Definitions
- the present invention relates to a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion.
- a self-supporting bag body that is, a self-standing packaging bag (standing pouch)
- a self-supporting packaging bag As a self-supporting packaging bag, a half-folded bottom member that forms a bottom portion is inserted into a lower portion of a cylindrical barrel portion with its fold line facing upward, and the side end portion of the bottom member is placed on the barrel member side.
- a packaging bag is known that is formed by being sandwiched between end portions, heat-sealing them, and further heat-sealing their lower ends over the entire circumference.
- the closing direction of the upper end of the body portion and the folding line of the bottom portion are generally parallel.
- the standing pouch (self-supporting packaging bag) of Patent Document 1 has a shape in which the direction in which the fold line at the bottom extends and the direction in which the sealed mouth at the upper end of the trunk extends extend on a planar projection.
- the contents are reduced by setting the directionality of the mouth part and the bottom part of the body part as described above, and the film is formed facing the body part at the upper part of the body part. Even if the distance between the opposing surfaces becomes smaller and approaches a flat shape, the fold line at the bottom extends in a different direction from the flat surface at the top of the trunk, and the self-supporting packaging bag spreads in three dimensions, Independence can be ensured.
- a soy sauce container made of soft packaging material may have a check valve function in the mouth so that outside air does not enter the container for the purpose of preventing oxidation.
- a packaging bag with this type of check valve function if the contents are reduced, air will not enter from the outside, so the internal volume will also be reduced, and accordingly the film forming the body part will become horizontal. It becomes more difficult to maintain self-sustainability than a packaging bag that does not have a check valve function. Therefore, in Patent Document 2, as a self-standing pouch having a check valve function, an inner bag made of a synthetic resin film that is filled with contents and an inner bag that has a side seal portion and can be self-supported at the bottom are stored.
- Patent Document 3 discloses a liquid-filled packaging structure having a double structure of a non-self-supporting liquid-filled package and a self-supporting packaging bag made of a laminated film.

- the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention In the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention, the direction in which the fold line at the bottom extends and the direction in which the upper end of the body is closed intersects on the horizontal projection plane. Even if the distance between the opposing surfaces of the body part gradually narrows from the top and approaches a flat shape, the fold line at the bottom part extends in a direction different from the upper part of the body part, thus ensuring independence can do.
- the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion of the present invention forms a joint portion that is joined in a planar shape to the inner surface of the trunk portion with the side end portions of the two regions of the bottom member overlapping. Due to this structure, there is no joint part that prevents the width of the body part from expanding below the body part.
- the content load is locally applied to the upper end of the joint part. Is prevented, and it is possible to prevent the bag breakage from occurring at the joint. Further, even when the content is low, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the content accumulates on the upper end of the joint and the content cannot be completely discharged.
- the self-standing packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention may have a check valve function at the mouth.
- a double-structured container has been used to ensure independence, but as described above, the direction in which the fold line extends at the bottom and the direction in which the upper end of the body is closed are on the horizontal projection plane. Even if the contents are reduced, the self-supporting property can be obtained with only a self-supporting packaging bag made of a soft and thin material such as a single layer laminated film, even if the contents are reduced. Can be secured.
- the self-supporting property can be sufficiently ensured even if the contents are reduced.
- the self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth of the present invention at the same time, the content load is not locally applied to the upper end of the joint between the side end of the bottom member and the body, and the breakage from the joint is not caused. It is possible to prevent the bag from occurring.

- a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion When transporting or storing such a self-supporting packaging bag with a mouth portion in a state where the contents are not stored, it has a flat shape so as to save space and maintain a stable posture. It is preferable to be folded.
- a folding method for example, there are methods as shown in steps in FIGS. 10A, 10B, 10C, and FIGS. 11A, 11B, and 11C. This method will be described next. The stage following FIG. 10C is shown in FIG. 11A.
- FIG. 10A schematically shows the self-standing packaging bag 1 with a mouth portion of the first embodiment before being folded, which is not filled with contents.
- the lower part (the part including the bottom part 12) 300 ⁇ / b> C of the trunk part 10 of the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth is flattened along the direction in which the fold line 16 of the bottom part 12 extends.
- the bottom front surface 121 and the bottom rear surface 122 that are separated by the fold line 16 of the bottom portion 12 overlap each other, and the lower portion 300C of the self-standing packaging bag 1 with a mouth is flattened.
- the upper part 300A of the body part 10 is also made flat along the direction in which the upper end closing part 10b extends.
- the lower end points where the upper portion of the body portion 10 is flat are defined as upper lower end portions 305 and 306.
- an intermediate portion 300B between the flat upper portion 300A and the flat lower portion 300C of the trunk portion 10 spreads three-dimensionally.
- a three-dimensional intermediate portion below the upper lower end portion 305 in the trunk front surface 101 is referred to as an intermediate front portion 301, and a lower portion of the trunk rear surface 102 below the upper lower end portion 306.
- a typical intermediate portion is referred to as an intermediate portion rear surface portion 302.
- a straight line connecting the both side ends of the body part 10 along the fold line 16 of the bottom part 12 is used as a first auxiliary fold line 303A for folding.
- the body part 10 and the bottom part 12 positioned below the auxiliary folding line 303A are defined as a lower part 304, and the lower part 304 is bent forward by 90 degrees in a superposed flat state.
- the lower portion 304 may be folded forward 180 degrees with the flattened state being superposed, but here the flattened state is superposed as described above in order to facilitate understanding of subsequent steps. The subsequent procedure will be described assuming that the sheet is bent 90 degrees forward.
- the intermediate front surface portion 301 becomes a hypotenuse of a triangle so as to form a triangle having the upper lower end side portion 305 as a vertex and the first auxiliary folding line 303A as a base.
- the intermediate front surface portion 301 is mountain-folded along the second auxiliary fold line 303B and the third auxiliary fold line 303C.
- the fourth auxiliary fold line 303D and the fifth auxiliary fold line 303D which are the hypotenuses of the triangle, are formed so that the intermediate rear surface portion 302 forms a triangle having the upper lower end side end 306 as a vertex and the first auxiliary fold line 303A as a base.
- the auxiliary fold line 303E is folded in a mountain.
- the self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth is still in a three-dimensional shape, but the intermediate part 300B of the trunk part 10 is also flat on the same surface as the lower part 300C. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 11B to 11C, the upper portion 300A of the trunk portion 10 is then folded at a fifth auxiliary fold line 307 that is a straight line connecting the upper lower end portions 305 and 306 that are the vertices of the triangle. Tilt on the same plane as the middle part 300B and the lower part 300C. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11C, the entire self-supporting packaging bag 1 with a mouth is folded into a flat shape.
- the triangle having the upper lower end side end 305 as the apex and the first auxiliary folding line 303A as the base, and the triangle having the upper lower end side end 306 as the apex and the first auxiliary folding line 303A as the base are folded at the bottom 12.
- an isosceles triangle is formed.
- the folding method of the self-standing packaging bag with a mouth part may fold a trunk
- the method of folding from the lower part of the trunk is described, but it may be folded from the upper part of the trunk.
- the lower portion 304 shown in FIG. 10C may be bent 90 degrees backward while the flat portion is overlapped instead of being bent 90 degrees while the flat portion is overlapped. It is preferable to bend forward as shown in 10C. If it is bent backward, the body joint portion 10a having a more complicated structure than the body front surface 101 is folded 90 degrees and then 180 degrees (when the lower part of FIG. It is. Furthermore, since the bottom part and the lower part and upper part of a trunk

Abstract
