背景技术
移动互联时代,消费类电子产品越来越受青睐,大量的智能设备出现在人们的日常生活里。扬声器作为一种发声器件,被广泛应用于消费电子产品中。目前常见的扬声器主要有动圈式扬声器、电磁式扬声器、电容式扬声器、压电式扬声器等,动圈式扬声器因其具有制作相对简单、成本低廉、有较好的低频发声优势等特点,而得以广泛应用。但在设备轻薄化、大功率化的趋势下,留给扬声器的空间越来越小,合理设计扬声器模组,使其既能适应轻薄化手机的要求,又能适应大功率输出下高振动位移的需求变得越来越重要。
为了达到轻薄化设计的目标,通常使用轻薄的金属材质薄片嵌入到扬声器的塑料壳体中,代替原有的全塑料壳体,来达到减小模组厚度的目的,但该设计存在以下缺陷:大面积的金属片导致模组外壳***,受挤压容易变形,影响扬声器装配及振动空间,以及扬声器受热时大面积的金属片产生的形变程度与塑料外壳不同,导致金属片与塑料外壳粘接部分产生失效,容易出现声腔泄露等影响扬声器性能的现象。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种扬声器模组壳体,以在减小扬声器模组的厚度的同时,有效地避免壳体变形以及保证扬声器的声学性能。

  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项中所述的扬声器模组壳体,其特征在于,各所述金属片(2)之间彼此绝缘。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项中所述的扬声器模组壳体,其特征在于,所述扬声器模组壳体为一体成型结构。
  8. 一种扬声器模组,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至7任一项中所述的扬声器模组壳体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述金属片(2)上设有焊盘结构。
  10. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求8或9中的扬声器模组,其中,所述金属片(2)与所述连接部(11)搭接的部分的外表面和所述金属片(2)未与所述连接部(11)搭接的部分的外表面不共面,以形成相对于所述金属片(2)未与所述连接部(11)搭接的部分的外表面所在平面的凸起或凹陷,所述发声装置上设有与所述凸起或所述凹陷相配合的结 构。
