この車両用シートでは、第1の4節リンク機構によってシートバック及びシートクッションを車体フロアに対して前傾方向に跳ね上げ回転し、所定の前傾角度で保持可能な構成となっている。また、第2の4節リンク機構によって、シートバックをシートクッション側に折り畳んだ状態でシートクッションを車体フロア側に収納可能な構成となっている。
そのため、シンプルな構造で着座位置から跳ね上げ位置又は収納位置に切り替え可能な車両用シートが望まれていた。
また、シート本体を前傾方向に跳ね上げ可能な車両用シートでは、シート本体と車体フロアの間に、シート本体を跳ね上げ、かつ、シート本体を下方から支持するためのリンク機構が必要であり、このリンク機構は、シート着座時に加わる荷重に対して高い支持剛性を有することが望ましい。特許文献1のような車両用シートでは、複数のリンク機構によってシート本体を支持させているものの、シンプルなリンク構造でシート本体に対する高い支持剛性を有する車両用シートが望まれていた。
また、本発明の他の目的は、シンプルな構造で高い支持剛性を有する車両用シートを提供することにある。
従って、車体フロア側の取り付け部材に対してシート幅方向に挟み込む位置で支持ベース及び支持リンクを配置したシンプルな構造で、シート着座位置からシート跳ね上げ位置に切り替え可能であって、シート着座時に加わる荷重に対する支持剛性を高めた車両用シートを提供することができる。
このように構成されているため、車体フロア側の取り付け部材の外側面に支持ベースを連結し、取り付け部材の内側面に支持リンクを連結したシンプルな構造で、シート着座時に加わる荷重に対するシートの支持剛性を高めることができる。
このように構成されるため、シートクッションを支持する一対の支持リンクが、例えばシート正面側からみて略ハの字形状を有することから、シート着座時に加わる下方荷重に対して支持リンクの支持剛性を高めることができる。
このようにリンク連結部材の傾斜した部分と、支持リンクの傾斜した部分とが連結されているため、シート着座時に加わる下方荷重に対して支持リンクの支持剛性を一層高めることができる。

このように構成されるため、着座位置から収納位置にシートを移動するときに、リンク連結部材が、レール連結部材との干渉を避けて回転し、収納位置においてレール連結部材の前方部分の空いたスペースに配置されることになり、コンパクトな配置を実現できる。
従って、車体フロア側の取り付け部材に対してシート幅方向に挟み込む位置で支持ベース及び支持リンクを配置したシンプルな構造で、シート着座位置からシート跳ね上げ位置に切り替え可能であって、シート着座時に加わる荷重に対する支持剛性を高めた車両用シートを提供することができる。
請求項3の発明によれば、シートクッションを支持する一対の支持リンクが、例えばシート正面側からみて略ハの字形状を備えることから、シート着座時に加わる下方荷重に対して支持リンクの支持剛性を高めることができる。

車両用シートSは、図1に示すように、シートクッション1と、シートバック2と、ヘッドレスト3とを備えるシート本体と、シート本体を前後方向に移動可能な状態で車体フロアに取り付けるための左右のレール装置4と、シート本体とレール装置4の間にそれぞれ取り付けられ、シートクッション1を連結支持する左右の前方支持リンク30と、シートバック2を連結支持する左右の支持ベース50と、シートクッション1とシートバック2の間に取り付けられる左右の後方支持リンク40と、から主に構成されている。
シートバック2は、乗員の背中を後方から支持する背もたれ部であって、骨格となるバックフレーム20に、クッションパッド2aを載置して、表皮2bで被覆されて構成されている。

なお、レール装置4には、アッパレール4bを移動不能にロックする不図示のロック部材と、ロック部材のロック状態を解除する不図示の操作レバーが取り付けられている。

クッションサイドフレーム11は、前後方向に延出する板金部材からなり、各クッションサイドフレーム11は、左右方向に離間している。

リンク本体部33は、図3に示すように、左右外側に下方傾斜した形状からなり、左右のリンク本体部33は、シート正面側から見て略ハの字形状となっている。
ビード部35は、下端部32に形成された不図示の貫通穴の周縁部から連続してリンク本体部33の前後方向の中央部分を延びるように形成されている。

リンク連結部材36は、縦断面略コ字形状からなり、左右方向に長尺な板金部材である。
リンク連結部材36の左右両端部は、図3に示すように、左右外側に下方傾斜した形状からなり、シート正面側から見て略台形形状となっている。
リンク連結部材36の左右外側面に相当する傾斜部分が、前方支持リンク30のうち、リンク本体部33の左右内側面に相当する傾斜部分と当接して接合される。
また、リンク連結部材36の縦断面形状は、着座位置において上下方向に長尺な形状として形成されている。
ビード部38は、左右方向に長尺なビード形状からなり、ビード部38の左右延出端部は、リンク連結部材36の左右両端部の形状に沿わせて左右外側に下方傾斜している。
そのため、乗員の着座時にシートクッション1に加わる荷重に対して前方支持リンク30の支持剛性が向上する。

車両用シートSが、図4(a)に示す着座位置にあるとき、ベース係合部52とストライカ4cが係合状態にあり、かつ、ロアレール4aに対してアッパレール4bが移動不能なロック状態にある。着座位置において、シートクッション1は前方支持リンク30に支持され、シートバック2は支持ベース50に支持されて構成される。
乗員が操作レバーを操作することによって、ベース係合部52とストライカ4cの係合状態が解除され、さらにアッパレール4bが移動可能なロック解除状態に切り替わる。

Claims (9)
- シートバック、及び該シートバックに連結されたシートクッションを車体フロアに対して前傾方向に跳ね上げて、乗員が着座するための着座位置から、乗員がシート後方へ乗降するための跳ね上げ位置まで移動可能な車両用シートであって、
前記車体フロア側に取り付けられる取り付け部材と、
該取り付け部材に回動可能に連結され、前記シートバックを支持する支持ベースと、
前記取り付け部材に回動可能に連結され、前記シートクッションを回動可能に支持する支持リンクと、を備え、
前記支持ベースは、
該支持ベース前方部分に設けられ、シート幅方向において前記取り付け部材に軸支されるベース回動軸部を備え、
該ベース回動軸部を中心として前記取り付け部材に対して、前記シートバック及び前記シートクッションを前記跳ね上げ位置まで移動させるように回転可能であって、
前記取り付け部材は、シート幅方向において前記支持ベースと前記支持リンクとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする車両用シート。 - 前記取り付け部材は、
シート幅方向において該取り付け部材の外側面に前記支持ベースが連結され、
前記取り付け部材の内側面に前記支持リンクが連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用シート。 - 前記支持リンクは、前記シートクッションの左右側方に一対に設けられ、それぞれシート幅方向外側に下方傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用シート。
- 一対の前記支持リンクを連結するリンク連結部材を備え、
該リンク連結部材の左右両端部は、それぞれシート幅方向外側に下方傾斜し、
前記リンク連結部材の傾斜した部分と、前記支持リンクの傾斜した部分とが連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用シート。 - 前記リンク連結部材の縦断面形状は、前記着座位置において上下方向に長尺な形状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用シート。
- 前記支持ベースの前記ベース回動軸部は、シート幅方向において前記取り付け部材に挟まれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか記載の車両用シート。
- 前記車体フロアに固定されるロアレールと、該ロアレールに対して相対移動可能に支持されるアッパレールと、を有するレール装置を備え、
前記取り付け部材は、前記アッパレール上面に取り付けられるレールブラケットであり、
前記レール装置は、前記跳ね上げ位置移動時に前記支持ベースの回動と連動させて、前記ロアレールに対して前記アッパレールを前方向に相対移動させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか記載の車両用シート。 - 前記支持ベースに対して前記シートバックを回動可能に連結するリクライニング装置を備え、
前記支持リンクは、前記リクライニング装置によって前記シートバックを前記シートクッション側に折り畳んだ状態で、前記下端部を中心として前記取り付け部材に対して、前記シートクッションを前記車体フロア側の収納位置に移動させるように回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか記載の車両用シート。 - 前記レールブラケットは、シート左右側方に一対に設けられ、
該左右一対のレールブラケットを連結するレール連結部材を備え、
前記リンク連結部材は、前記収納位置において前記レール連結部材の前方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の車両用シート。
