与现有技术相比,本实用新型至少具有以下有益效果:通过所述背护板和所述侧护板分别对搁物板的后端缘和侧端缘进行防护,以避免搁物板在运输过程中接触、撞击内胆的后壁和侧壁,从而保证防护效果;并且,通过将容纳空间设置为开口收窄的结构,增强与搁物板的配接牢固度,极好地卡住搁物板,以避免搁物板脱离开防护件,且无需胶带等辅助固定,避免因胶带带来的操作繁琐、人力成本高及异味等问题。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施例对本实用新型的实施方式进行详细描述。但这些实施例并不限制本实用新型,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。
参图1和图2,本实施例提供一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括内胆1。内胆1围出储物间室10,该储物间室10被配置为提供低温储藏环境以实现物品的低温存储,例如冷冻、冷藏食品。
内胆1大致设置呈前方具有敞口的矩形盒状,其包括顶壁11、底壁12、后壁13、右侧壁14和左侧壁15。其中,顶壁11和底壁12竖直方向相对设置;后壁13与所述敞口前后相对设置,后壁13连接于顶壁11后端和底壁12后端;右侧壁14 和左侧壁15在横向上相对设置,右侧壁14连接于顶壁11右端和底壁12右端并且自后壁13右端向前延伸,而左侧壁15连接于顶壁11左端和底壁12左端并且自后壁13左端向前延伸。
参图1至图3,所述冰箱还包括放置于储物间室10内的若干搁物板组件2,该搁物板组件2横置于储物间室10内,可以将储物间室10在竖直方向上进行分隔,并用于支撑物品,以实现储物间室10空间的充分利用。
搁物板组件2支撑于内胆1上,其包括用于支撑物品的搁物板20和两个防护件3。两个防护件3分别包覆在搁物板20的两个后端转角处,以用于解决搁物板20在运输过程中撞破内胆1或划伤内胆1的问题。
具体来讲,搁物板20具有右后端的转角以及左后端的转角,其中一个防护件3包覆在搁物板20的右后端转角处,以避免该右后端转角撞击、划伤内胆1的后壁13和右侧壁14;其中另一个防护件3包覆在搁物板20的左后端转角处,以避免该左后端转角撞击、划伤内胆1的后壁13和左侧壁15。
两个防护件3均采用下述的优选实施例予以实施,二者基于相同的结构以对称的方位配接于搁物板20的左右两侧,下面参图3至图6对防护件3具体结构的优选实施例予以介绍。
防护件3包括第一护板31、第二护板32、背护板33以及侧护板34。
第一护板31和第二护板32在竖直方向相对设置,背护板33连接于第一护板31的后端部和第二护板32的后端部。侧护板34连接于第一护板31的一横向端部与第二护板32的一横向端部,以图4示例角度而言,侧护板34连接于第一护板31的右端部与第二护板32的右端部。
第一护板31、第二护板32、背护板33及侧护板34合围出容纳空间30,由此,在防护件3对搁物板20进行包覆时,搁物板20的后端转角可以嵌入容纳空间30中,以使得防护件3包覆在该后端转角的外部。
并且,通过设置背护板33和侧护板34,在防护件3对搁物板20进行包覆时,背护板33能够贴靠搁物板20的后端缘21,侧护板34贴靠搁物板20在横向上的侧端缘23(或侧端缘22)。这样,当搁物板组件2安装于内胆1上时,背护板33夹持于搁物板20的后端缘21和内胆1的后壁13之间,以避免搁物板20的后端缘21接触、撞击内胆1的后壁13,进而避免撞破内胆1的后壁13;同时,侧护板34夹持于搁物板20的侧端缘23(或侧端缘22)与内胆1的右侧壁14(或左侧壁15)之间,以避免搁物板20接触、撞击内胆1的右侧壁14(或左侧壁15)。
而且,第一护板31和第二护板32之间形成有开口35,开口35导通容纳空间30与外界,也就是说,容纳空间30可以通过开口35连通防护件3的外界,以便于防护件3与搁物板20的组装配接。
开口35的竖直高度H2小于容纳空间30的竖直高度H1,从另一个角度讲,容纳空间30具有竖直高度极小区301和竖直高度极大区302,竖直高度极小区301相对靠近开口35,而相对的竖直高度极大区302远离开口35。
由此,将容纳空间30构造成窄口结构,防护件3对搁物板20进行包覆时,在无需采用胶带等辅助固定的情况下,防护件3通过自身结构即可牢固地固定在搁物板20上,从而减小搁物板20脱离出容纳空间30的几率,也可以避免因胶带带来的操作繁琐、人力成本高及异味等问题,另一方面也可以避免在搁物板组件2向内胆1的安装过程中背护板33和侧护板34发生翘曲或破损。
在本实施例中,第一护板31的前端部和第二护板32的前端部之间形成有前述开口35,容纳空间30的竖直高度极大区302相对靠后,而且其竖直高度极小区301相对靠前。由此,在所述冰箱的运输过程中,搁物板20不会因剧烈震荡而向上脱离出容纳空间30,以保证防护件3对搁物板20的足够防护。
进一步地,防护件3具有自然状态和弹性形变状态。当防护件3与搁物板20彼此分离时,防护件3处于所述自然状态,第一护板31的前端部和第二护板32的前端部彼此相贴合,开口35基本闭合,容纳空间30的竖直高度极小区201的高度小于搁物板20的后端转角的厚度,其高度大致为零;而当防护件3包覆在搁物板20后端转角时,防护件3处于所述弹性形变状态,第一护板31的前端部和第二护板32的前端部彼此上下分离,也即,在外力作用下,第一护板31的前端部和第二护板32的前端部可以发生弹性形变并相对彼此上下远离,使得开口35张开,容纳空间30的竖直高度极小区201的高度增大。
这样,在防护件3对搁物板20进行包覆时,防护件3保持所述弹性形变状态,在自身形变恢复力作用下可以紧密地夹紧搁物板20,以进一步增强与搁物板20的配接牢固度。尤其是如图3所示,搁物板20的后端缘21通常配置为厚度更大的后饰条,防护件3在弹性形变状态下能够极好地卡住所述后饰条,以稳定搁物板20的位置。
进一步地,第一护板31、第二护板32以及背护板33设置为通过挤出工艺一体成型地U形泡棉体,即具体材质可选用密度≥20Kg/m 3的聚乙烯发泡棉,既满足足够的防撞强度又具有一定的弹性形变能力,并且通过一体成型可以增强第一护板 31、第二护板32以及背护板33之间的连接强度。
而侧护板34的材质同样可以选用密度≥20Kg/m 3的聚乙烯发泡棉,其通过热熔接部或胶粘部固定连接于所述U形泡棉体。这样,同样可以满足足够的防撞强度又具有一定的弹性形变能力,并且通过将侧护板34与所述U形泡棉体分体成型,可以降低防护件3的加工难度,而通过热熔接部和胶粘部地设置,也可以实现侧护板34与所述U形泡棉体的牢固连接。
从加工工艺上来讲,所述热熔接部的设置可以通过对侧护板34和所述U形泡棉体的热压工艺予以实现,而所述胶粘部的设置可以通过在侧护板34和所述U形泡棉体之间涂覆粘结胶予以实现。
另外,侧护板34、第一护板31、第二护板32以及背护板33的材质不限于此。
优选地,所述热熔接部或所述胶粘部设置于侧护板34和第一护板31之间,以及设置于侧护板34和第二护板32之间,以及设置于侧护板34和背护板33之间,以进一步增强防护件3的结构强度,避免搁物板组件2向内胆1上安装时防护件3出现翘曲、破损的情况。
再优选地,背护板33的厚度大于侧护板34的厚度,例如,背护板33的厚度L可设置为不小于5mm,而侧护板34的厚度设置为2mm至3mm,这样,一方面,背护板33可以保证搁物板20的后端缘21与内胆1的后壁13有效分隔开来,在运输中冰箱躺放情况下,可以避免搁物板20的后端缘21对内胆1的撞击,另一方面,侧护板34在保证其对搁物板20的侧端缘23(或侧端缘22)和内胆1的分隔的同时,搁物板组件2向内胆1中的安装过程中安装流畅,不会因太厚而影响安装效率。
进一步地,本实施例中,防护件3设置为水平镜面对称体,也即上下对称,这样防护件3可以既适配于搁物板20的后端右转角,又适配于搁物板20的后端左转角,增强实用性,便于较高的装配速率。当然,防护件3也可以设置为上下非对称结构,只需能够与搁物板20的左右两个后端转角均适配即可。
另外,重新参图1和2,内胆1的右侧壁14具有下支撑筋141和上支撑筋142;下支撑筋141和上支撑筋142之间形成搁物板组件2的安装槽。在竖直方向上,下支撑筋141和上支撑筋142之间的间距小于防护件3的自然厚度,这样,防护件3过盈地夹持于下支撑筋141和上支撑筋142之间,从而使得搁物板组件2被挤压固定,而避免运输过程中前后、上下晃动。
同样的,内胆1的左侧壁15与防护件3同样采用过盈地配接方式,与右侧壁 14相同,不再赘述。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本实施例具有以下有益效果:通过背护板33将搁物板20的后端缘21和内胆1的后壁13进行分隔,以避免搁物板20的后端缘21接触、撞击内胆1的后壁13;同时,通过侧护板34将搁物板20的侧端缘23(或侧端缘22)与内胆1的右侧壁14(或左侧壁15)进行分隔,以避免搁物板20接触、撞击内胆1的右侧壁14(或左侧壁15);通过将容纳空间30设置为前部开口35收紧的结构,增强与搁物板20的配接牢固度,极好地卡住搁物板20,以避免搁物板20脱离开防护件3,且无需胶带等辅助固定,避免因胶带带来的操作繁琐、人力成本高及异味等问题。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种防护件,其特征在于,包括第一护板、第二护板、背护板以及侧护板,所述第一护板和所述第二护板在竖直方向相对设置,所述背护板连接于所述第一护板的后端部和所述第二护板的后端部,所述侧护板连接于所述第一护板的一横向端部与所述第二护板的一横向端部,所述第一护板、所述第二护板、所述背护板及所述侧护板合围出容纳空间;
    所述第一护板和所述第二护板之间形成有开口,所述开口导通所述容纳空间与外界,所述容纳空间具有靠近所述开口的竖直高度极小区和远离所述开口的竖直高度极大区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述第一护板的前端部和所述第二护板的前端部之间形成有所述开口,所述竖直高度极小区位于所述竖直高度极大区的前方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防护件,其特征在于,其具有自然状态和弹性形变状态;于所述自然状态下,所述第一护板的前端部和所述第二护板的前端部彼此相贴合;于所述弹性形变状态下,所述第一护板的前端部和所述第二护板的前端部彼此上下分离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防护件,其特征在于,其设置为水平镜面对称体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述第一护板、所述第二护板以及所述背护板设置为一体成型地U形泡棉体;
    所述侧护板垂直于所述背护板,且其通过热熔接部或胶粘部固定连接于所述U形泡棉体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述热熔接部或所述胶粘部设置于所述侧护板和所述第一护板之间,以及设置于所述侧护板和所述第二护板之间,以及设置于所述侧护板和所述背护板之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防护件,其特征在于,所述背护板的厚度大于所述侧护板的厚度。
  8. 一种搁物板组件,其特征在于,包括搁物板以及两个权利要求1所述的防护件,所述搁物板的两个后端转角分别嵌入所述容纳空间中,所述背护板贴靠所述搁物板的后端缘,所述侧护板贴靠所述搁物板在横向上的侧端缘。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的搁物板组件,其特征在于,所述防护件具有包覆所述搁物板的后端转角时的弹性形变状态和与所述搁物板相分离时的自然状态,于所述自然状态时,所述竖直高度极小区的高度小于所述搁物板的后端转角的高度。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的搁物板组件,其特征在于,每个所述防护件与所述搁物板的两个后端转角均可适配。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括围出储物间室的内胆、放置于所述储物间室中的搁物板以及两个权利要求1所述的防护件,所述搁物板的两个后端转角分别嵌入所述容纳空间中,所述背护板夹持于所述搁物板的后端缘和所述内胆的后壁之间,所述侧护板夹持于所述搁物板在横向上的侧端缘与所述内胆的侧壁之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述内胆的侧壁具有下支撑筋和上支撑筋;
    在竖直方向上,所述下支撑筋和所述上支撑筋之间的间距小于所述防护件的自然厚度,所述防护件过盈地夹持于所述下支撑筋和所述上支撑筋之间。
