电化学储能装置和设备
本申请要求于2019年8月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910730977.1、申请名称为“一种电化学储能装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电化学领域,特别是涉及一种电化学储能装置和设备。
背景技术
锂离子二次电池主要依靠锂离子在正极活性物质和负极活性物质之间的往返迁移来进行充电、放电。锂离子二次电池在使用过程中能够提供稳定的电压和电流,且使用过程绿色环保,从而被广泛地应用于各类用电设备,如手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、电动自行车、电动汽车等。但是,锂离子二次电池造福人类的同时,在充电过程中出现的起火和***等安全问题也时有发生,给人们的生命和财产安全带来很大威胁。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本申请的目的在于提供一种电化学储能装置和设备,用于解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本申请一方面提供一种电化学储能装置,包括正极极片、负极极片、以及位于所述正极极片和所述负极极片之间的隔离膜和电解液,所述正极极片包括正极集流体、位于所述正极集流体至少一面上的正极活性物质层、以及位于所述正极活性物质层与所述正极集流体之间的安全层,所述正极活性物质层包括正极活性物质,所述安全层包括粘结物质、导电物质和过充敏感物质;
所述过充敏感物质为包括单糖结构单元、且包括碳酸酯基团和磷酸酯基团中的至少一种的聚合物;
所述电解液包括溶剂和电解质,所述溶剂包括碳酸酯类溶剂。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,正极极片的安全层中包括过充敏感物质,过充敏感物质为包括单糖结构单元、且包括碳酸酯基团和磷酸酯基团中的至少一种的聚合物,电解液体系为碳酸酯溶剂体系,与特殊敏感物质具有良好的亲容性。在电化学储能装置充电时,如果发生过充滥用,过高的电压和一定的温度会导致安全层中过充敏感物质发生降解,降解产生的含有碳酸酯基或磷酸酯基团的糖单元片段能够迅速混溶于含有大量碳酸酯溶剂的电解液,从难以***的大分子链转变为可***的小分子溶液或溶胶状态,推动安全层中导电物质一起发生位移,破坏安全层中的导电网络,阻断集流体与正极活性物质层间的电子导通,及时切断充电电流,有效防止电化学储能装置发生热失控,避免引发起火、***等安全问题,提高电化学储能装置的过充安全性能。
对于依赖结晶度变化引起体积膨胀的PTC材料,其在高温条件下发生物理变化,这种变化受材料涂层制备工艺及电化学储能装置制备工艺的影响较大,比如,材料涂层制备工艺中的温度及涂布速度、电化学储能装置中的电解液等,都会对材料的结晶度产生影响、且影响不可控;此外,PTC材料更依赖于发生短路或者过充时,电池温度剧烈上升到一定程度而导致的电阻变化;对于热失控发生速度很快的电化学储能装置发生过充电,PTC材料很可能未被激发,不能及时切断充电电流,可靠性难以保证,存在安全隐患。与传统PTC材料作为安全层的设计相比,本申请所提供的电化学储能装置使用包括过充敏感物质的安全层,具有更好的可靠性,进而可以使电化学储能装置具有更好的安全性。
另一方面,本申请提供一种包含上述电化学储能装置的电池模块。
还要另一方面,本申请提供一种包含上述电池模块的电池包。
还要更进一步的方面,本申请提供一种包含上述电化学储能装置的设备,所述电化学储能装置可以作为所述设备的电源,也可以作为所述设备的能量存储单元。
本申请的电池模块、电池包和设备包括本申请提供的电化学储能装置,因而至少具有与本申请电化学储能装置相同的优势。

需要说明的是,本申请所提供的电化学储能装置可以为超级电容器、锂离子电池、锂金属电池或钠离子电池等。在本申请的实施例中,仅示出电化学储能装置为锂离子电池的实施例,但本申请不限于此。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,正极极片的安全层中的过充敏感 物质可以在一定条件下(例如,预设的温度、电压等条件),能够发生化学反应,降解产生含有碳酸酯基和/或磷酸酯基团的糖单元片段的物质。正极极片中,过充敏感物质发生降解的条件通常与正极极片或电化学储能装置的过充条件是相对应的,而对于不同的正极极片或电化学储能装置来说,具体的过充的条件是可以变化的。过充敏感物质发生降解的条件与温度和过充电压均有一定关系,例如,正极极片或电化学储能装置在自身使用温度较高的情况下,过充敏感物质在达到较低的过充电压时,便会发生降解,以保证电化学储能装置的安全使用;再例如,正极极片或电化学储能装置在自身使用温度较低的情况下发生过充,过充敏感物质可在达到相对较高的过充电压,发生一部分升温后开始降解,但正极极片的整体温度要比使用传统PTC材料的正极极片低许多。过充敏感物质具体的降解电压与温度,可根据实际需要进行调控。在本申请一些具体实施例中,电化学储能装置在充电电压为αV且温度为β℃的条件下,正极极片中的过充敏感物质发生降解,其中4.2≤α≤5.5、4.2≤α≤4.5、4.5≤α≤4.8、4.8≤α≤5.2、或5.2≤α≤5.5,35≤β≤80、35≤β≤40、40≤β≤45、45≤β≤50、50≤β≤55、55≤β≤60、60≤β≤65、65≤β≤70、70≤β≤75、或75≤β≤80。在上述α和β范围内的电化学储能装置,既能保证正常电压和温度下的正常使用,又能保证过充安全性能的可靠性。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,高容量的正极极片通常会在发生过充时,会以更快的速度发生热失控,所以具有合适容量的正极极片通常在防快充可靠性方面具有更大的优势。例如,正极活性物质层的单面单位面积容量可以为1.0~6.5mAh/cm 2、1.0~1.2mAh/cm 2、1.2~1.5mAh/cm 2、1.5~2.0mAh/cm 2、2.0~2.5mAh/cm 2、2.5~3.0mAh/cm 2、3.0~3.5mAh/cm 2、3.5~4.0mAh/cm 2、4.0~4.5mAh/cm 2、4.5~5.0mAh/cm 2、5.0~5.5mAh/cm 2、5.5~6.0mAh/cm 2、或6.0~6.5mAh/cm 2,可选的,正极活性物质层的单位面积容量可以为1.2~4.5mAh/cm 2
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,电化学储能装置的正极集流体至少一个表面上涂布有正极活性材料层。在本申请一具体实施例中,正极集流体的一个表面、或两个表面上可以涂布有所述正极活性材料层。需要说明的是,由于安全层设于正极集流体与正极活性材料层之间,因此,安全层的数量与正极活性材料层的数量通常来说是一致的。即如果正极集流体的 一个表面上涂布有所述正极活性材料层,则具有一个安全层;若正极集流体的两个表面上均涂布有所述正极活性材料层,则具有两个安全层。根据本申请,所述安全层的厚度没有特别要求,只要能够实现本申请的技术方案即可,例如,所述安全层的厚度可以为1μm~3μm、1μm~1.5μm、1.5μm~2μm、2μm~2.5μm、2.5μm~3μm、或≤3μm等。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,过充敏感物质可以包括单糖结构单元,且可以包括碳酸酯基团和磷酸酯基团中的至少一种,从而可以在一定条件下(例如,温度、电压等条件),能够发生化学反应,降解产生含有碳酸酯基和/或磷酸酯基团的糖单元片段的物质。在本申请一些具体实施例中,过充敏感物质可以为糖的碳酸酯化物、糖的磷酸酯化物、以及糖的碳酸和磷酸混合酯化物中的至少一种。糖的碳酸酯化物通常指糖分子中至少部分的羟基被碳酸基团取代所形成的酯化物,糖的碳酸酯化物的分子结构中通常包括碳酸酯基团;糖的磷酸酯化物通常指糖分子中至少部分的羟基被磷酸基团取代所形成的酯化物,糖的磷酸酯化物的分子结构中通常包括磷酸酯基团;糖的碳酸和磷酸混合酯化物通常指糖分子中至少部分的羟基被碳酸基团和磷酸基团取代所形成的酯化物,糖的碳酸和磷酸混合酯化物的分子结构中通常包括碳酸酯基团和磷酸酯基团。过充敏感物质的分子结构中,碳酸基团和/或磷酸基团可以作为交联基团连接多个单糖分子和/或多糖分子(例如,可以与多个属于不同糖分子的羟基基团反应生成碳酸酯基团或磷酸酯基团),以形成部分体相空间结构,也可以暴露部分未取代的碳酸和/或磷酸外端,还可以依情况选择烷基基团(例如,链长为C 1~C 5的烷基基团)进行封端,从而可以在正常使用时更好地稳定安全层中的导电网络,并在发生降解时产生更明显的结构变化,提高抗过充的响应速度。过充敏感物质的交联程度通常以能够正常制备防过充层为准,这对于本领域技术人员来说应该是已知的。过充敏感物质中,单糖结构单元也可以为糖分子的碳酸酯和磷酸酯化提供位点;碳酸酯和磷酸酯基团与常见电解液有很好的亲和作用,对Li +有很好的配位作用,此外,断裂产生的小分子糖单元和碳酸酯或磷酸酯片段,能够迅速混溶于含有大量碳酸酯溶剂的电解液,提高防过充效果的响应速度。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,过充敏感物质可以是由单糖、多 糖(包括寡聚糖)、或单糖和多糖混合物所形成的酯化物。单糖通常指无法进一步水解的一类糖,单糖的分子结构中通常可以包括3~6个碳原子;多糖通常指包括两个以上单糖单元(例如,2~10个、2个、3个、4个、5个、6个、7个、8个、9个、10个、或10个以上单糖单元)由糖苷键结合所形成的糖链。作为过充敏感物质来说,多糖可选为含有2~10个单糖结构单元的寡聚糖,以保证过充敏感物质具有合适的重均分子量。
进一步的,本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,过充敏感物质可选为糖的碳酸酯化物,碳酸酯化物与其他物质(例如,磷酸酯化物)相比,与电解液有更好的兼容性。在本申请一些具体实施例中,过充敏感物质可以为单糖的碳酸酯化物、多糖的碳酸酯化物、单糖与多糖混合物的碳酸酯化物等中的一种或多种的组合。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,碳酸酯类溶剂可以包括线状碳酸酯、环状碳酸酯等中的一种或多种的组合。具体适用于制备电化学储能装置的电解液的碳酸酯类溶剂对于本领域技术人员应该是已知的,例如,线状碳酸酯可以是碳酸二甲酯(DMC)、碳酸二乙酯(DEC)、碳酸二丙酯(DPC)、碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)、碳酸甲丙酯(MPC)、碳酸乙丙酯(EPC)等中的一种或多种的组合;再例如,环状碳酸酯可以包括五元环、六元环、七元环碳酸酯以及七元环以上的大环碳酸酯,具体可以是例如碳酸乙烯亚乙酯(VEC)、碳酸乙烯酯(EC)、碳酸丙烯酯(PC)、碳酸丁烯酯(BC)、氟代碳酸乙烯酯(FEC)等中的一种或多种的组合。在本申请一些可选的实施例中,作为电解液溶剂的碳酸酯类溶剂为线状碳酸酯与环状碳酸酯的混合物。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,溶剂中通常可选包括一定量的碳酸酯类溶剂,从而可以使过充敏感物质降解产生的产物能够迅速地溶解于含有碳酸酯溶剂的电解液中。在本申请一些可选的实施例中,碳酸酯类溶剂可以占电解液中总溶剂质量的30%以上、30%~33%、33%~35%、35%~40%、40%~45%、45%~50%、50%~55%、55%~60%、60%~65%、65%~70%、70%~75%、75%~80%、80%~85%、85%~90%、90%~92%、92%~95%、或95%~100%,更可以是50%以上。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,安全层中的导电物质通常可以保证安全层具有一定的导电效果,且在过充敏感物质降解时,可以被产生的 含有碳酸酯基和/或磷酸酯基团的糖单元片段推动,并发生位移,导致安全层中的导电网络被破坏;安全层中的导电物质可以包括金属导电材料、碳基导电材料、高分子导电材料等中的一种或多种。本领域技术人员可选用合适的适用于安全层的金属导电材料、碳基导电材料和高分子导电材料,例如,金属导电材料可以选自铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、镍、镍合金、钛、银等中的一种或多种的组合,再例如,碳基导电材料可以选自科琴黑、中间相碳微球、活性炭、石墨、导电炭黑、乙炔黑、碳纤维、碳纳米管、石墨烯等中的一种或多种的组合,再例如,高分子导电材料可以选自聚氮化硫类、脂肪族共轭聚合物、芳环共轭聚合物、芳杂环共轭聚合物等中的一种或多种的组合。
在本申请一些可选实施例中,导电物质可以为碳基导电材料,因为其较低的密度和较高的导电性,能够在少量添加的情况下,满足安全层在正常使用电化学储能装置时的导电性,并容易在过充敏感物质发生降解时,随之发生运动,破坏导电网络,提升防过充可靠性。在本申请一些更加可选的实施例中,导电物质为零维碳基导电材料,以减小导电物质在防过充响应时的随机搭桥效应。在本申请一些进一步可选的实施例中,导电物质可选为零维导电炭黑,其具有良好的导电性,并容易实现小粒径。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,安全层中的粘结物质通常用于保证安全层与集流体和正极活性物质层紧密连接。粘结物质通常可以是本领域各种适用于制备正极极片的粘结剂,例如,粘结物质可以选自聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、聚胺酯、聚丙烯腈、聚酰亚胺、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁苯橡胶、苯丙橡胶、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物及聚乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物等中的一种或多种的组合。在本申请一些可选的实施例中,粘结物质选自聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物等中的一种或多种的组合。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,安全层中过充敏感物质和导电物质的含量通常需要具有一定匹配,以保证安全层在正常使用时的导电性能和在发生过充时的阻断能力。过充敏感物质太少或与导电物质的比例过大,可能会导致其降解以后依然无法有效推动导电网路的断开。另外,安全层中的粘结物质通常需要具有一定的比例,以保证安全层正常使用。但过高 的粘结物质的比例可能会在过充敏感物质发生降解时,对导电网络崩解产生阻碍作用。在本申请一些具体实施例中,粘结物质的质量占安全层总质量的30%~60%、30%~35%、35%~40%、40%~45%、45%~50%、50%~55%、或55%~60%。在本申请另一些具体实施例中,过充敏感物质的质量占安全层总质量的25%~50%、25%~30%、30%~35%、35%~40%、40%~45%、或45%~50%。在本申请另一些具体实施例中,导电物质的质量占安全层总质量的6%~18%、6%~8%、8%~10%、10%~12%、12%~14%、14%~16%、或16%~18%。
本申请所提供的电化学储能装置中,正极集流体通常可以为层体,正极集流体在其一个表面上设有正极活性物质层,也可以在其两个表面均设有正极活性物质层,且其中至少一个的正极活性物质层与正极集流体之间设有安全层。正极集流体通常是可以汇集电流的结构或零件。正极集流体可以是本领域各种适用于作为电化学储能装置中正极极片的正极集流体的材料,例如,正极集流体可以是包括但不限于金属箔等,更具体可以是包括但不限于铜箔、铝箔等。

在本申请的具体实施方式中,所述电化学储能装置为二次电池。本申请对二次电池的形状没有特别的限制,其可以是圆柱形、方形或其他任意的形状。如图3是作为一个示例的方形结构的二次电池5。
在一些实施例中,二次电池可以组装成电池模块,电池模块所含二次电池的数量可以为多个,具体数量可根据电池模块的应用和容量来调节。
图4是作为一个示例的电池模块4。参照图4,在电池模块4中,多个二次电池5可以是沿电池模块4的长度方向依次排列设置。当然,也可以按照其他任意的方式进行排布。进一步可以通过紧固件将该多个二次电池5进行固定。
可选地,电池模块4还可以包括具有容纳空间的壳体,多个二次电池5容纳于该容纳空间。
在一些实施例中,上述电池模块还可以组装成电池包,电池包所含电池模块的数量可以根据电池包的应用和容量进行调节。
图5和图6是作为一个示例的电池包1。参照图5和图6,在电池包1中可以包括电池箱和设置于电池箱中的多个电池模块4。电池箱包括上箱体2和下箱体3,上箱体2能够盖设于下箱体3,并形成用于容纳电池模块4的封闭空间。多个电池模块4可以按照任意的方式排布于电池箱中。
本申请另一方面提供一种设备,所述设备包括上述的二次电池,所述二次电池可以作为所述设备提供电源,也可以作为所述设备的能量存储单元。所述设备可以但不限于是移动设备(例如手机、笔记本电脑等)、电动车辆(例如纯电动车、混合动力电动车、插电式混合动力电动车、电动自行车、电动踏板车、电动高尔夫球车、电动卡车等)、电气列车、船舶及卫星、储能***等。
所述设备可以根据其使用需求来选择二次电池(Cell)、电池模块(Module)或电池包(pack)。
图7是作为一个示例的设备。该设备为纯电动车、混合动力电动车、或插电式混合动力电动车等。为了满足该设备对二次电池的高功率和高能量密度的需求,可以采用电池包或电池模块。
作为另一个示例的设备可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等。该设 备通常要求轻薄化,可以采用二次电池作为电源。
实施例1~31
正极极片的制备:
制作安全层浆料:取粘结物质、导电物质、过充敏感物质置于行星式搅拌釜内,再加入上述物料总重量9倍的N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)作为分散溶剂,快速搅拌5小时形成均匀稳定的浆料,所选用的粘结物质、导电物质、过充敏感物质的选择和配比详见表1,表1的配比中,各物质的百分比含量均以粘结物质、导电物质、过充敏感物质的总质量进行计算,各物质所对应的百分比含量为表1中的数值×100%(例如,1即对应100%,0.35即对应35%),各实施例中所使用的过充敏感物质参数如下:
实施例1~14及对比例1的“葡萄糖与蔗糖混合物的碳酸脂化物”,蔗糖与葡萄糖比例为1:1,羟基的酯化度为0.9,重均分子量为9000~11000;
实施例15的“葡萄糖碳酸酯化物”,羟基的酯化度为0.9,重均分子量为9000~11000;
实施例16的“蔗糖碳酸酯化物”,羟基酯化度为0.88,重均分子量为5000~7000;
实施例17的“蔗糖磷酸酯化物”,酯化度0.92,重均分子量7000~9000;
实施例18的“蔗糖的碳酸与磷酸混合酯化物”,先经碳酸脂化至分子量3000~4000,酯化度0.6,产物经磷酸酯化至酯化度0.9,重均分子量5000~7000;
实施例19的“γ-环糊精碳酸酯化物”,酯化度0.9,重均分子量5000~7000;
实施例20、实施例22~31的“降解纤维素碳酸酯化物”,原料降解纤维素分子量1000~1500,敏感物质的重均分子量为10000~12000,酯化度0.85,并用甲基充分封端;
实施例21的“降解壳聚糖碳酸酯化物”,原料降解壳聚糖的重均分子量为1000~1500,敏感物质的重均分子量为10000~12000,并用甲基充分封端,酯化度0.86;
对比例2的降解纤维素的重均分子量为10000~12000。
将上述均匀稳定的浆料抽真空除气泡,将安全层浆料涂覆于正极集流体的单面或双面(具体为单面或双面涂覆详见表1),烘干后得到均匀、致密的安全层,其中金属导电层铝箔的厚度为12μm,单面涂覆时的安全层的厚度均为3μm,双面涂覆时的安全层的厚度为1.5μm。
将正极活性物质(除实施例10为LCO外,其余均为LiNi 0.8Co 0.1Mn 0.1O 2)、导电剂Super-P、粘结剂PVDF按照重量比95:2:3分散于溶剂NMP中,充分搅拌混合均匀得到正极浆料;将正极浆料涂覆于安全层表面;经烘干、冷压后,得到正极极片。

负极极片的制备:
将负极活性物质人造石墨、导电剂Super-P、粘结剂丁苯橡胶(SBR)及羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)按照重量比93:3:2:2分散于溶剂去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后得到负极浆料。之后将负极浆料涂覆在负极集流体铜箔的相对两个表面,经烘干、冷压后,得到负极极片。
电解液的制备:
按照表1所示种类和质量比混合有机溶剂,再将锂盐LiPF 6溶解于上述有机溶剂中,混合均匀,得到电解液,其中LiPF 6的浓度为1mol/L。
锂离子二次电池的制备:
将正极极片、聚乙烯多孔隔离膜、负极极片按顺序层叠好,然后卷绕得到电芯;将电芯装入外包装中,注入电解液并封装,得到锂离子二次电 池。
对比例1
对比例1的制备方法参照实施例3,区别在于,电解液中的溶剂使用氟化醚(1,1,2,2-四氟乙基-2,2,2-三氟乙基醚)与乙酸乙酯的混合液,两者之间的比例为1:1。
对比例2
对比例2的制备方法参照实施例31,区别在于,所制作安全层浆料中,以降解纤维素替代了过充敏感物质,且涂布方案为单层涂布。
对比例3
对比例3的制备方法参照实施例31,区别在于,所制作安全层浆料中,未加入过充敏感物质,且导电物质的使用比例为90%,且涂布方案为单层涂布。
对比例4
对比例3的制备方法参照实施例31,区别在于,在制备正极极片的过程中,直接在正极集流体上双面制备活性物质层,完全没有加入安全层。
测试部分:
(1)锂离子二次电池的过充安全性能测试:
在25±2℃下,将锂离子二次电池以1C倍率恒流充电至4.25V,之后以4.25V恒压充电至电流为0.05C,静置30min,然后用夹具将电池固定好,并放置在过充电安全测试设备上,环境温度控制在25±2℃,静置5min后,以1C倍率对满充状态的电池进行过充电,记录每个电池的实时电压和温 度变化,直至电池发生起火或***或充电停止。每个实施例和对比例取6个电池进行测试,电池未发生起火或***则通过测试,否则不通过。各实施例和对比例的过充安全性能测试结果如表2所示。另外,图1所示为实施例7其中一个电池的过充安全性能测试的电压和温度变化示意图,图2所示为对比例4其中一个电池的过充安全性能测试的电压和温度变化示意图。
(2)锂离子二次电池的循环性能测试:
在45±2℃下,将锂离子二次电池以1C恒流充电至4.25V,之后以4.25V恒压充电至电流为0.05C,静置5min,然后以1C恒流放电至2.8V,此为一个充放电循环过程,此次的放电容量为首次循环的放电容量。将锂离子二次电池按照上述方法进行200次循环充放电测试,记录每一次循环的放电容量。

从实施例1~31的测试结果可知,使用本申请所述的正极极片的二次电池,具有很好的过充安全测试通过率,并具有良好的45℃循环200圈容量保持率,另外,由图1可知,正极极片在发生过充时,温度会逐渐升高,在到达一定温度后安全层中的过充敏感物质会发生降解,造成导电网络发生断裂破坏,使电化学储能装置的内阻急剧增大,从而及时切断充电电流;
对比例1的测试结果对比表明,电解液中不含有碳酸酯类溶剂的话,过充安全测试无法通过,且45℃循环200圈容量保持率较低;
对比例2的测试结果表明,使用不具备碳酸基或磷酸基团的多糖代替本申请中的过充敏感物质,也无法获得防过充的效果;
对比例3的测试结果表明,使用导电物质代替本申请中的过充敏感物质,二次电池不能通过过充安全测试;
对比例4的测试结果对比表明,使用常规正极极片的二次电池,过充安全测试无法通过过充安全测试,另外,如图2所示,电池在过充后温度会逐渐升高,并在1200秒左右发生起火。
综上所述,本申请有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本领域技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本申请并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本申请的一些修改和变更也应当落入本申请的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本申请构成任何限制。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电化学储能装置,包括正极极片、负极极片、以及位于所述正极极片和所述负极极片之间的隔离膜和电解液,所述正极极片包括正极集流体、位于所述正极集流体至少一面上的正极活性物质层、以及位于所述正极活性物质层与所述正极集流体之间的安全层,所述正极活性物质层包括正极活性物质,所述安全层包括粘结物质、导电物质和过充敏感物质;
    所述过充敏感物质为包括单糖结构单元、且包括碳酸酯基团和磷酸酯基团中的至少一种的聚合物;
    所述电解液包括溶剂和电解质,所述溶剂包括碳酸酯类溶剂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述电化学储能装置在充电电压为αV且温度为β℃的条件下,所述正极极片中的所述过充敏感物质发生降解,其中,4.2≤α≤5.5,35≤β≤80。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述正极活性物质层的单面单位面积容量为1.0mAh/cm 2~6.5mAh/cm 2
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述正极活性物质层的单位面积容量为1.2mAh/cm 2~4.5mAh/cm 2
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述过充敏感物质选自糖的碳酸酯化物、糖的磷酸酯化物、以及糖的碳酸和磷酸混合酯化物中的一种或多种的组合。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述过充敏感物质选自单糖的碳酸酯化物、多糖的碳酸酯化物、以及单糖与多糖混合 物的碳酸酯化物中的一种或多种的组合。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述碳酸酯类溶剂包括线状碳酸酯、环状碳酸酯中的一种或多种的组合。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述碳酸酯类溶剂为线状碳酸酯与环状碳酸酯的混合物。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述碳酸酯类溶剂占所述电解液中总溶剂质量的30%以上。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述碳酸酯类溶剂占所述电解液中总溶剂质量的50%以上。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述导电物质选自金属导电材料、碳基导电材料、高分子导电材料中的一种或多种的组合。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述金属导电材料选自铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、镍、镍合金、钛、银中的一种或多种的组合,所述碳基导电材料选自科琴黑、中间相碳微球、活性炭、石墨、导电炭黑、乙炔黑、碳纤维、碳纳米管、石墨烯中的一种或多种的组合,所述高分子导电材料选自聚氮化硫类、脂肪族共轭聚合物、芳环共轭聚合物、芳杂环共轭聚合物中的一种或多种的组合。
  13. 如权利要求1-12任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述粘结 物质选自聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、聚胺酯、聚丙烯腈、聚酰亚胺、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、丁苯橡胶、苯丙橡胶、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物及聚乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或多种的组合。
  14. 如权利要求1-13任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述粘结物质选自聚偏氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物中的一种或多种的组合。
  15. 如权利要求1-14任一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述粘结物质的质量占所述安全层总质量的30%~60%;
    和/或,所述特殊敏感物质占所述安全层总质量的25%~50%;
    和/或,所述导电物质占所述安全层总质量的6%~18%。
  16. 一种电池模块,其中,包括根据权利要求15中任意一项所述的电化学储能装置。
  17. 一种电池包,其中,包括根据权利要求16所述的电池模块。
  18. 一种设备,其中,包括根据权利要求15中任意一项所述的电化学储能装置,其中,所述设备选自电动车辆、电动船舶、电动工具、电子设备及储能***中的一种或多种。
