A second vessels is attached at a certain offset to the inner cone for safety purpose. A varying pitch & diameter Helical Ribbon Conveyer call as "HRC" mounted on the hollow shaft at the centre of the vessel.
The HRC follows the path of the inner section of the vessel for its outer varying diameter. As the shaft rotates the HRD rotates & it forces the material stored in it to move forwarded in a cavity of a predetermined volume.
The centre HRC is driven by a single motor as the top of shaft is connected to a pinion. Now such a containers are placed in to the surface of a circular plate section are cut into a plate for placing such a different vessels. All the vessels are same described above. Gear (30) are mounted on top of each shaft as shown in Fig.l. These are driven by a single big gear which is further driven by a motor (36). There is one container (29) for oil storage same as the (21)- (29) but it is not equipped with HRC & Gears.
As shown in Fig. 2. the cooking and storing of chapatti/Bhakari/paratha. It contains a vessel (7) for storing flow
having cylindrical section at top & truncated cone at bottom HRC is mounted on the hollow shaft at it centre. The shaft is connected to a motor at top via coupling. There is a small clearance between the HRC & Inner section of the vessel. When the motor (40) at the top rotates, the flour is forwarded to the bottom due to rotation of HRD & shaft. A rotating value (8) is provided at the bottom of vessel (7) . Rotary valve has four parts. This flour further enter into the cfough kneading container(14) where oil water connection are also provided. The mixture is kneaded with help of rotating mechanism of shaft. Shaft is connected to a "C" shaped kneader which blends & kneads the mixture well.
After kneading the dough is transferred to dough extrusion & dough ball making chamber (47). It is equipped with a circular section at one end of a required size of dough ball & a press actuated by load screw on other end. This screw compresses the kneaded dough in the forwarded direction as it rotates. There is a centre provided as when required amount of dough ball is extruded outwards cut it. This is done by cutter signaling the cutter with the help of a sensor. There is a hot / heating plate (9) for pressing & heating the dough ball to make it chapatti. This is done with help of push rod cylinder (38), when the chapatti is cooked another push rod (34) pushes it to be placed in the serving dish.
The fig.3 show the entire view of the machine, when any cooking command is received either through mobile system or manually inserting or any predefined program cycle. That command transmit signal to the microcontroller. According to the command received on the microcontroller, microcontroller check the required amount of the species , vegetables, flour and ingredients in the system vessel. Then following four process starts symmetrically.
(i) flour, oil , water is added in kneaded for kneading then dough is prepared for extraction & ball making then dough is press to make the chapatti which is follow by roasting of chapatti. Which is ready to server in dish.
(ii) Sensor & camera check for stale vegetable and remove them for further process. Then required amount of vegetables are forwarded for washing chamber, which is further shredding and entered in cooking pan to cook the vegetables. Then the cooked vegetable is read to serve in dish.
(iii) Dhal ( lentils) & water are forwarded to the cooking pan.
Spicy are put in it with oil seasoning according to predetermined time. Then the cooked Dhal (Lentils ) is ready to serve in dish,
(iv) Rice, water and other spices are forwarded in the cooking pan for cooking upto the required time, Then cooked rice is ready to serve in dish.
Then the prepared dish is packed where the expire date and time is printed. After cooking and serving cycle is completed, signal is given to boiler and water pump, then the water is circulated into the system then the hot steam is circulation for sterilization of all cooked vessels in the system. Then waste is drained from the system.
