为解决上述问题,本发明所述一种滚筒洗衣机门体,包括由所述门体的内侧向所述门体的外侧依次设置内框1、玻璃盆2、中框3、窗屏4以及外框5,所述中框3与所述内框1焊接连接,所述玻璃盆2被夹持于所述内框1与所述中框3之间,所述外框5与所述中框3和/或内框1卡接,所述窗屏4与所述中框3卡接,所述窗屏4朝向中框3的表面的外周设有与中框3卡接的卡接结构,相邻卡接结构之间设有槽型缺口20。卡接结构伸入中框3与中框3卡接,所述槽型缺口20的边沿支撑所述外框5,窗屏4和外框5之间支撑面变小,避免按压所述窗屏4时所述窗屏4与所述外框5之间的摩擦产生噪音。
所述卡接结构为:所述窗屏4朝向中框3的表面的外周设有第三卡爪18/第三卡槽19,所述中框3朝向窗屏4的表面的外周设有第三卡槽19/第三卡爪18,第三卡爪18/第三卡槽19与第三卡槽19/第三卡爪18卡接。
所述槽型缺口20为将相邻卡接结构之间的窗屏4的圆周部分去除形成的,或者所述槽型缺口20为所述卡接结构伸出所述窗屏4的圆周部分形成的。为保证卡接结构与中框3卡接的强度,在卡接结构的周围保留一部分边缘,其余地方的窗屏4的圆周边缘部分去除,所述卡接结构伸入中框3与中框3卡接,所述槽型缺口20的边沿支撑所述外框5。这样,所述窗屏4的边缘与所述外框5之间的接触面大大减小,由之前的面支撑改为局部分散支撑,降低按压所述窗屏时所述窗屏与所述外框之间的摩擦产生噪音。
所述槽型缺口20的边沿支撑所述外框5的宽度为15mm-25mm,优选24mm。既能保证支撑强度,又能最大程度的降低窗屏的边缘与所述外框之间的接触面,最大程度上降低按压所述窗屏4时所述窗屏与所述外框5之间的摩擦产生噪音。
中框3和内框1配合形成第一卡槽,所述外框5上设有第一卡爪9,第一卡爪9与第一卡槽卡接,将外框5与中框3、内框1连接在一起。外框5与中框3、内框1同时连接,外框5的受力同时传递到内框1和中框3上,相比外框5与中框3、内框1中的一个连接,外框5的受力传递到内框1或中框3上,内框1和中框3的受力更平均,降低单独受力的大小,延长零部件的使用寿命。
内框朝向中框的表面的外圆周设有第一凹部7,所述中框3朝向内框1的表面的外圆周设有第二凹部8,中框3与内框1连接后,第一凹部7正对第二凹部8形成开口朝向圆周的第一卡槽,所述外框5的外圆周设有第一卡爪9,所述第一卡爪9与内框1、中框3形成的第一卡槽卡接。该种结构简单,只需在内框1和中框3相对的表面上分别设置凹部,二者配合后即可形成外框的卡接卡槽,相比内框、中框中一个结构上设置卡槽,本发明所述该种结构的内框和中框更容易加工,同时外框与中框、内框同时连接,外框的受力同时传递到内框和中框上,内框和外框的受力更平均,降低单独受力的大小,延长零部件的使用寿 命。
所述中框3和窗屏4之间还设有装饰件6,所述装饰件6与所述中框3卡接。所述装饰件6优选为一环形结构,将玻璃盆2的边缘及拐角部分挡住,使用户看到的门窗更简洁,所述装饰件6朝向门体外侧的表面可做成任意形状的结构,增加洗衣机的多样性,还能根据用户需求更换涉及,满足不同人群对审美的需求。
所述装饰件6的边缘设有供窗屏4和中框3之间的卡接结构通过的开口21,所述窗屏4的卡接结构穿过该开口2与中框3卡接。
所述装饰件6朝向中框3的表面设有第二卡爪/12第二卡槽13,所述中框3朝向装饰件的表面设有第二卡槽13/第二卡爪12,第二卡爪12/第二卡槽13与第二卡槽13/第二卡爪12卡接。装饰件6与中框3卡接,装配时只需将装饰件6的第二卡爪12/第二卡槽13与内框1的第二卡槽13/第二卡爪12对应后,按压装饰件6即可完成装配,拆卸简单。
所述装饰件6和窗屏4之间设有第一凸起结构14,所述第一凸起结构14的顶端支撑所述装饰件6或窗屏4,装饰件6和窗屏4大部分为塑料件,按压时多少会产生形变,装饰件6和窗屏4之间面接触的话,按压窗屏4时,窗屏4发生形变会与装饰件6产生摩擦,产生吱吱的噪音,本发明中在装饰件6和窗屏4之间设有第一凸起结构14,第一凸起结构14的顶端支撑所述装饰件6或窗屏4,装饰件6和窗屏4之间由面接触变为点接触,接触面变少,避免相互挤压时产生噪音。所述第一凸起结构优选为半球形凸起,半球形的顶端支撑所述装饰件或窗屏。
优选所述装饰件6朝向窗屏4的表面的外边缘设有多个分散的凸点,所述第一凸起结构14的顶端与所述窗屏4相抵,优选所述相邻第一凸起结构14的间距既能够稳固支撑窗屏4,还能够避免相互挤压时产生噪音。
或者优选所述窗屏4朝向装饰件6的表面的外边缘设有多个分散的凸点,所述第一凸起结构14的顶端与所述装饰件6相抵,优选所述相邻第一凸起结构的间距既能够稳固支撑装饰件,还能够避免相互挤压时产生噪音。该种情况,装饰件朝向窗屏的表面最好为平面。
所述内框1外表面向外凸起,在内框内表面形成凹槽状手柄17,便于用户开门,中框上对应该手柄17位置处设有一豁口16,内框1的凸起穿过该豁口16与装饰件6配合。所述手柄17和装饰件6之间设有分散设置的第二凸起结构15,所述第二凸起结构15的顶端支撑所述手柄或装饰件。开门时用户需稍用力才能将门体打开,用力时挤压内框1,内框1与装饰件6之间面接触的话,内框凸起发生形变会与装饰件产生摩擦,产生吱吱的噪音,本发明中在装饰件6和内框的凸起之间设有第二凸起结构15,第二凸起结构15的顶端支撑所述装饰件或内框凸起,装饰件和内框凸起之间由面接触变为点接触,接触面变少,避免相互挤压时产生噪音。所述凸起结构优选为半球形凸起,半球形的顶端支撑所述装饰件或窗屏。优选在所述凸起朝向装饰件的表面上设置第二凸起结构,第二凸起结构的顶端支撑所述装饰件,装饰件和内框凸起之间由面接触变为点接触,接触面变少,避免相互挤压时产生噪音。
本发明所述一种具有上门体的滚筒洗衣机,所述门体与滚筒洗衣机前部开口的一侧铰接,门体受挤压,或者开门时,变形较小,门体无噪音。且门体内部的连接结构使门体内 部应力分散,受力均匀,延长门体及门体零部件的使用寿命。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:包括由所述门体的内侧向所述门体的外侧依次设置内框、玻璃盆、中框、窗屏以及外框,所述中框与所述内框焊接连接,所述玻璃盆被夹持于所述内框与所述中框之间,所述外框与所述中框和/或内框卡接,所述窗屏被夹持于所述外框和所述中框之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述中框和内框配合形成第一卡槽,所述外框上设有第一卡爪,第一卡爪与第一卡槽卡接,将外框与中框、内框连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述内框朝向中框的表面的外圆周设有第一凹部,所述中框朝向内框的表面的外圆周设有第二凹部,中框与内框连接后,第一凹部正对第二凹部形成开口朝向圆周的第一卡槽,所述外框的外圆周设有第一卡爪,所述第一卡爪与内框、中框形成的第一卡槽卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述中框和窗屏之间还设有装饰件,所述装饰件与所述中框卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述中框/装饰件上设有窗屏的第一定位结构,所述窗屏上设有第二定位结构,第一定位结构与第二定位结构配合定位。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述装饰件朝向中框的表面设有第二卡爪/第二卡槽,所述中框朝向装饰件的表面设有第二卡槽/第二卡爪,第二卡爪/第二卡槽与第二卡槽/第二卡爪卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述装饰件和窗屏之间设有第一凸起结构,所述第一凸起结构的顶端支撑所述装饰件或窗屏,优选所述装饰件朝向窗屏的表面的外边缘设有多个分散的凸点,所述第一凸起结构的顶端与所述窗屏相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述内框外表面向外凸出,在内框内表面形成凹槽状手柄,中框上对应该手柄位置处设有一豁口,内框的手柄穿过该豁口与装饰件配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述手柄和装饰件之间设有分散设置的第二凸起结构,所述第二凸起结构的顶端支撑所述手柄或装饰件。
  10. 一种具有权利要求1-9任一所述门体的滚筒洗衣机。
  11. 一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于,包括由所述门体的内侧向所述门体的外侧依次设置内框、玻璃盆、中框、窗屏以及外框,所述中框与所述内框焊接连接,所述玻璃盆被夹持于所述内框与所述中框之间,所述外框与所述中框和/或内框卡接,所述窗屏与所述中框卡接,所述窗屏朝向中框的表面的外周设有与中框卡接的卡接结构,相邻卡接结构之间设有槽型缺口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述槽型缺口为将相邻卡接结构之间的窗屏的圆周部分去除形成的,或者所述槽型缺口为所述卡接结构伸出所述窗屏的圆周部分形成的。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述卡接结构伸入中框与中框卡接,所述槽型缺口的边沿支撑所述外框。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述窗屏朝向中框的表面的外周设有第三卡爪/第三卡槽,所述中框朝向窗屏的表面的外周设有第三卡槽/第三卡爪,第三卡爪/第三卡槽与第三卡槽/第三卡爪卡接。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述中框和内框配合形成第一卡槽,所述外框上设有第一卡爪,第一卡爪与第一卡槽卡接,将外框与中框、内框连接在一起。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述内框朝向中框的表面的外圆周设有第一凹部,所述中框朝向内框的表面的外圆周设有第二凹部,中框与内框连接后,第一凹部正对第二凹部形成开口朝向圆周的第一卡槽,所述外框的外圆周设有第一卡爪,所述第一卡爪与内框、中框形成的第一卡槽卡接。
  17. 根据权利要求11-16任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述中框和窗屏之间还设有装饰件,所述装饰件与所述中框卡接,所述装饰件和窗屏之间设有第一凸起结构,所述第一凸起结构的顶端支撑所述装饰件或窗屏,优选所述装饰件朝向窗屏的表面的外边缘设有多个分散的凸点,所述第一凸起结构的顶端与所述窗屏相抵。
  18. 根据权利要求11-17任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述装饰件的边缘设有供窗屏和中框之间的卡接结构通过的开口。
  19. 根据权利要求11-18任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机门体,其特征在于:所述内框外表 面向外凸起,在内框内表面形成凹槽状手柄,中框上对应该手柄位置处设有一豁口,内框的手柄穿过该豁口与装饰件配合,所述手柄和装饰件之间设有分散设置的第二凸起结构,所述第二凸起结构的顶端支撑所述手柄或装饰件。
  20. 一种具有权利要求11-19任一所述门体的滚筒洗衣机。
