从以上技术方案可以看出, 本发明具有以下优点: 通气管靠近吸烟端的一 端位于第二储油腔内, 该通气管靠近该吸烟端一端的端面为封闭设置, 该通气 管位于该第二储油腔内的管壁上设置有与该第二储油腔相连通的出气通道,该 吸烟端位于该第二储油腔的腔壁处设置有供烟雾排出的出气孔。 因此, 当用户 吸烟时,雾化芯雾化产生的大颗粒烟雾被阻挡在该通气管靠近该吸烟端一端的 内端面上, 然后滤除大颗粒烟雾后的烟雾经该出气通道流出至该第二储油腔 内, 经该出气孔进入用户口腔。 从而防止用户吸到大颗粒烟雾, 影响健康。 此 外, 该第二储油腔还能够存储烟雾冷凝后形成的烟液, 以进一步降低用户吸食 到烟液的概率, 以使本发明极大地提高了用户体验。

本发明实施例中,该通气管 303靠近该吸烟端 201的一端位于该第二储油 腔 306内, 该通气管 303靠近该吸烟端 201—端的端面为封闭设置, 该通气管 303位于该第二储油腔 306内的管壁上设置有与该第二储油腔 306相连通的出 气通道 307, 该吸烟端 201位于该第二储油腔 306的腔壁处设置有供烟雾排出 的出气孔 308。 因此, 当用户吸烟时, 雾化芯 302雾化产生的大颗粒烟雾被阻 挡在该通气管 303靠近该吸烟端 201—端的内端面上,然后滤除大颗粒烟雾后 的烟雾经该出气通道 307流出至该第二储油腔 306内,经该出气孔 308进入用 户口腔(图 3所示箭头方向为气流方向)。 从而避免用户吸到大颗粒烟雾, 影 响健康。 此外, 该第二储油腔 306还能够存储烟雾冷凝后形成的烟液, 以进一 步降低用户吸食到烟液的概率, 以使本发明极大地提高了用户体验。
下面结合图 3至图 5对雾化器的具体结构做进一步说明:
上述吸烟端 201和上述隔离部件 305之间为可拆卸的连接,本实施例中以 该吸烟端 201与该隔离部件 305通过螺纹连接为例进行说明, 即该吸烟端 201 用于与该隔离部件 305连接的位置处设有内螺纹,隔离部件 305的外周面上设 有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹。 若釆取其他可拆卸连接结构, 则该吸烟端 201 上还可以设置其他连接结构, 例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等, 本实施 例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明, 并不限定于螺纹连接。
本实施例的螺纹连接结构和卡扣连接结构能够更好的对该吸烟端进行拆 装, 且不易脱落; 该吸烟端 201与该隔离部件 305之间可拆卸连接, 方便用户 清洁该第二储油腔 306内积存的烟液, 防止用户吸到烟液, 健康卫生。
进一步的, 上述雾化芯 302内设置有与该通气管 205相连通的雾化腔 401 及收容在该雾化腔 401内的电热丝组件 402;该雾化芯 302延伸至该雾化套 301 外的一端开设有与该雾化腔 401相导通的用以进气及排出雾化腔 301内烟油的 穿孔 403。 该穿孔 403位于该雾化套 301外, 气流可直接通过该穿孔 403即可 进入该雾化腔 401内, 不会产生噪音。
需要说明的是, 上述雾化套 301为透光套管, 上述雾化套 301外套设有与 该隔离部件 305位于同一径向位置, 用于固定该隔离部件 305的紧固环 404。
下面结合图 3以及图 5对该雾化器的具体结构做进一步说明:
上述雾化套 301的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与该雾化芯 302可拆卸连接的 连接件 501 ; 该雾化芯 302包括与该连接件 501可拆卸连接的连接套 502及雾 化盖 503, 该连接套 502的一端与该电池杆组件可拆卸连接, 该连接套 502的 另一端间隔开设有沿该雾化器的轴向延伸的两个相对应设置并与该第一储油 腔 304相连通的安装槽 504, 该电热丝组件 402架设于该两个安装槽 504内; 该雾化盖 503套设于该连接套 502及该通气管 303上、并抵持在该电热丝 组件 402上; 该通气管 303的一端穿设该雾化盖 503并延伸至该雾化腔 401 内。
需要说明的是, 该雾化套 301大致为圓筒状结构, 该通气管 303围成有用 于供气流流通至该吸烟端 201内的气流通道,且该通气管 303的两端分别插设 在上述隔离部件 305与该雾化芯 302内。
上述连接件 501插设在该雾化套 301用于与该雾化芯 302连接的一端,该 连接件 501与该雾化芯 302之间可为螺纹连接,该连接件 501用于与该雾化芯 302连接的位置处设置有内螺纹, 该雾化芯 302的外周面设置有与该内螺纹相 适配的外螺纹结构。 此处对于连接的方式与上述吸烟端 201 与上述隔离部件 305之间的连接方式类似, 本实施例中并不对此做限制。
具体的, 对于上述连接套 502的具体结构, 可参见图 6, 为了避免该雾化 芯 302在组装的过程中, 该连接件 501将该穿孔 403堵塞, 可以在该连接套 502的外周壁上凸设限位卡台 601, 该限位卡台 601抵接至该连接件 501的端 口侧缘, 该穿孔 403开设在该限位卡台 601上,从而避免穿孔 403在组装中被 堵塞;
进一步的, 为了便于用户拆装雾化芯 302, 还可以在限位卡台 601上设置 防滑的滚花 (图上未标号);
进一步的, 为了避免烟油从该连接套 502与该雾化套 301的连接处泄漏, 可以在该连接套 502上套设密封件 602。 具体的, 本实施例中, 该连接套 502 位于该雾化套 301内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽 603, 该密封件 602固定在该环 形卡槽 603内并弹性 4氐接至该雾化套 301的内壁, 以实现密封作用。
进一步的, 为了更好的支撑电热丝组件 402, 该连接套 502上设置有用于 支撑电热丝组件 402的凸起 604, 该凸起 604的一端固定在该安装槽 504的底 部, 另一端朝远离该连接套 502的轴线方向延伸。 通过设置凸起 604, 可以避 免支撑该电热丝组件 402的侧壁过薄而使该电热丝组件 402滑入该雾化腔 401 内。 进一步的, 由于该雾化盖 503套设在该连接套 502及该通气管 303上, 并 抵持在该电热丝组件 402上, 为了避免该雾化盖 503过度挤压该电热丝组件 402, 可以在该连接套 502 上凸设与该雾化盖 503 的端面相抵持的限位凸部 605。
具体的, 对于上述隔离部件 305的具体结构, 可参见图 7, 上述隔离部件
305大致为柱体结构, 该隔离部件 305包括用于与该雾化套 301插接相连的第 一连接部 701, 及用于与该吸烟端 201可拆卸连接的第二连接部 702。
进一步的, 上述第一连接部 701的外周壁设有环形卡槽 703, 该环形卡槽 703内固定有与该雾化套 301的内壁弹性 4氏接的密封件 704。
需要说明的是, 该第一连接部 701的外周壁凹设有环形卡槽 705, 该第一 密封件 704固定在该环形卡槽 705 内, 且该第一密封件 704 4氐接至该雾化套 301的内周壁, 以起到密封烟油的作用。
上述隔离部件 305远离该吸烟端的一端沿轴向设有固定槽 706,通气管 303 的一端抵接并固定在该固定槽 706内。在实际运用中, 为了提高连接可靠性及 增强电子烟的美观性,还可以在该吸烟端 201与该隔离部件 305的连接处设置 有由金属材料制成的紧固环 707,并可在该紧固环 707上写上 logo等宣传文字 或图画, 参见图 4所示, 该紧固环 707套设在该雾化套 301外。
需要说明的是, 上述隔离部件 305的一端延伸至该雾化套 301外, 该吸烟 端 201与该隔离部件 305的延伸至该雾化套 301外的端部进行可拆卸连接;上 述吸烟端 201与该隔离部件 305均为金属材料制件上述吸烟端 201的外端面为 球面, 使得吸烟端 201具有跟家美观及便于清理污垢等优点。 上述吸烟端 201 与该隔离部件 305之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
以上对该雾化器的具体结构做了详细描述, 可以理解的是, 本申请的雾化 器并不限定于上述结构, 还可以是其它结构。 例如, 如图 8所示, 该雾化器的 连接套 502为不导电的材料制得,电连接件 801包括由外向内依次嵌设在所述 中心孔处的与电池组件电连接的外电极、 绝缘件和与电池组件电连接的内电 极。 进一步的, 电热丝组件 402包括多个, 多个电热丝组件 402间隔固定在雾 化腔 401内。 具体的, 连接套 502靠近吸烟端 201的一端设有多个安装孔(图 上未标号), 每一电热丝组件 402分别纳置在上述多个安装孔内。 该雾化器的 雾化盖 503周壁上设置有若干与储油腔相连通的进油孔,该雾化盖 503内套设 有储油棉套, 该储油棉套用以吸附从该进油孔进入的烟油并给该电热丝组件 402供油, 以较好地避免烟油泄露。
图 9为本发明提供的雾化器的另一种较佳实施例剖面结构示意图,结合图 10与图 11所示, 其与上述实施例的不同之处在于, 上述通气管 303的靠近该 吸烟端 201—端设置有用以密封端面的端壁,该端壁与该通气管 303的侧壁一 体成型, 该通气管 303延伸至该第二储油腔 306 内的管壁上设有该出气通道 307,以使该雾化芯 302雾化的烟雾经该出气通道 307流出至该第二储油腔 306 内时,该雾化芯 302雾化的烟雾中大颗粒烟雾被阻挡在该通气管 303的端壁的 内端面上。
上述吸烟端 201位于该出气孔 308的孔壁上朝该第二储油腔 306内延伸形 成有阻油柱 901 , 该阻油柱 901 4氏持在该通气管 303的端壁的外端面上, 该阻 油柱 901的端部设有进气通道 902, 使得流至该第二储油腔 306内的烟雾从该 阻油柱 901端部的进气通道 902进入到用户口腔(图 9所示箭头方向为气流方 向)。
本发明实施例中, 当用户吸烟时, 雾化芯 302 雾化后的烟雾通过通气管 303直行至该通气管 303设置有密封端面的内端面, 大部分大颗粒烟雾被凝结 积留在该密封端面的内端面上, 少部分大颗粒烟雾随烟雾通过该通气管 303 管壁上的出气通道 307流出至该第二储油腔 306, 在该第二储油腔 306腔壁再 次凝结剩余大颗粒烟雾,最后滤除大颗粒烟雾后的烟雾从该阻油柱 901端部的 进气通道 902排出至用户口腔, 有效的防止用户吸到大颗粒烟雾。
图 12为本发明提供的雾化器的另一种较佳实施例剖面结构示意图, 结合 图 13所示, 其与上述实施例的不同之处在于, 上述通气管 303为端面开口的 中空通气管 1001, 该中空通气管 1001延伸至该第二储油腔 306内的管壁上设 置有该出气通道 307, 该中空通气管 1001靠近该吸烟端 201—端的端部设有 堵气座 1002; 该堵气座 1002的堵气座端高于该出气通道 307的端面, 使得该 堵气座 1002插设于该中空通气管 1001内时,覆盖该中空通气管 1001的端面; 该堵气座 1002与该吸烟端 201抵持连接, 该堵气座 1002的端壁设有进气孔 1003 , 使得流至该第二储油腔 306内的烟雾从该进气孔 1003进入到用户口腔 (图 12所示箭头方向为气流方向)。
本发明实施例中, 当用户吸烟时, 雾化芯 302雾化后的烟雾经该中空通气 管 1001管壁上的出气通道 307流出至该第二储油腔 306内, 大颗粒烟雾被该 堵气座 1002的端面阻挡, 且在该第二储油腔 306腔壁凝结未被滤除的剩余大 颗粒烟雾, 滤除大颗粒烟雾后的烟雾再通过该堵气座 1002 端壁上的进气孔 1003输送至用户口腔, 从而有效防止用户吸到大颗粒烟雾。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟, 该电子烟包括雾化器和电池杆组件, 其中, 该电池组件为现有技术在此不再赘述; 该电子烟的雾化器的具体结构可 参见上述描述的雾化器的具体结构,由于该电子烟的雾化器的结构与上述所描 述的雾化器的结构相同, 因而也具有相同的效果。

1、 一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组件连接组合形成电子烟, 包括: 雾化器 本体,所述雾化器本体设置有吸烟端及用于雾化烟油的雾化组件,其特征在于: 所述雾化组件包括雾化套,所述雾化套一端可拆卸连接有用于雾化烟油的 雾化芯, 所述雾化套的另一端可拆卸连接有所述吸烟端; 所述雾化套内插设有 与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接用于将所述雾化芯雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸烟端的 通气管,所述通气管与所述雾化套之间形成用于存储供所述雾化芯雾化的烟油 的第一储油腔, 所述雾化套与所述通气管之间设有隔离部件, 所述隔离部件与 所述雾化套的内侧以及所述通气管的外侧封闭连接,使得所述隔离部件至所述 吸烟端之间形成用于存储雾化后冷凝的烟液的第二储油腔;
所述通气管靠近所述吸烟端的一端位于所述第二储油腔内,所述通气管靠 近所述吸烟端一端的端面为封闭设置,所述通气管位于所述第二储油腔内的管 壁上设置有与所述第二储油腔相连通的出气通道,所述吸烟端位于第二储油腔 的腔壁处设置有供烟雾排出的出气孔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯内设置有与 所述通气管相连通的雾化腔及收容在所述雾化腔内的电热丝组件;所述雾化芯 延伸至所述雾化套外的一端开设有与所述雾化腔相导通的用以进气及排出雾 化腔内烟油的穿孔。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套的一端涨紧 配合连接有用于与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接的连接件;所述雾化芯包括与所述连 接件可拆卸连接的连接套及雾化盖,所述连接套的一端与所述电池杆组件可拆 卸连接,所述连接套的另一端间隔开设有沿所述雾化器的轴向延伸的两个相对 应设置并与所述第一储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述安装 槽内;
所述雾化盖套设于所述连接套及所述通气管上、并抵持在所述电热丝组件 上; 所述通气管的一端穿设所述雾化盖并延伸至所述雾化腔内。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述连接套的外表面设 置有与所述雾化盖的端面相抵持的限位凸部。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述连接套的外表面设 置有用以支撑所述电热丝组件的凸起。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述隔离部件包括用于 与所述雾化套插接相连的第一连接部,及用于与所述吸烟端可拆卸连接的第二 连接部;
所述第一连接部的外周壁设有环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽内固定有与所述雾 化套的内壁弹性 4氐接的密封件。

8、 根据权利要求 7所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端与所述隔离 部件均为金属材料制件。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端的外端面为 球面。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端与所述隔离 部件之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述通气管的靠近所述 吸烟端一端设置有用以密封端面的端壁,所述端壁与所述通气管的侧壁一体成 型, 所述通气管延伸至所述第二储油腔内的管壁上设有所述出气通道, 以使所 述雾化芯雾化的烟雾经所述出气通道流出至所述第二储油腔内时,所述雾化芯 雾化的烟雾中大颗粒烟油被阻挡在所述通气管的端壁的内端面上。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端位于所述 出气孔的孔壁上朝所述第二储油腔内延伸形成有阻油柱,所述阻油柱 4氐持在所 述通气管的端壁的外端面上, 所述阻油柱的端部设有进气通道,使得流至所述 第二储油腔内的烟雾从所述阻油柱端部的进气通道流出。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述通气管为端面开口 的中空通气管,所述中空通气管延伸至所述第二储油腔内的管壁上设置有出气 通道, 所述中空通气管靠近所述吸烟端一端的端部设有堵气座; 所述堵气座的 堵气座端高于所述出气通道的端面,使得所述堵气座插设于所述中空通气管内 时, 覆盖所述中空通气管的端面; 所述堵气座与所述吸烟端抵持连接, 所述堵 气座的端壁设有进气孔, 使得流至所述第二储油腔内的烟雾从所述进气孔流 出。
14、根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化套为透光套管。
15、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套外套设有与 所述隔离部件位于同一径向位置, 用于固定所述隔离部件的紧固环。
16、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器和电池杆组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器为 权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的雾化器。
