Description

一种发声装置中的振动***及发声装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种发声装置中的振动***;本发明还涉及一种发声装置。
背景技术
扬声器是电子设备中的重要声学部件,其为一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件。现有的扬声器模组,包括外壳,以及设置在外壳内的磁路***以及振动***,所述振动***包括振膜以及设置在振膜下方的音圈。音圈在磁路***的振动作用下驱动振膜进行发声。
振动***中的音圈由漆包线缠绕而成,漆包线的两个自由端一般设置在音圈的两端,在与外部电路进行连接的时候,该漆包线的两端从音圈延伸出去,并焊接在壳体的焊盘上,以与外部电路连接在一起。上述结构的音圈在振动的时候,漆包线的两端也会随着音圈进行振动,但是由于漆包线的材质特性,其可能会发生断裂,造成发声装置的失效。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供了一种发声装置中的振动***。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种发声装置中的振动***,包括振膜组件以及连接在振膜组件下端的音圈;还包括FPCB板,所述FPCB板通过胶粘接在音圈下端面上邻近音圈引线的位置,所述FPCB板上用于与音圈下端面粘接的表面具有凹凸的纹理;所述音圈的两根引线连接到FPCB板的电路中;
还包括位于音圈下端的定心支片,所述定心支片的内侧连接在FPCB板的下端。
可选地,所述FPCB板设置有一个,其呈与音圈下端面形状匹配的环 形。
可选地,所述FPCB板设置有两个,分别粘接在音圈下端面的两个引线位置。
可选地,所述音圈呈长方形,所述音圈的两个引线位于音圈的短边上。
可选地,所述FPCB板包括用于与音圈下端面其中一侧粘接的FPCB板本体,在所述FPCB板本体的两端还设置有与FPCB板本体近似垂直的突出部。

本发明的振动***,可以通过FPCB板将音圈的引线与外部电路连接在一起,这就避免了因音圈引线材质的限制而导致的振动断裂问题;在FPCB板上设置凹凸的纹理也保证了连接结构的稳定性。通过设置在音圈下端的定心支片,可以大幅度降低音圈的偏振,提高振动***的振动效果。

参考图1,本发明提供了一种发声装置中的振动***,包括振膜组件以及连接在振膜组件下端的音圈3。本发明的振膜组件可以仅为一振膜1,该振膜1包括位于中部的振动部,位于边缘用于连接的连接部,以及位于振动部与连接部之间的折环部。这种振膜的结构属于本领域技术人员的公知常识。所述音圈3连接在振膜1的振动部位置上。
当然,对于本领域的技术人员而言,所述振膜组件还可以包括球顶2,所述球顶2连接在振膜的振动部上,例如可以通过胶粘接在振动部的下端,所述音圈3连接在球顶2上。还可以是,在所述振膜1的中部设置有通孔,所述球顶2覆盖在振膜1的通孔位置,所述音圈3连接在球顶2上。
音圈3可以由漆包线逐层缠绕而成,其整体可以呈正方形或者长方形等。音圈3的两根引线分别位于音圈相对的两端。例如当音圈3选择长方形结构时,其两根引线可以分别位于音圈的两个短边上或者长边上。这种音圈的结构属于本领域技术人员的公知常识,在此不再具体说明。
本发明的振动***,还包括FPCB板4,所述FPCB板4连接在音圈3下端面上邻近音圈引线的位置,FPCB板4可以通过粘接的方式连接在音圈3的下端面上。在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,所述FPCB板4设置有一个,其呈与音圈3下端面形状匹配的环形。例如音圈3的截面呈长方形,则所述FPCB板4呈与其匹配的长方形。FPCB板4与音圈3的整个环状下端面粘接在一起。
在本发明另一个具体的实施方式中,所述FPCB板4可以设置有两个,该两个FPCB板4分别粘接在音圈3下端面的两个引线位置,使得一根引线可以对应一个FPCB板4。
为了可以提高FPCB板4与音圈3的粘结面积,本发明的所述FPCB板4可以包括用于与音圈3下端面的其中一侧粘接的FPCB板本体40,在所述FPCB板本体40的两端还设置有与FPCB板本体40近似垂直的突出部41,参考图2。在粘结的时候,所述FPCB板本体40可以粘接在音圈3的短边上,FPCB板本体40两端的突出部41粘结在音圈3的部分长边,由此提高了FPCB板4与音圈3的粘结稳定性。
音圈的引线需要连接到FPCB板4的电路中,使得FPCB板4可以起到转接、枢纽的作用,由此可通过后续的连接线将音圈与外部电路连接在一起,从而可以避免传统引线连接结构所引起的断裂等问题。
本发明的振动***,还包括位于音圈3下端的定心支片5,所述定心支片5的内侧例如可以通过粘接的方式连接在FPCB板4的下端,其外侧用于与发声装置的壳体连接在一起,使得通过该定心支片5可以大幅度降低音圈3的偏振,提高振动***的振动效果。
音圈3粘接面的宽度往往很窄,这取决于漆包线的线径、音圈的层数,假设线径为0.1mm、层数为4层时,音圈3的粘接面宽度仅为0.4mm,为了提高FPCB板4与音圈3之间的粘接力,所述FPCB板4上用于与音圈3下端面粘接的表面具有凹凸的纹理,参考图2。例如所述FPCB板4可以经过轧花处理,在其表面形成排列的矩形槽。在粘结的时候,矩形槽内会存储更多的热固胶水,由此可以增大两者之间的粘接力,改善两者脱落的风险。
本发明还提供了一种发声装置,其包括壳体以及位于壳体中的振动***、磁路***。磁路***包括由磁铁构成的磁间隙以及位于磁铁上方的华司等,这种磁路***属于本领域技术人员的公知常识,在此不再具体说明。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种发声装置中的振动***,其特征在于:包括振膜组件以及连接在振膜组件下端的音圈(3);还包括FPCB板(4),所述FPCB板(4)通过胶粘接在音圈(3)下端面上邻近音圈引线的位置,所述FPCB板(4)上用于与音圈(3)下端面粘接的表面具有凹凸的纹理;所述音圈(3)的两根引线连接到FPCB板(4)的电路中;
    还包括位于音圈(3)下端的定心支片(5),所述定心支片(5)的内侧连接在FPCB板(4)的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动***,其特征在于:所述FPCB板(4)设置有一个,其呈与音圈(3)下端面形状匹配的环形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的振动***,其特征在于:所述FPCB板(4)设置有两个,分别粘接在音圈(3)下端面的两个引线位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的振动***,其特征在于:所述音圈(3)呈长方形,所述音圈(3)的两个引线位于音圈(3)的短边上。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的振动***,其特征在于:所述FPCB板(4)包括用于与音圈(3)下端面其中一侧粘接的FPCB板本体(40),在所述FPCB板本体(40)的两端还设置有与FPCB板本体(40)近似垂直的突出部(41)。
  6. 一种发声装置,其特征在于:包括壳体以及位于壳体中的磁路***、如权利要求1至5任一项所述的振动***。
