- the cosmetics include skin care cosmetics, decorative cosmetics, face care cosmetics, sun care cosmetics, body care cosmetics, antiperspirant cosmetics, deodorant cosmetics, and cleansing cosmetics.
- the cleaning agent include body wash cosmetics.
- the dosage form of the overfat preparation according to the present invention is not particularly limited and may be appropriately selected.
- it may be in a gel form or a cream form.
- examples of the form of the personal care composition of the present invention include skin lotion, lotion, milky lotion, essence, cream, pack, makeup base, makeup cosmetic, massage cosmetic, and cleansing cosmetic. it can.
- cleansing cosmetics are advantageous because they have the property of being easily washed away with water.
- the super fat agent and personal care composition of the present invention can be produced by a conventional method. Specifically, it can be produced using a commonly used stirring device or emulsifying device. Further, for example, in the case of a gel cleansing cosmetic, it can also be produced by the method described in JP-A No. 2003-176221.
- Example 1 Preparation of Composition Sample 1
- a 50% aqueous citric acid solution was added to a cocoglucoside solution (“818 Plantacare (registered trademark) UP” manufactured by BASF) to adjust the pH to 4.5 to 5.5.
- Cocoglucoside is C 8-16 fatty alcohol glucoside.
- Surfactin sodium was added at a rate shown in Table 1 while stirring the aqueous cocoglucoside solution at 200 rpm using a stirring blade.
- squalane was added at a ratio shown in Table 1 while stirring under cooling, and uniformly dispersed.
- the composition sample A ⁇ F shown in Table 1 the amount of C 8-16 fatty alcohols glucoside, sodium surfactin, the sum of squalane and C 8-16 fatty alcohol glucoside was adjusted to 100%.
- Test Example 1 Appearance Observation The appearance of each composition sample was observed at 45 ° C. or room temperature. Composition samples A-F were opaque at room temperature. In particular, the turbidity of the composition sample A and the composition sample F was very high. On the other hand, the appearance of composition samples B to E improved after 24 hours of incubation at 45 ° C., and in particular, in the case of composition sample C containing 0.05 to 0.1% surfactin sodium, it slightly suspended in yellow. However, it was almost transparent, and the improvement in appearance was remarkable. In addition, composition sample C was incubated at 45 ° C. for 24 hours, and then allowed to stand at room temperature for 1 week. However, as shown in FIG. 1, the turbidity did not return to the original value and was maintained in a substantially transparent state. .
- composition sample C was most suitable as the overfat agent. Such a selection was determined because composition sample C showed the highest stability and transparency over time from 45 ° C. to room temperature. Therefore, the following test as a super fat agent was performed on the composition sample C.
- Test Example 2 Viscosity measurement Viscosity, concentration and solid content of composition sample C were measured. The results are shown below. Viscosity (viscosity meter: Brookfield RVDV-E, measurement temperature: 20 ° C., spindle: 2, rotation speed: 60 rpm)-428.7 mPas Concentration-1.095 g / mL Solid content (using a thermobalance, 105 ° C, automatic)-55.6% Solid content (using a thermobalance, 105 ° C, 2 hours)-53.0%
- composition sample C was added to the personal care base composition having the composition shown in Table 2 at a rate of 1% or 2% as a super fat agent.
- a composition sample Z which was a mixture of C 8-16 fatty alcohol glucoside and glyceryl oleate, was prepared and added to the personal care base composition in the same manner.
- FIG. 2 shows a photograph of the appearance of the personal care composition to which the personal care basic composition itself and the composition sample C or the composition sample Z are added.
- the personal care basic composition is described as “B./SB” as Bath / shower Base (basic composition for bath / shower).
- Bath / shower Base basic composition for bath / shower.
- the personal care composition to which the composition sample C or the composition sample Z was added was transparent.
- a stagnant thin layer was formed, but as a whole, it showed high transparency.
- Brookfield AMETEK's “Brookfield RVDV-E” was used as the viscometer, RV-3 was used as the spindle, the measurement temperature was adjusted to 23 ° C., and the rotation speed was adjusted to 2.5 rpm.
- composition sample C The viscosity of the base composition for bath / shower was clearly reduced by composition sample C.
- composition sample Z when composition sample Z was added, the viscosity increased on the contrary. Further, when the concentration of the composition sample was increased to 2%, the viscosity of the personal care composition was further increased in the case of the composition sample Z, but was further reduced in the case of the composition sample C. .
- Test Example 3 Evaluation of Capacity and Structure of Personal Care Foam Composition A 0.5 mL aqueous solution of each composition shown in Table 4 was added to a 500 mL capacity ground neck cylinder with a cap and shaken vigorously 15 times. The foam volume, size, and maintainability were evaluated. The results are summarized in Table 4.
- composition samples C and Z did not reduce the foam volume, nor did it affect the foam maintenance over time. In general, a slight improvement in characteristics was observed with the addition of the composition sample C, but no significant difference was observed in the volume and size of the foam obtained by the addition of the composition samples C and Z. . Regarding the structure of small bubbles, the case where the composition samples C and Z were added was more closely packed than the base composition.
- Test Example 4 Sensory evaluation 1 g of each composition was taken on the palm, 1 g of tap water was added, and the inside of the forearm part from which the oil and fat had been removed without using a cleaning agent was washed for 15 seconds. Taped after rinsing. The subjects were asked to evaluate the following items in five grades, 1 being good and 5 being bad. The results are shown in Table 5 and FIG.
- the composition for bath / shower including Composition Sample C includes the composition Sample Z. It was superior to things. On the other hand, the viscosity and the drying property after 10 minutes and 30 minutes were relatively low in the composition containing the composition sample C, and relatively high in the composition containing the composition sample Z. In order to more clearly show the superior effect of the composition sample C containing surfactin sodium as compared to the composition sample Z which is a mixture of C 8-16 fatty alcohol glucoside and glyceryl oleate, the composition sample Z is included. A graph in which the result of the composition is zero is shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is for emphasizing the positive or negative average value of each evaluation item of the composition including the composition sample C. Excellent skin comfort, softness of foam, rinsing property, It exhibits smoothness and relatively poor drying and viscosity.
- Test Example 5 Performance stability evaluation Composition sample C was stable when maintained at room temperature, 45 ° C in an oven, and 5 ° C in a refrigerator for a long time. Further, in the oven and at room temperature, the transparency was improved after 2 months. All personal care compositions were stable after 2 months under the above conditions.
- composition samples A, B, C, D, E, F changed to suspension at room temperature.
- composition samples B, C, D and E were improved when incubated at 45 ° C. for 24 hours, and the transparency of composition sample C was particularly high.
- composition sample C heated at 45 ° C. surprisingly did not return to its original suspended state and remained unchanged in appearance even when left at room temperature for 1 week.
- All personal care compositions including Composition Sample C or Composition Sample Z were transparent. The appearance of the personal care composition containing 1% or 2% composition sample Z or composition sample C was compared to the appearance of the bath / shower base composition without them. The personal care composition containing 2% Composition Sample C had a stagnant thin layer, but high transparency was observed.
- the viscosity of the bath / shower composition to which composition sample C was added was reduced compared to the base composition for bath / shower not containing composition sample C.
- the viscosity increased.
- the concentration of the composition sample C is increased to 2%
- the viscosity of the personal care composition according to the present invention is reduced as compared with the basic composition for bath / shower containing 2% of the composition sample Z. It was.
- the foam of the bath / shower composition containing the composition sample C or the composition sample Z is not reduced by the refatting as an advantageous effect for the base composition for bath / shower, and 3 cases In all, foam was maintained.
- the composition with 2% composition sample C compared to the composition with composition sample Z More fine bubbles were produced.
- the bath / shower composition containing composition sample C or composition sample Z at the same concentration showed different effects on sensation.
- the composition containing the composition sample C has higher dispensability (coating comfort) than the composition containing the composition sample Z, can be applied more uniformly on the skin, and can be more easily rinsed. I was able to.
- the foam of the composition containing squalane was softer than the composition containing glyceryl oleate, and was excellent in the thinning effect and softness on the skin, and excellent in stability over time.
- the bath / shower composition containing the composition sample C showed a slight drying property and elasticity, whereas the bath / shower composition containing the composition sample Z showed a little viscosity immediately after drying. Indicated.
- the personal care composition containing the overfat agent according to the present invention exhibits extremely excellent hypoallergenicity to the skin, and also provides high comfort to the skin and exhibits storage stability that could not be predicted. .
