一种建筑用幕墙 技术领域
本发明涉及幕墙。 背景技术
幕墙是建筑物的外墙护围, 不承重, 像幕布一样挂上去, 故又称为悬挂墙, 幕墙是 现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体。现有的幕墙由结构框架和镶嵌板 材组成, 不承担主体结构载荷与作用的建筑围护结构。
建筑装饰幕墙早在 19世纪中叶就已在建筑工程中使用, 但由于受当时材料和加工 工艺的局限, 幕墙达不到绝对水密性, 气密性, 抵抗如风、 地震、 气温等各种自然外力 的侵袭, 热辐射等热物理因素以及隔音、 防火等要求, 一直得不到很好的发展及推广。
自 20世纪 50年代以来, 由于建筑材料及加工工艺的迅速发展,各种类型的建筑材 料研制成功, 如各种密封胶的发明及其它隔声、 防火填充材料的出现, 很好地解决了建 筑***对幕墙的指标要求, 并逐渐成为当代外墙建筑装饰新潮流。
今天, 幕墙不仅广泛用于各种建筑物的外墙, 还应用于各种功能的建筑内墙, 如通 信机房、 电视演播室、 航空港、 大车站、 体育馆、 博物馆、 文化中心、 大酒店、 大型商 场等。
现有的幕墙都是采用悬挂式的结构。 如在申请号为 201110391691.9 申请日为 2011.11.30公开日为 2012.6.13 的专利文献中公开了一种玻璃幕墙结构, 并具体公开了 所有操作均在室外进行,由断热铝合金竖龙骨和断热铝合金横龙骨连接构成幕墙的骨架 部分, 并通过连接件、埋件悬挂固定于主体结构上。在骨架部分形成的安装位内安装玻 璃。 该幕墙是通过连接件和埋件固定骨架, 整个幕墙相对于主体结构悬挂在外, 因此, 需要在室外安装幕墙, 给安装带来不便, 而且安装的安全性能不高。而虽然幕墙不需要 承载主体载荷, 但由于幕墙自身有重量, 因此, 幕墙的重量全部由连接件和埋件承载, 但连接件和埋件是横向支承幕墙的, 为悬臂支承, 这样, 连接件和埋件容易出现弯曲变 形甚至断裂的现象, 当幕墙受到如风、 地震、 气温等各种自然外力的侵袭时, 幕墙的稳 定性不好, 安全性能不高。 发明内容
为了能便于安装幕墙, 便于快速的安装, 降低成本, 且便于在室内进行维修, 提高 幕墙抗外力的能力, 以提高幕墙的稳定性、 强度, 本发明提供了一种建筑用幕墙。
为达到上述目的, 一种建筑用幕墙, 包括龙骨架及安装单元; 龙骨架安装在楼板之 间并与楼板内侧面连接, 龙骨架上形成有安装位, 安装单元嵌入安装在安装位上; 以幕 墙墙面的延伸方向为投影方向, 龙骨架和 /或安装单元的外部投影位于楼板外。
上述结构, 由于龙骨架安装在楼板之间, 在室内即可施工, 且龙骨架和安装单元实 现了模块化的安装, 龙骨架和 /或安装单元的外部伸出楼板, 形成幕墙, 因此, 克服了 现有的在室外安装作业完成幕墙的技术偏见, 这样, 对安装工人没有高的要求, 大大降 低安装难度、劳动强度和安装成本,安装的安全性也好。另外,龙骨架安装在楼板之间, 这样,来自安装单元的自重直接传递给龙骨架,龙骨架将力传递到楼板等建筑主框架上, 相对于现有技术, 幕墙的重量不需要通过预埋件传递给建筑主框架上, 因此, 本发明的 幕墙,幕墙的重量由楼板等建筑主框架纵向承载, 而不是传统幕墙靠预埋件点的形式侧 向传递给建筑主框架,对龙骨架的受力没有高的要求, 龙骨架用传统建筑的铝合金窗结 构就完全达到受力要求,大大降低了成本,使得幕墙抗外力的能力提高,幕墙的强度高, 稳定性好, 安全性能更加的可靠。
进一步的,所述的龙骨架包括二个以上的横向龙骨和二个以上的纵向龙骨,横向龙 骨和纵向龙骨相连接, 两相邻横向龙骨和两相邻纵向龙骨之间形成所述的安装位。
进一步的, 所述的横向龙骨为方管, 纵向龙骨为方管。 所述方管成本低、 重量轻、 取材方便。
作为改进,在横向龙骨和纵向龙骨上分别包覆有塑胶层。所述的塑胶层在幕墙中形 成断冷桥, 使得幕墙的隔热效果更好。
进一步的,在横向龙骨的外表面设有横向装饰条,在纵向龙骨的外表面上设有纵向 装饰条。 这样, 能使幕墙从视觉效果上为一整体, 美化了幕墙外墙, 另外, 通过横向装 饰条遮挡住横向龙骨, 通过纵向装饰条遮挡住纵向龙骨, 可防止雨水等侵蚀到龙骨架, 起到保护横向龙骨和纵向龙骨的作用。
进一步的,在横向龙骨的外表面上设有两条横向凸筋, 两横向凸筋之间形成横向导 向槽; 横向装饰条的横截面包括横向定位凸起、 自横向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向 延伸的横向连接部、自横向连接部延伸端向前延伸的横向延伸部及设在横向延伸部上的 横向装饰板,横向装饰板的两相对边伸出横向延伸部; 所述的横向定位凸起设置在横向 导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将横向龙骨和横向定位凸起连接起来。所述的横向导向槽能实现 对横向装饰条的安装进行定位,使得安装的位置精度更加的精确。上述横向装饰条结构 形成了中空结构, 从而减轻了横向装饰条的重量, 同时也节省了材料, 降低了成本。
进一步的,在纵向龙骨的外表面上设有两条纵向凸筋, 两纵向凸筋之间形成纵向导 向槽; 纵向装饰条的横截面包括纵向定位凸起、 自纵向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向 延伸的纵向连接部、自纵向连接部延伸端向前延伸的纵向延伸部及设在纵向延伸部上的 纵向装饰板, 纵向装饰板的两相对边伸出纵向延伸部; 所述的纵向定位凸起设置在纵向 导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将纵向龙骨和纵向定位凸起连接起来。所述的纵向导向槽能实现 对纵向装饰条的安装进行定位,使得纵向装饰条的安装位置精度更加的精确。上述纵向 装饰条结构形成了中空结构, 从而减轻了纵向装饰条的重量, 同时也节省了材料, 降低 了成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 本发明的建筑用幕墙由龙骨架 1、 安装单元 2及装饰条组成。 图 6至图 8为安装单元的第一种结构, 如图 6至图 8所示, 安装单元 2包括框体 21、 玻璃 22、 塑胶框 23及塑胶片 24。 如图 7所示, 框体 21包括横向型材 211及纵向 型材 212, 横向型材 211的两端连接在纵向型材 212的内侧面上, 横向型材和纵向型材 通过螺钉紧固, 在横向型材 211和纵向型材 212靠近室内一侧的边缘上分别设有凸缘 213, 在凸缘 213上设有固定孔 2131 ; 在纵向型材的端面上设有封板 214, 如图 8所示, 封板包括第一封板 2141和第二封板 2142, 第二封板 2142连接在第一封板 2141上, 且 第二封板 2142与第一封板 2141形成台阶,与纵向型材接触的第一封板表面上设有第一 定位凸起 2143, 与纵向型材接触的第二封板表面上设有第二定位凸起 2144, 第一定位 凸起 2143和第二定位凸起 2144卡置到纵向型材的腔体内,起到了定位的作用; 在第一 封板 2141和第二封板 2142之间设有向外延伸的抵挡板 2145, 与龙骨架接触的凸缘表 面和与龙骨架接触的抵挡板表面平齐。框体的内侧设有两玻璃卡槽 215,在玻璃卡槽 215 内设有第一密封条 26, 第一密封条 26上设有卡置槽 261 ; 玻璃 22设置在框体 21内, 且玻璃的边缘卡置在卡置槽 261内, 上述的第一密封条 26起到密封的作用, 还能保护 玻璃。框体 21的内侧位于两相邻玻璃卡槽之间设有塑胶框卡槽 216,在塑胶框卡槽 216 的底部设有容置槽 2161, 容置槽 2161内设有第二密封条 27, 第二密封条 27为中空的 圆形结构, 该结构的第二密封胶条 27变形量大, 密封性能好; 塑胶框 23的边缘卡置在 塑胶卡槽 216 内, 且塑胶框 23与第二密封条 27接触, 当塑胶框 23安装好后, 第二密 封胶条 27会产生变形, 以起到密封的作用。 所述的塑胶片 24设置在塑胶框 23内, 在 本结构中, 将两玻璃之间设置塑胶片, 能够起到更好的隔热作用, 且不会影响光通量。
参见图 9至图 11, 为第二种安装单元的结构, 安装单元 2包括框体。如图 9所示, 框体 21包括横向型材 211及纵向型材 212, 横向型材 211的两端连接在纵向型材 212 的内侧面上, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固, 在横向型材 211和纵向型材 212靠近 室内一侧的边缘上分别设有凸缘 213, 在凸缘 213上设有固定孔 2131 ; 横向型材 211的 内侧面向内延伸有凸条 217, 凸条 217的延伸端设有抵挡部 218, 抵挡部 218的厚度小 于凸条 217的厚度, 凸条 217与抵挡部 218为台阶结构; 纵向型材为中空型材, 在纵向 型材的端面上设有封板 214, 如图 11所示, 封板包括第一封板 2141和第二封板 2142, 第二封板 2142连接在第一封板 2141上, 且第二封板 2142与第一封板 2141形成台阶, 与纵向型材接触的第一封板面上设有第一定位凸起 2143, 与纵向型材接触的第二封板 面上设有第二定位凸起 2144, 第一定位凸起 2143和第二定位凸起 2144卡置到纵向型 材的腔体内,起到了定位的作用; 在第一封板 2141和第二封板 2142之间设有向外延伸 的抵挡板 2145, 与龙骨架接触的凸缘表面和与龙骨架接触的抵挡板表面平齐。 在框体 21内位于凸条 216之间设有二片以上的百叶 281,在百叶 281的上端和下端分别设有错 位的抵挡条 282,相邻百叶上的相邻抵挡条能相互抵挡; 百叶的中部穿过有旋转轴 283, 旋转轴 283的两端安装到纵向型材上;在每一百叶上位于旋转轴 283的一侧连接有拨叉 284, 拨叉 284上设有将所有拨叉连接在一起的连接杆 285。 当上下拨动连接杆 285时, 连接杆 285带动拨叉 284运动,拨叉 284促使百叶 281打开和关闭,且百叶 281关闭后, 由于设置了抵挡部 218, 位于最上端和最下端的百叶的抵挡条 282凸缘抵挡部 218相互 抵挡, 起到限位的作用, 同时, 相邻百叶的抵挡条 282也能相互抵挡限位, 这样, 不仅 能给百叶定位, 而且使百叶关闭后的密封性能更好。

参见图 18和图 19, 为第五种安装单元结构, 包括框体 21, 框体 21包括横向型材 211及纵向型材 212, 横向型材 211与纵向型材 212连接, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺 钉紧固, 在横向型材 211和纵向型材 212靠近室内一侧的边缘上分别设有凸缘 213, 在 凸缘 213上设有固定孔 2131。 框体 21内设有旋转窗框 210, 旋转窗框 210的一侧边铰 接在框体 21上, 在旋转窗框内安装有玻璃 22, 在旋转窗框 210上安装有手柄 2101, 便 于打开和关闭窗户,如图 18所示,为旋转窗框关闭状态,图 19为旋转窗框打开的状态。
参见图 20和图 21, 为第六种安装单元结构, 包括框体 21, 框体 21包括横向型材 211及纵向型材 212, 横向型材 211与纵向型材 212连接, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺 钉紧固, 在横向型材 211和纵向型材 212靠近室内一侧的边缘上分别设有凸缘 213, 在 凸缘 213上设有固定孔 2131。在横向型材之间对应于安装位处设有二个以上的平推窗, 所述的平推窗包括平推窗框 2102及设在平推窗框内的玻璃 22。 如图 20所示, 窗户为 关闭状态, 图 21的窗户为打开的状态。
安装单元的第七种结构, 安装单元包括框体、 玻璃。 框体包括横向型材及纵向型 材, 横向型材的两端连接在纵向型材的内侧面上, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固, 在横向型材和纵向型材靠近室内一侧的边缘上分别设有凸缘,在凸缘上设有固定孔; 在 纵向型材的端面上设有封板,封板包括第一封板和第二封板,第二封板连接在第一封板 上, 且第二封板与第一封板形成台阶, 与纵向型材接触的第一封板面上设有第一定位凸 起, 与纵向型材接触的第二封板面上设有第二定位凸起,第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起 卡置到纵向型材的腔体内,起到了定位的作用; 在第一封板和第二封板之间设有向外延 伸的抵挡板, 与龙骨架接触的凸缘表面和与龙骨架接触的抵挡板表面平齐。框体的内侧 设有两玻璃卡槽, 在玻璃卡槽内设有第一密封条, 第一密封条上设有卡置槽; 玻璃设置 在框体内, 且玻璃的边缘卡置在卡置槽内, 上述的第一密封条起到密封的作用, 还能保 护玻璃。 在两玻璃之间形成空腔, 在空腔内设有百叶, 该百叶起到仿真的作用。
图 22至图 24为安装单元的第八种结构, 如图 22至图 24所示, 安装单元 2包括 框体 21、 玻璃 22、 塑胶框 23及塑胶片 24。 如图 23所示, 框体 21由横向型材 211及 纵向型材 212连接而成,横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固。框体的内侧设有两玻璃卡 槽 215, 在玻璃卡槽 215内设有第一密封条 26, 第一密封条 26上设有卡置槽 261 ; 玻 璃 22设置在框体 21内, 且玻璃的边缘卡置在卡置槽 261内, 上述的第一密封条 26起 到密封的作用, 还能保护玻璃。 框体 21的内侧位于两相邻玻璃卡槽之间设有塑胶框卡 槽 216,在塑胶框卡槽 216的底部设有容置槽 2161,容置槽 2161内设有第二密封条 27, 第二密封条 27为中空的圆形结构, 因此, 第二密封胶条 27的变形量大, 密封性能好; 塑胶框 23的边缘卡置在塑胶卡槽 216 内, 且塑胶框 23与第二密封条 27接触, 当塑胶 框 23安装好后, 第二密封胶条 27会产生变形, 以起到密封的作用。 所述的塑胶片 24 设置在塑胶框 23内, 在本结构中, 将两玻璃之间设置塑胶片, 能够起到更好的隔热作 用。
本发明第九种安装单元的结构,包括框体。框体由横向型材及纵向型材连接而成, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固; 横向型材的内侧面向内延伸有凸条, 凸条的延伸端 设有抵挡部, 抵挡部的厚度小于凸条的厚度, 凸条与抵挡部为台阶结构; 纵向型材为中 空型材。在框体内位于凸条之间设有二片以上的百叶,在百叶的上端和下端分别设有错 位的抵挡条,相邻百叶上的相邻抵挡条能相互抵挡; 百叶的中部穿过有旋转轴,旋转轴, 的两端安装到纵向型材上; 在每一百叶上位于旋转轴的一侧连接有拨叉, 拨叉上设有将 所有拨叉连接在一起的连接杆。 当上下拨动连接杆时, 连接杆带动拨叉运动, 拨叉促使 百叶打开和关闭, 且百叶关闭后, 由于设置了抵挡部, 位于最上端和最下端的百叶的抵 挡条凸缘抵挡部相互抵挡, 起到限位的作用, 同时, 相邻百叶的抵挡条也能相互抵挡限 位, 这样, 不仅能给百叶定位, 而且使百叶关闭后的密封性能更好。
本发明第十种安装单元的结构包括框体及玻璃。 框体由横向型材及纵向型材连接 而成, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固; 框体的内侧设有一玻璃卡槽, 在玻璃卡槽内 设有第一密封条, 第一密封条上设有卡置槽; 玻璃设置在框体内, 玻璃的边缘卡置在卡 置槽内, 该框体内设置的为单层玻璃或中空玻璃, 该玻璃可以靠近室内设置, 也可以靠 近室外设置, 上述的第一密封条起到密封的作用, 还能保护玻璃。
本发明第十一种安装单元的结构包括框体、 玻璃及栏杆。 框体由横向型材及纵向 型材连接而成, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固。框体的内侧设有一玻璃卡槽, 在玻 璃卡槽内设有第一密封条, 第一密封条上设有卡置槽; 玻璃设置在框体内, 玻璃的边缘 卡置在卡置槽内, 该框体内设置的为单层玻璃, 该玻璃靠近室外设置, 上述的第一密封 条起到密封的作用, 还能保护玻璃。 在纵向型材之间设有栏杆。
本发明第十二种安装单元的结构包括框体,框体由横向型材及纵向型材连接而成, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固。框体内设有旋转窗框, 旋转窗框的一侧边铰接在框 体上, 在旋转窗框内安装有玻璃, 在旋转窗框上安装有手柄, 便于打开和关闭窗户。 本发明第十三种安装单元的结构包括框体,框体由横向型材及纵向型材连接而成, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固。在横向型材之间对应于安装位处设有二个以上的平 推窗, 所述的平推窗包括平推窗框及设在平推窗框内的玻璃。
本发明第十四种安装单元的结构包括框体、玻璃。框体包括横向型材及纵向型材, 横向型材和纵向型材通过螺钉紧固。框体的内侧设有两玻璃卡槽,在玻璃卡槽内设有第 一密封条, 第一密封条上设有卡置槽; 玻璃设置在框体内, 且玻璃的边缘卡置在卡置槽 内, 上述的第一密封条起到密封的作用, 还能保护玻璃。 在两玻璃之间形成空腔, 在空 腔内设有百叶, 该百叶起到仿真的作用。
在本发明中, 安装单元可以是窗安装单元, 也可以是花钢板、 不锈钢板、 塑胶板 等安装单元。
第一实施方式。
如图 1和图 2所示, 建筑用幕墙包括龙骨架 1、 安装单元 2及装饰条。
如图 2所示, 龙骨架由二个以上的横向龙骨 11和二个以上的纵向龙骨 12组成。 横向龙骨 11和纵向龙骨 12之间通过角码 13连接, 横向龙骨 11和纵向龙骨 12均为方 管, 且横向龙骨 11和纵向龙骨 12在同一平面内。两相邻横向龙骨和两相邻纵向龙骨之 间形成安装位 14。
为了在幕墙内形成断冷桥, 龙骨架的另一实施方式是在横向龙骨和纵向龙骨外包 覆塑胶层。

龙骨架由二个以上的横向龙骨和二个以上的纵向龙骨组成。 横向龙骨和纵向龙骨 之间通过角码连接,横向龙骨和纵向龙骨均为方管, 且横向龙骨和纵向龙骨在同一平面 内。两相邻横向龙骨和两相邻纵向龙骨之间形成安装位,在安装为上安装有安装单元 2。
如图 51所示,建筑包括楼板 100及设置在楼板 100之间的立柱,在本实施方式中, 立柱靠近室内设置, 使得楼板 100的外表面与立柱的外表面不平齐。
最上面的横向龙骨和最下面的横向龙骨安装在楼板 100侧面上, 以实现对龙骨架 的安装固定。 另外, 为了让幕墙具有连续的视觉效果, 在楼板外设有装饰板 61。
在本实施方式中, 安装单元 2和装饰板 61的面积相等。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 包括龙骨架及安装单元; 龙骨架安装在楼板之 间并与楼板内侧面连接, 龙骨架上形成有安装位, 安装单元嵌入安装在安装位上; 以幕 墙墙面的延伸方向为投影方向, 龙骨架和 /或安装单元的外部投影位于楼板外。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述的龙骨架包括二个以上 的横向龙骨和二个以上的纵向龙骨,横向龙骨和纵向龙骨相连接, 两相邻横向龙骨和两 相邻纵向龙骨之间形成所述的安装位。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述的横向龙骨为方管, 纵 向龙骨为方管。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在横向龙骨和纵向龙骨上分 别包覆有塑胶层。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在横向龙骨的外表面设有横 向装饰条, 在纵向龙骨的外表面上设有纵向装饰条。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在横向龙骨的外表面上设有 两条横向凸筋, 两横向凸筋之间形成横向导向槽; 横向装饰条的横截面包括横向定位凸 起、 自横向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向延伸的横向连接部、 自横向连接部延伸端向 前延伸的横向延伸部及设在横向延伸部上的横向装饰板,横向装饰板的两相对边伸出横 向延伸部; 所述的横向定位凸起设置在横向导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将横向龙骨和横向定 位凸起连接起来。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在纵向龙骨的外表面上设有 两条纵向凸筋, 两纵向凸筋之间形成纵向导向槽; 纵向装饰条的横截面包括纵向定位凸 起、 自纵向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向延伸的纵向连接部、 自纵向连接部延伸端向 前延伸的纵向延伸部及设在纵向延伸部上的纵向装饰板,纵向装饰板的两相对边伸出纵 向延伸部; 所述的纵向定位凸起设置在纵向导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将纵向龙骨和纵向定 位凸起连接起来。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在纵向龙骨的外表面上设有 两条纵向凸筋, 两纵向凸筋之间形成纵向导向槽; 纵向装饰条的横截面包括纵向定位凸 起、 自纵向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向延伸的纵向连接部、 自纵向连接部延伸端向 前延伸的纵向延伸部及设在纵向延伸部上的纵向装饰板,纵向装饰板的两相对边伸出纵 向延伸部; 所述的纵向定位凸起设置在纵向导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将纵向龙骨和纵向定 位凸起连接起来。
9. 根据权利要求 5或 7所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在横向龙骨的外表面上 设有两条横向凸筋, 两横向凸筋之间形成横向导向槽; 横向装饰条的横截面包括横向定 位凸起、 自横向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向延伸的横向连接部、 自横向连接部延伸 端向前延伸的横向延伸部、设在横向延伸部上的横向装饰板及自横向装饰板的外边缘向 横向定位凸起方向延伸后向横向延伸部延伸并与横向延伸部连接的横向凸起;所述的横 向定位凸起设置在横向导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将横向龙骨和横向定位凸起连接起来; 纵 向装饰条设在两相邻横向装饰条之间; 横向装饰板凸出纵向装饰板设置。
10.根据权利要求 5或 6所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在纵向龙骨的外表面上 设有两条纵向凸筋, 两纵向凸筋之间形成纵向导向槽; 纵向装饰条的横截面包括纵向定 位凸起、 自纵向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向延伸的纵向连接部、 自纵向连接部延伸 端向前延伸的纵向延伸部、设在纵向延伸部上的纵向装饰板及自纵向装饰板的外边缘向 纵向定位凸起方向延伸后向纵向延伸部延伸并与纵向延伸部连接的纵向凸起;所述的纵 向定位凸起设置在纵向导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将纵向龙骨和纵向定位凸起连接起来; 横 向装饰条设在两相邻纵向装饰条之间; 纵向装饰板凸出横向装饰板设置。
11.根据权利要求 9所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在纵向龙骨的外表面上设有 两条纵向凸筋, 两纵向凸筋之间形成纵向导向槽; 纵向装饰条的横截面包括纵向定位凸 起、 自纵向定位凸起的两相对边缘向外斜向延伸的纵向连接部、 自纵向连接部延伸端向 前延伸的纵向延伸部、设在纵向延伸部上的纵向装饰板及自纵向装饰板的外边缘向纵向 定位凸起方向延伸后向纵向延伸部延伸并与纵向延伸部连接的纵向凸起;所述的纵向定 位凸起设置在纵向导向槽内, 并通过螺钉将纵向龙骨和纵向定位凸起连接起来; 横向装 饰条和纵向装饰条外表面平齐, 且横向装饰条和纵向装饰条凸出框体外表面设置。
12.根据权利要求 5所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在横向装饰条和纵向装饰条 上分别包覆有塑胶皮。
13.根据权利要求 5所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 在楼板的外表面设有装饰板。
14.根据权利要求 1或 5所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述的安装单元包括框 体, 框体向四周延伸有凸缘; 框***于安装位之间, 由龙骨架抵挡凸缘, 凸缘与龙骨架 相连接。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 框体包括横向型材及纵向型 材,横向型材的两端连接在纵向型材的内侧面上,在横向型材和纵向型材靠近室内一侧 的外侧边缘上分别设有所述的凸缘; 在纵向型材的端面上设有封板,封板上设有向外延 伸的抵挡板, 与龙骨架接触的凸缘表面和与龙骨架接触的抵挡板表面平齐。
16.根据权利要求 14所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 框体的内侧设有玻璃卡槽, 在玻璃卡槽内设有第一密封条,第一密封条上设有卡置槽; 在框体内设有卡置到卡置槽 内的玻璃。
17.根据权利要求 16所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 框体的内侧位于两相邻玻璃 卡槽之间设有塑胶框卡槽,在框体内设有卡置到塑胶框卡槽内的塑胶框, 塑胶框上设有 塑胶片。
18.根据权利要求 17所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 在塑胶框卡槽的底部设有容 置槽, 容置槽内设有第二密封条, 第二密封条为中空的圆形结构, 所述的塑胶框与第二 密封条接触。
19.根据权利要求 16所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 所述的玻璃为中空玻璃或单 层玻璃。
20.根据权利要求 15所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 横向型材的内侧面向内延伸 有凸条, 凸条的延伸端设有抵挡部, 凸条与抵挡部为台阶结构; 在框体内位于凸条之间 设有二片以上的百叶,在百叶的上端和下端分别设有错位的抵挡条,相邻百叶上的相邻 抵挡条能相互抵挡; 百叶的中部穿过有旋转轴; 旋转轴的两端安装到纵向型材上; 在每 一百叶上位于旋转轴的一侧连接有拨叉, 拨叉上设有将所有拨叉连接在一起的连接杆。
21.根据权利要求 16所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述的玻璃为两块, 两块玻 璃之间形成有空腔, 空腔内设有仿真百叶。
22.根据权利要求 14所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 框体内设有旋转窗框, 旋转 窗框的一侧边铰接在框体上, 在旋转窗框内安装有玻璃。
23.根据权利要求 15所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 在横向型材之间对应于安装 位处设有二个以上的平推窗, 所述的平推窗包括平推窗框及设在平推窗框内的玻璃。
24.根据权利要求 14所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 以幕墙墙面的延伸方向为投 影方向, 龙骨架的投影位于楼板内, 框体的外部凸出龙骨架的外表面, 且框体外部的投 影位于楼板外。
25.根据权利要求 14所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 以幕墙墙面的延伸方向为投 影方向, 龙骨架外部的投影位于楼板外, 框体的外表面与龙骨架的外表面平齐。
26.根据权利要求 3所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 以幕墙墙面的延伸方向为投 影方向, 龙骨架外部的投影位于楼板外; 在横向龙骨的外表面设有横向装饰挡板, 横向 装饰挡板的上下边伸出横向龙骨形成横向抵挡边; 所述的安装单元由横向抵挡边抵挡。
27.根据权利要求 3所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 以幕墙墙面的延伸方向为投 影方向, 龙骨架外部的投影位于楼板外; 在纵向龙骨的外表面设有纵向装饰挡板, 纵向 装饰挡板的上下边伸出纵向龙骨形成纵向抵挡边; 所述的安装单元由纵向抵挡边抵挡。
28.根据权利要求 26所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 以幕墙墙面的延伸方向为投 影方向, 龙骨架外部的投影位于楼板外; 在纵向龙骨的外表面设有纵向装饰挡板, 纵向 装饰挡板的上下边伸出纵向龙骨形成纵向抵挡边;所述的安装单元由横向抵挡边和纵向 抵挡边抵挡。
29.根据权利要求 26所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 在横向龙骨和横向装饰挡板 之间设有塑胶层。
30.根据权利要求 27或 28所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在纵向龙骨和纵向装 饰挡板之间设有塑胶层。
31.根据权利要求 26、 27或 28所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述的安装单元 包括框体,框体包括横向型材及纵向型材,横向型材的两端连接在纵向型材的内侧面上。
32.根据权利要求 31所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 框体的内侧设有玻璃卡槽, 在玻璃卡槽内设有第一密封条,第一密封条上设有卡置槽; 在框体内设有卡置到卡置槽 内的玻璃。
33.根据权利要求 32所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 框体的内侧位于两相邻玻璃 卡槽之间设有塑胶框卡槽,在框体内设有卡置到塑胶框卡槽内的塑胶框, 塑胶框上设有 塑胶片。
34.根据权利要求 33所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 在塑胶框卡槽的底部设有容 置槽, 容置槽内设有第二密封条, 第二密封条为中空的圆形结构, 所述的塑胶框与第二 密封条接触。

37.根据权利要求 32所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述的玻璃为两块, 两块玻 璃之间形成有空腔, 空腔内设有仿真百叶。
38.根据权利要求 31所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 框体内设有旋转窗框, 旋转 窗框的一侧边铰接在框体上, 在旋转窗框内安装有玻璃。
39.根据权利要求 31所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 在横向型材之间对应于安装 位处设有二个以上的平推窗, 所述的平推窗包括平推窗框及设在平推窗框内的玻璃。
40.根据权利要求 28所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在框体内安装有玻璃, 玻璃 由横向抵挡条和纵向抵挡条抵挡, 玻璃通过玻璃胶横向抵挡条和纵向抵挡条固定。
41.根据权利要求 3所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 以幕墙墙面的延伸方向为投 影方向, 龙骨架外部的投影位于楼板外; 在横向龙骨的外侧边缘设有横向抵挡凸缘; 所 述的安装单元由横向抵挡凸缘抵挡。

44.根据权利要求 13所述的建筑用幕墙,其特征在于: 安装单元与装饰板的形状一 致, 且面积相等。
45.根据权利要求 1所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在相邻楼板之间设有立柱, 立柱的外表面与楼板的外表面平齐, 在立柱的外表面上设有立柱装饰板。
46.根据权利要求 1所述的建筑用幕墙, 其特征在于: 在相邻楼板之间设有立柱, 楼板的外表面凸出于立柱的外表面设置。
