实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种车辆行车规范提醒方法,图1是根据本申请实施例的车辆行车规范提醒方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S11,通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取车辆周围的路况信息;
步骤S12,在路况信息指示该车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发车辆的报警***进行报警提醒;其中,路况信息包括:车辆与距离该车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息和/或车辆偏离车道线的信息。
通过上述步骤,在车辆外侧安装摄像装置,通过该摄像装置获取车辆周围的路况信息,在路况信息指示该车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发车辆的报警***进行报警提醒,相比于现有技术中即使在车辆的行驶速度过快导致与其前车的行车距离过小或者在车辆压线的情况下,也不能对驾驶员进行安全提醒,解决了现有技术中在行驶过程中车辆处于或者即将处于危险状态的情况下,不能对驾驶员进行提醒的问题,从而有效的防止了驾驶员因盲目提速或者盲目变道所导致的交通事故。
车辆与距离该车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息包括车辆与距离该车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离,车辆偏离车道线的信息包括该车辆的中心位置与车道线的距离。在一个可选实施例中,在行车距离小于第一预定 阈值时,指示车辆处于危险状态,该第一预定阈值由多种因素决定,例如由规定的限制速度或者前面车辆的行驶速度等来决定上述第一预定阈值。在另一个可选实施例中,车辆的中心位置与车道线的距离小于第二预定阈值时,指示车辆处于危险状态,最规范的行驶方式为车辆行驶在车道的正中央,但是稍微的偏离车道的正中央并不会导致安全隐患,只要车辆的中心位置与车道线的距离比较小就算作为安全行驶,例如该第二预定阈值小于车道宽度的三分之一时指示车辆处于危险状态。
为了驾驶员更加方便的观察到周围的路况,在一个可选实施例中,通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取该车辆周围的路况信息之后,通过安装于车辆内部的显示装置显示该路况信息,增加了后视范围,同时避免了驾驶员需要左右摆头观看后视镜获取后视范围,显示装置可以使得驾驶员同时了解左右侧及后面的路面状况和车辆状况,缩短了驾驶员的观察时间,集中了驾驶员的注意力。上述显示裝置可以是上述摄像装置的专用显示器,安装在车辆内部的醒目处,例如安装于车辆的仪表盘上。在车辆内部的显示设备较多的情况下,可以将本实施例的摄像头连接到相兼容的车辆内部的显示设备,通过显示设备显示摄像头所拍摄的图像,以减少安装环节,降低驾驶员的投资成本,提高车内设备的利用率。
上述步骤S12涉及触发车辆的报警***进行报警提醒,需要说明的是,可以通过多种方式进行报警提醒,在一个可选实施例中,通过仪表板上的显示器进行文字提醒,在另一个可选实施例中,通过语音播报器进行语音提醒,以避免在驾驶员没有注意到文字提醒时,使用语音提醒驾驶员进行 安全驾驶。
在车辆存在安全隐患,触发车辆的报警***进行报警提醒之后,通过车辆的电子控制单元ECU限制车辆的行驶速度,以避免驾驶员由于紧张或者其他原因不能及时减速导致交通事故。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种车辆行车规范提醒装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本申请实施例的车辆行车规范提醒装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:获取模块21,用于通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取该车辆周围的路况信息;报警模块22,用于在路况信息指示车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发车辆的报警***进行报警提醒;其中,该路况信息包括:车辆与距离该车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息和/或车辆偏离车道线的信息。
通过上述装置,在车辆外侧安装摄像装置,通过该摄像装置获取车辆周围的路况信息,在路况信息指示该车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发车辆的报警***进行报警提醒,解决了现有技术中在行驶过程中车辆处于或者即将处于危险状态的情况下,不能对驾驶员进行提醒的问题,从而有效的防止了驾驶员因盲目提速或者盲目变道所导致的交通事故。
可选地,车辆与距离该车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息包括车辆与距离该车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离,车辆偏离车道线的信息包括车辆的中心位置与车道线的距离;相应的,路况信息指示该车辆处于危险状态包括:在该行车距离小于第一预定阈值时,指示该车辆处于危险状态;或者,在该车辆的中心位置与该车道线的距离小于第二预定阈值时,指示该车辆处于危险状态。
图3是根据本申请实施例的车辆行车规范提醒装置的另一个结构框图,如图3所示,该装置还包括:显示模块31,用于通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取该车辆周围的路况信息之后,通过安装于该车辆内部的显示装置显示该路况信息。
图4是根据本申请实施例的报警模块的结构框图,如图4所示,报警模块22包括:第一提醒单元221,用于通过仪表板上的显示器进行文字提醒;和/或,第二提醒单元222,用于通过语音播报器进行语音提醒。
图5是根据本申请实施例的车辆行车规范提醒装置的再一个结构框图,如图5所示,该装置还包括:限速模块51,用于在触发该车辆的报警***进行报警提醒之后,通过该车辆的电子控制单元ECU限制该车辆的行驶速度。

  1. 一种车辆行车规范提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息;
    在所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒;其中,所述路况信息包括:所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息和/或所述车辆偏离车道线的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息包括所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离,所述车辆偏离车道线的信息包括所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离;
    相应的,所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态包括:
    在所述行车距离小于第一预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态;或者,
    在所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离小于第二预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息之后包括:
    通过安装于所述车辆内部的显示装置显示所述路况信息。

    通过所述车辆的电子控制单元ECU限制所述车辆的行驶速度。
  6. 一种车辆行车规范提醒装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息;
    报警模块,用于在所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒;其中,所述路况信息包括:所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息和/或所述车辆偏离车道线的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息包括所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离,所述车辆偏离车道线的信息包括所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离;
    相应的,所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态包括:
    在所述行车距离小于第一预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态;或者,
    在所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离小于第二预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,用于通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息之后,通过安装于所述车辆内部的显示装置显示所述路况信息。

  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    限速模块,用于在触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒之后,通过所述车辆的电子控制单元ECU限制所述车辆的行驶速度。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息;
    在所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒;其中,所述路况信息包括:所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息和/或所述车辆偏离车道线的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息包括所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离,所述车辆偏离车道线的信息包括所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离;
    相应的,所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态包括:
    在所述行车距离小于第一预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态;或者,
    在所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离小于第二预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息之后,使所述至少一个处理器还能够:
    通过安装于所述车辆内部的显示装置显示所述路况信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒的方式包括:
    通过仪表板上的显示器进行文字提醒;和/或,
    通过语音播报器进行语音提醒。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒之后,使所述至少一个处理器还能够:
    通过所述车辆的电子控制单元ECU限制所述车辆的行驶速度。
  16. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:
    通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息;
    在所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态的情况下,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒;其中,所述路况信息包括:所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息和/或所述车辆偏离车道线的信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离信息包括所述车辆与距离所述车辆最近的前面车辆的行车距离,所述车辆偏离车道线的信息包括所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离;
    相应的,所述路况信息指示所述车辆处于危险状态包括:
    在所述行车距离小于第一预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态;或者,
    在所述车辆的中心位置与所述车道线的距离小于第二预定阈值时,指示所述车辆处于危险状态。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,通过安装于车辆外侧的摄像装置获取所述车辆周围的路况信息之后,使得电子设备还能够:
    通过安装于所述车辆内部的显示装置显示所述路况信息。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒的方式包括:
    通过仪表板上的显示器进行文字提醒;和/或,
    通过语音播报器进行语音提醒。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,触发所述车辆的报警***进行报警提醒之后,使得电子设备还能够:
    通过所述车辆的电子控制单元ECU限制所述车辆的行驶速度。
  21. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,其特征在于,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任一权利要求所述的方法。
