Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟 。
背景技术
市面上的电子烟出气方式都为吸嘴盖盖顶上开口直接出气。但是在吸嘴盖盖顶上开口直接出气,使得使用者的口液,口气易直接回流在电子烟内,影响电子烟的口感;且在吸嘴盖顶盖上开设出气孔,使得能够设置的出气孔的个数是有限的,影响出雾量,同时也影响口感;再者在盖顶上设置出气孔使得在吸食的过程中容易洗到烟油 。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的口液、口气易从出气孔回流入电子烟中的缺陷,提供一种在电子吸嘴盖顶端设置阻挡件的电子烟。
本发明提供一种电子烟, 包括保护套、雾化器以及电池杆,所述雾化器以及电池杆分别内置于所述保护套内,所述保护套朝向所述雾化器方向一端连接一吸嘴盖,其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖具有通气件以及阻挡件,所述通气件上贯穿有与所述雾化器内部连通的出气孔,所述阻挡件设于所述吸嘴盖的顶部用于阻挡外界通过所述通气件与所述雾化器内部的轴向连通 。
所述阻挡件表面为封闭的平面或者呈光滑的曲面。
所述通气件与所述阻挡件一体成型,且所述出气孔为至少一个周向出气孔、并设置于所述通气件周向位置上。
所述出气孔为至少一个轴向出气孔、并轴向设置于所述通气件上,所述阻挡件与所述通气件固定连接且共同围成一与所述轴向出气孔相连通的环形凹部。
所述出气孔为所述通气件上轴向设置的至少一个轴向出气孔以及周向设置的至少一个周向出气孔,所述轴向出气孔以及所述周向出气孔均与所述雾化器内部连通,所述阻挡件与所述通气件固定连接且共同围成一与所述轴向出气孔相连通的环形凹部。
所述出气孔的形状为圆形、多边形、椭圆形中的任意一种。
所述出气孔为斜孔或者直孔。
所述环形凹部的截面形状为矩形、三角形以及半圆形中任意一种形状。
所述通气件下端设有连接部,所述连接部与所述保护套通过过盈配合连接。

所述通气件下端设有连接部,所述连接部通过螺纹旋合的方式与所述保护套连接。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过在吸嘴盖顶端设置阻挡件,利用阻挡件有效阻隔使用者口液,口气与雾化腔的直接导通,使得在吸烟时不容易使使用者的口液,口气回流到雾化器内,口感效果好,同时在阻挡件下部设置通气件,该通气件包括轴向或者是周向设置的若干个出气孔,使得出雾量大,吸烟效果好。

具体实施方式
为了进一步了解本发明,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明优选的实施方案进行描述。但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
如图1所示为现有技术中吸嘴盖3的结构示意图;
现有技术中的吸嘴盖3顶部设有与雾化器内部连通的出气孔,当使用者吸食时,雾化器内部雾化的空气由出气孔被吸食者吸入。这样的结构使得由该出气孔吸食的被雾化的空气的量少,且吸食者的口液、口气容易从该出气孔回流到雾化器中,影响口感;再者由于出气孔与雾化器连通,在吸食的过程中,烟油也较容易从出气孔被吸出。
本发明提供电子烟, 包括保护套 10 、雾化器 1 以及电池杆 2 ,雾化器 1 以及电池杆 2 分别内置于保护套 10 内,保护套 10 朝向雾化器 1 方向一端连接一吸嘴盖 3 ,吸嘴盖 3 具有通气件 32 以及阻挡件 31 ,通气件 32 上贯穿有与雾化器 1 内部连通的出气孔,阻挡件 31 设于吸嘴盖 3 的顶部用于阻挡外界通过通气件 32 与雾化器 1 内部的轴向连通。 阻挡件31表面为封闭的平面或者呈圆滑的曲面。
如图2、图3以及图4所示的本发明的电子烟的第一实施例,通气件32与阻挡件31一体成型,上述的出气孔为至少一个周向出气孔321,并设置于通气件32周向位置上。通气件32与阻挡件31一体成型的形状可以是内部中空的倒扣设置于保护套 10 顶端的圆筒状结构,阻挡件31即为该圆筒状结构的顶部。
当该周向出气孔321为多个时,该周向出气孔321在通气件32的周向均匀设置。这样使得在吸烟时,电子烟在吸嘴盖3的四周均匀出雾。
如图5、图6以及图7所示的本发明的电子烟的第二实施例,通气件32上设置的出气孔为至少一个轴向出气孔322,该轴向出气孔322轴向设置于通气件322上,阻挡件31与通气件32固定连接且共同围成一与轴向出气孔322相连通的环形凹部323。
当轴向出气孔322的个数为多个时,该多个轴向出气孔322间隔均匀设置并位于同圆周线上。
此时,通气件32为一类似蜂窝媒状的结构。阻挡件31为一中心带有插脚的圆盘,通气件32中心设有开孔,通过将阻挡件31的插脚插置于通气件32的孔中实现阻挡件31以及通气件32的连接,阻挡件31以及通气件32的连接方式还可以通过其他方式实现,例如焊接或者是卡接的方式。
环形凹部323的截面形状为矩形、三角形以及半圆形等形状中的任意一种形状;优选的,为便于制造,本发明中采用截面为矩形的环形凹部323。
该实施例中的由于轴向出气孔322与环形凹部323形成连通的空间,使得在吸烟者吸食的时,经过雾化的空气通过轴向出气孔322再经由环形凹部323向四周出雾。
如图8所示,为本发明的第三实施例的结构示意图,通气件32具有轴向设置的至少一个轴向出气孔322以及至少一个周向设置的周向出气孔321,轴向出气孔322以及周向出气孔321均与雾化器1内部连通,阻挡件31与通气件32固定连接且共同围成一与轴向出气孔322相连通的环形凹部323。
即该第三实施例与第二实施例的不同之处即为除在轴向设置轴向出气孔322外还在周向设置出气孔,同时通气件32内部中空,可以同时使轴向出气孔322以及周向出气孔321与雾化器1内部连通。
当轴向出气孔322以及周向出气孔321为多个时,该轴向出气孔322以及周向出气孔321均匀布置,使得在抽烟时出雾均匀。
在上述三个实施例中,出气孔的均可以为直孔或者为斜孔。且优选的出气孔的面积为2-6平方毫米,且形状为圆形、多边形、椭圆形中的任意一种。
同时,在三个实施例中,通气件32下端也即吸嘴盖3下端设有连接部33,连接部33与保护套 10 通过过盈配合连接。可以理解的是,连接部33以及保护套 10 的连接方式还可以通过螺纹旋合的方式以及粘合等方式来实现。
当为螺纹旋合的方式进行连接时,可以在保护套10上设置外螺纹,在连接部33上设置内螺纹,通过内外螺纹的旋合来实现吸嘴盖3以及保护套10的连接。但优选的,采用在保护套10上设置内螺纹,在连接部33上设置外螺纹,并旋合的方式实现连接部33以及保护套10的连接。
如图7、8示出了采用第二实施例的吸嘴盖结构的可拆卸的电子烟的整体结构示意图以及采用采用第一实施例的吸嘴盖结构的整体式的电子烟的结构示意图。可以理解的是,第一实施例、第二实施例以及第三的吸嘴盖的结构可以分别适用于可拆卸的电子烟以及整体式的电子烟上。
通过设置阻挡件 31 使得能够避免口液、口气在雾化器1中的回流,且避免由出气孔吸出烟油,可通过多个出气孔增加出雾量。使得吸烟口感好。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻挡件(31)表面为封闭的平面或者呈光滑的曲面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气件(32)与所述阻挡件(31)一体成型,且所述出气孔为至少一个周向出气孔(321)、并设置于所述通气件(32)周向位置上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出气孔为至少一个轴向出气孔(322)、并轴向设置于所述通气件(32)上,所述阻挡件(31)与所述通气件(32)固定连接且共同围成一与所述轴向出气孔(322)相连通的环形凹部(323)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出气孔为所述通气件(32)上轴向设置的至少一个轴向出气孔(322)以及周向设置的至少一个周向出气孔(321),所述轴向出气孔(322)以及所述周向出气孔(321)均与所述雾化器(1)内部连通,所述阻挡件(31)与所述通气件(32)固定连接且共同围成一与所述轴向出气孔(322)相连通的环形凹部(323)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出气孔的面积为2-6平方毫米。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出气孔的形状为圆形、多边形、椭圆形中的任意一种。
