- the back side upper and lower joint portion 24 of the lower outer wall plate 2 and the front side upper and lower joint portion 23 of the upper outer wall plate 2 overlap with each other between the outer wall plates 2 adjacent in the vertical direction.
- An upper and lower joint portion extending in the left and right direction is formed.
- the outer wall plate 2 is a plate material having a so-called “four-way joint structure” including the front side left and right joint portions 21, the back side left and right joint portions 22, the front side vertical joint portion 23 and the rear side vertical joint portion 24.
- the outer wall plate 2 is attached to the structure 8 by the attachment 10 as follows.
- a plurality of fixtures 10 are attached so as to extend in the lateral direction at the lowermost position of each pillar member 9. And with respect to those fixtures 10, it attaches in the state which made the some outer wall board 2 adjoin in the left-right direction. Under the present circumstances, the lower end part of those outer wall panels 2 is supported by the fixture 10 by the 2nd latching
- FIG. 1 another plurality of fixtures 10 are attached to the outer wall plates 2 so as to extend in the left-right direction from above.
- FIG.4 and FIG.5 when the 1st latching
- the plurality of outer wall plates 2 are attached to the mounting tool 10 thereabove in a state where they are adjacent in the left-right direction. Also at this time, the lower end portions of the outer wall plates 2 are supported by the fixture 10 as the second locking portion 16 of the fixture 10 locks the engagement recess 23A, as shown in FIG. Ru.
- the abutment member 10 is used when attaching the plurality of outer wall plates 2 in a state where they are adjacent in the left-right direction.
- a standing piece is provided to the right side end 2R of the specific outer wall plate 2 (2S) in which the engagement recess 23A is locked by the second locking portion 16 of the fixture 10
- the abutment member 30 is temporarily fixed to the fixing plate portion 17 of the mounting member 10, and further fastened to the fixing plate portion 17 by the screw 30B.
- lateral displacement of the specific outer wall 2 (2S) to the right is prevented.
- another outer wall board 2 is made to adjoin from the right side with the specific outer wall board 2 (2S). Then, the left side end 2L (see FIG. 2) of the outer wall plate 2 is brought into contact with the standing piece 32 from the right. Thereby, lateral displacement of the outer wall plate 2 to the left is prevented.
- the fixture 10 is adapted to support the mutually abutted corner portions of the plurality of outer wall plates 2, that is, the four-way corner portion. Further, when the support portion 14 of the fixture 10 abuts on the back surface 2B of the outer wall plate 2, a ventilation space is secured between the wall surface of the structure 8 and the back surface 2B of the outer wall plate 2.
- each outer wall plate 2 is supported by the structure 8 in a state of being adjacent in the vertical direction and the left and right direction, and covers the wall surface of the structure 8.
- the fixing plate portion 17 has the concavo-convex shape of the structure 8, the position of the column member 9 constituting the structure 8, etc. It can extend along the substrate portion 11 without being restricted by For this reason, the attachment portion 31 of the abutment member 30 can be fixed at an arbitrary position of the fixing plate portion 17.
- the procedure and the contents of the operation are the same regardless of where the mounting portion 31 of the abutment 30 is fixed to the fixing plate portion 17 of the fixture 10. Further, since the inclination of the abutment 30 with respect to the fixture 10 can be eliminated by the restricting portion 33 of the abutment 30, and since the abutment 30 can be accurately positioned in the vertical direction with respect to the fixture 10, the construction work becomes simpler.
- a screw 30 B for fixing the abutment member 30 to the fixing plate portion 17 is disposed at a position separated to some extent from the substrate portion 11 by the indoor and outdoor length of the second side wall portion 13. Ru.
- the length L1 at which the fixing plate portion 17 separates from the substrate portion 11 in the outdoor direction is set sufficiently larger than the length L3 of the screw portion projecting in the indoor direction from the fixing plate portion 17 in the screw 30B There is. For this reason, since it is difficult for the tip of screw 30B to damage waterproof sheet 6 and pillar member 9, it is possible to suppress the reduction in waterproofness of waterproof sheet 6 and the reduction in strength and durability of pillar member 9.
- the facing piece 34 extends upward from the regulating portion 33 so as to face the mounting portion 31 and has a thickness T 1 of the fixing plate portion 17 with the mounting portion 31.
- a substantially equal gap W1 is formed.
- the protruding piece 35 protrudes downward from the restricting portion 33 in the direction opposite to the facing piece 34. For this reason, while holding the projecting piece 35 of the abutment 30, the operator brings the mounting portion 31 of the abutment 30 into contact with the fixing plate portion 17, and the regulating portion 33 of the abutment 30 is fixed to the fixing plate portion 17. It is possible to easily perform an operation of holding the fixing plate portion 17 between the mounting portion 31 and the facing piece 34 by bringing the fixing plate portion 17 into contact with the lower end edge 17A.
- the fixture 10 has through-hole 12H, 13H in the 1st side wall part 12 and the 2nd side wall part 13. As shown in FIG. 5 etc., it is possible to secure air permeability around the fixture 10 or to allow rain water or the like to flow downward by the space between the back surface 2B of the outer wall plate 2 and the fixing plate portion 17 and the through holes 12H and 13H. Since it can do, the fall of the intensity
- the second side wall portion 13 is inclined downward so as to approach the first side wall portion 12 as it goes from the substrate portion 11 side to the fixed plate portion 17 side. For this reason, since rainwater etc. which reached the 2nd side wall part 13 from structure 8 can be poured in the direction which estranges from structure 8 by inclination, degradation of structure 8 can be controlled.
- the second locking portion 16 is formed with a slit 16S which is recessed from the tip end edge 16E of the second locking piece 16B to the tip end edge of the second support piece 16A. For this reason, even if local deformation of the second locking portion 16 occurs, the slit 16S can suppress the deformation from affecting the entire attachment 10. As a result, torsional deformation of the fixture 10 can be suppressed.
- the slits 16S are inserted at a constant interval, the length of the fixture 10 can be easily measured based on the number of the slits 16S, the positional relationship between the slits 16S and the end of the fixture 10, and the like.
- the fixture 210 is used instead of the fixture 10 of the first embodiment, and the abutment 30 of the first embodiment is replaced The abutment 230 is employed.
- the other configuration of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment. Therefore, the same components as those of the first embodiment will be assigned the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted or simplified.
- the fixed plate portion 17 of the fixture 10 of the first embodiment is changed to a fixed plate portion 217.
- the fixing plate portion 217 is bent from the tip end edge 13 A of the second side wall portion 13 and extends upward so as to be separated from the first side wall portion 12.
- the thickness of the fixed plate portion 217 is the same as the thickness T1 of the fixed plate portion 17 according to the first embodiment.
- the length by which the fixing plate portion 217 is separated from the substrate portion 11 in the outdoor direction is the same as the length L1 by which the fixing plate portion 17 according to the first embodiment is separated from the substrate portion 11 in the outdoor direction.
- the length of the screw portion projecting in the indoor direction from the fixing plate portion 217 in the screw 30B is the same as the length L3 of the screw portion projecting in the indoor direction from the fixing plate portion 17 in the screw 30B according to the first embodiment.
- the restricting portion 33, the opposing piece 34 and the projecting piece 35 of the abutting member 30 of the first embodiment are changed to the restricting portion 233, the opposing piece 234 and the projecting piece 235.
- the restricting portion 33, the facing piece 34, and the protruding piece 35 according to the first embodiment are located below the mounting portion 31 and the standing piece 32 connected to the left end edge of the mounting portion 31.
- the restricting portion 233, the opposing piece 234 and the projecting piece 235 are only at the upper position with respect to the mounting portion 31 and the standing piece 32 connected to the left end edge of the mounting portion 31. This is different from the restricting portion 33, the facing piece 34 and the protruding piece 35.
- the restricting portion 233 is bent substantially at right angles from the upper end edge of the mounting portion 31 and protrudes in the indoor direction.
- the facing piece 234 extends downward from the regulating portion 233 so as to face the mounting portion 31.
- the projecting piece 235 is bent substantially at a right angle from the indoor side edge of the restricting portion 233 and extends upward in the opposite direction to the opposing piece 234.
- the gap between the facing piece 334 and the mounting portion 31 is the same as the gap W1 between the facing piece 34 and the mounting portion 31 according to the first embodiment. That is, by inserting the upper end edge 217A of the fixing plate portion 217 into the gap W1 between the attaching portion 31 and the opposing piece 234, the fixing plate portion 217 can be held between the attaching portion 31 and the opposing piece 234.
- the layout freedom of the abutment 230 is improved and the installation is facilitated. Can be realized, and the decrease in strength and durability of the structure 8 can be suppressed.
- the embodiment of the present invention has been described according to the first and second embodiments.
