本实施例中,当电池110内设有一个通孔410时,该通孔410开设在电池110的中轴线位置,并与雾化通道同轴线设置,如此使气体流通更加顺畅,并减少噪声。由于电池110内部设有通孔112,则电池110在工作过程中放出的热量可以由此传向雾化装置,一方面防止了烟杆10过热而烫手的问题,另一方面可提高电子烟内的温度,提高雾化温度。可以理解,通孔112也可以开设在偏离电池110的中轴线的位置。设置在电池110内的通孔112的直径为 0.1 厘米 -0.4 厘米之间,即通孔 112 的直径不宜过大,如果过大,则会使通孔 112 占据整个电池 110 的内部结构,使电池 110 的容量变小,供电时间缩短;如果通孔 112 的宽度过小,则会导致气体在电池 110 内流通不畅,可能会增大噪音并影响烟雾量;优选地,通孔 112 的直径为 0.2 厘米。
其中,电池 110 内的通孔 112 的个数没有限制,可以为 1 个、 2 个或更多个。当电池 110 的轴向上开设有至少两个通孔 112 时,该多个通孔 112 之间间隔设置且相互平行,具体地,通孔 112 可以等距离间隔设置,也可以不等距间隔设置。优选地,其中一个通孔 112 设置在电池 110 的中轴线位置,并与雾化通道同轴线设置,其它通孔 112 分布在位于电池 110 中轴线位置的通孔 112 的两侧,以使气体能够平缓地流过电池 110 。可以理解,通孔 112 可以分设在偏离电池 110 中轴线的位置且对应设置,即通孔 112 分布在电池 110 的同径向方向上且均偏离电池 110 的中轴线,且相对电池 110 的中轴线呈轴对称 。
如图3和4所示,本发明第一实施例提供的电池110的轴向上开设有一个通孔112,该通孔112位于电池110的中轴线位置并与雾化通道同轴线设置,从而使气体经进气孔310进入电子烟内后,经通孔112顺畅地流向雾化通道,并将雾化通道内已雾化的烟雾从出气孔410排出。具体在本实施方式中,通孔112包括正极管1122、负极管1124以及设于正极管1122和负极管1124之间的绝缘管1126,且正极管1122、负极管1124和绝缘管1126均为内中空的圆筒状,从而使正极管1122、绝缘管1126和负极管1124共同组成该通孔112。正极管1122和负极管1124分别从电池110的两端面向外伸出一定的距离,以使正极管1122和负极管1124与电子烟内的其它部件相连,使电池110能为电子烟供电。绝缘管1126由塑料、环氧树脂等绝缘材料制成。
如图5和6所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电池110的轴向上开设有三个通孔112,该三个通孔112之间间隔设置且相互平行。优选地,该三个通孔112中的一个设置在电池110的中轴线上,且设置在电池110中轴线上的通孔112与电子烟内的雾化通道同轴线设置,以使气流在电子烟内能够流通顺畅;此外,其可更好地散热。其它两个通孔112分别设置在位于电池110中轴线的通孔112的两侧,且与位于中轴线上的通孔112间隔距离相等。具体在本实施方式中,电池110上还设有正极1122'和负极1124',且该正极1122'和负极1124'均设置在电池110的同一端面上,在电池110上放置三根中空的绝缘管1126'从而形成通孔112。如图7所示,正极1122'和负极1124'均伸出电池110的端面一定距离,且正极1122'和负极1124'伸出电池110端面的距离相等,而绝缘管1126'则完全置于电池110内部。由此可以推断出,电池110的轴向上可以开设有奇数个通孔112,该奇数个通孔112以其中一个通孔112为中心轴线对称设置,且该作为中心轴线的通孔112与电子烟的雾化通道同轴线设置。
可以理解的是,在另一种实施例中, 电池 110 的通孔 112 直径较大, 将雾化座120、玻纤管130及储油件(图中未标号)等 雾化组件装在通孔 112 中,从而可减小电子烟的长度,方便携带,增大电子烟的直径,提高拿烟时的手感,较大满足了常抽烟的吸烟者的心理需求。
本发明的电子烟,通过在电池110的轴向上开设有至少一个通孔112,则使从进气孔310进入电子烟内的气体,依次流经通孔112、雾化通道,最后从出气孔410流出。由于电池110上设有供气体流通的通孔112,则使气体在电子烟内流通顺畅,减少了气体与其它障碍物的摩擦,使电子烟通气量充足并减少了噪音,使电子烟内雾化的烟雾量充足,提高了用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括烟杆( 10 ),所述烟杆( 10 )上设置有供气流流通的进气孔( 310 )和出气孔( 410 ),其特征在于,所述烟杆( 10 )内设有用于为电子烟供电的电池( 110 ),所述电池( 110 )内沿轴向开设有至少一个贯穿的通孔( 112 ),所述通孔( 112 )与所述进气孔( 310 )和出气孔( 410 )相连通形成进气通道。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通孔( 112 )开设在所述电池( 110 )的中轴线位置。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括设置在烟杆( 10 )内部的雾化通道,所述雾化通道与所述通孔( 112 )同轴线设置。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通孔( 112 )开设在偏离所述电池( 110 )的中轴线位置。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述通孔( 112 )的直径为 0.1 厘米 -0.4 厘米。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池( 110 )上开设有至少两个所述通孔( 112 ),所述通孔( 112 )分设在偏离所述电池( 110 )中轴线的位置且相对所述电池( 110 )的中轴线呈轴对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池( 110 )上开设有奇数个通孔( 112 ),所述奇数个通孔( 112 )以其中一个通孔( 112 )为中心轴线对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述作为中心轴线的通孔( 112 )与所述雾化通道同轴线设置。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括分别设置在所述烟杆( 10 )两端的吸嘴盖( 40 )和灯帽( 30 ),所述出气孔( 410 )设置在所述吸嘴盖( 40 )上,所述进气孔( 310 )设置在所述灯帽( 30 )上。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟杆( 10 )内设有依次相连的雾化座( 120 )、玻纤管( 130 ),所述雾化座( 120 )和玻纤管( 130 )形成同轴线的所述雾化通道。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池( 110 )的所述通孔( 112 )中装有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件。
