有径向延伸的抵接部1622,凸台1621和抵接部1622的设置,便于与隔热管17装配时,使得隔热管17的端部可抵接在抵接部1622上、同时使得隔热管17的内壁与外筒162的外壁之间具有一定的间隙以便于冷空气流入。外筒162的内壁还具有多个间隔分布的保持部1623,保持部1623自外筒162的内壁朝向内筒161方向延伸,当基体11被套设于基座16时,保持部1623抵接在基体11的外表 面以保持基体11的端部。
基座16还设置有用于阻止基体11转动的周向止动部,周向止动部包括在基座16朝向基体11一侧凸设的定位凸起163,基体11的管壁开设有与定位凸起163对应配合的定位凹口。当基体11被套设于基座16时,定位凸起163与定位凹口对应卡扣配合,以使得阻止基体11相对于基座16周向转动。
在基座16上还设置有用于引出电极连接件14的延伸部142的过孔164。
烟具100还包括套接在基体11的第一端A上的基座15,基座15的材质和结构可参考前述基座16部分。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种加热器,其特征在于,包括:
    基体,具有一表面;所述基体包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述表面从所述第一端延伸至所述第二端;
    红外电热涂层,包括间隔形成在所述表面上的第一红外电热涂层和第二红外电热涂层;所述第一红外电热涂层和所述第二红外电热涂层被配置为可独立的接受电源的电功率产生热量进而产生红外线,以辐射加热气溶胶形成基质的不同部分;
    导电元件,包括间隔设置于所述基体上的第一电极、第二电极以及公共电极;
    其中,所述第一电极、所述第二电极以及所述公共电极均包括耦接部和导电部;
    所述第一电极的导电部与所述第一红外电热涂层形成电连接,所述第二电极的导电部与所述第二红外电热涂层形成电连接,所述公共电极的导电部与所述第一红外电热涂层以及所述第二红外电热涂层形成电连接;
    所述第一电极的耦接部紧邻所述第一端设置、所述第二电极的耦接部紧邻所述第二端设置、所述公共电极的耦接部紧邻所述第一端或者所述第二端设置,所述第一电极的耦接部、所述第二电极的耦接部以及所述公共电极的耦接部用于耦接所述电源以将所述电功率馈送至所述红外电热涂层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述表面包括涂层区域、紧邻所述第一端设置的第一非涂层区域、以及紧邻所述第二端设置的第二非涂层区域;
    所述第一电极的耦接部、所述第二电极的耦接部以及所述公共电极的耦接部设置在所述第一非涂层区域和所述第二非涂层区域内,所述第一红外电热涂层和所述第二红外电热涂层设置在所述涂层区域内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一电极的 耦接部设置在所述第一非涂层区域内,所述第一电极的导电部自所述第一电极的耦接部朝向所述第二端延伸;
    所述第二电极的耦接部和所述公共电极的耦接部设置在所述第二非涂层区域内;所述第二电极的导电部自所述第二电极的耦接部朝向所述第一端延伸,所述公共电极的导电部自所述公共电极的耦接部朝向所述第一端延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求2-3任一所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一红外电热涂层和所述第二红外电热涂层沿所述基体的轴向方向间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一红外电热涂层和所述第二红外电热涂层之间的轴向间隔距离为0.4mm~1mm,或者为0.4mm~0.8mm,或者为0.5mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一电极的导电部和所述第二电极的导电部均与所述公共电极的导电部沿所述基体的中心轴对称设置;所述第二电极的耦接部和所述公共电极的耦接部沿所述基体的中心轴对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求2-3任一所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一红外电热涂层和所述第二红外电热涂层沿所述基体的周向方向间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,所述第一电极的耦接部、所述第二电极的耦接部以及所述公共电极的耦接部均与所述第一红外电热涂层和所述第二红外电热涂层隔开。
  9. 一种烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具包括:
    壳体组件;
    腔室,用于接收气溶胶形成基质;
    以及权利要求1-8任一所述的加热器,用于加热所述气溶胶形成基质以生成气溶胶。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括电极连接件、用于保持所述电极连接件的基座;
    所述电极连接件包括接触部,所述接触部的至少一部分朝向所述基体的表面凸出以与所述导电元件接触形成电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述接触部包括本体以及镂空形成在所述本体上的悬臂,所述悬臂与所述导电元件弹性接触以形成电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述悬臂的数量为多个,且沿所述基体的周向方向间隔分布。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述电极连接件还包括延伸部;
    所述延伸部相对所述接触部朝向远离所述基体的位置延伸,所述延伸部用于耦接电源。
