Abstract
Description
前記ベース材1における足の内側Meおよび外側Laの側面11に溶着された熱可塑性樹脂からなる補強材2と、
前記ベース材1の底面10に溶着された熱可塑性樹脂からなるミッドソール3と、を備える。
なお、「主体」とは、ベース材1を構成する材料のうち、最も大きな割合を占める材料を意味する。
編状物とは布帛の構造がマクロの編目状、つまり、格子構造のものを意味する。前記編状物は編状に成形された原反を用いるが、この場合、編状であるためにラストの形状に容易にフィットする。
前記樹脂の種類や硬度は例えば、補強材2およびミッドソール3とで同一であってもよいし互いに異なるものが用いられてもよい。
前記上プレート31、前記下プレート32および前記複数の連結部33が互いに一体に成型されている。
ここで、足の周方向Rとは、足囲に沿った方向を含み、足の甲の上面および内外の両側面と足裏とを連ねるループの延びる方向を意味する。したがって、「足の周方向Rに延びる」とは前記足囲に対し前方または後方に傾いた方向を包含する。
また、「周方向Rに延び」とは、少なくとも周方向Rに延びていればよく、ベース材1に格子模様の補強材2が溶着されている場合を含む。
この場合、補強材2およびミッドソール3を1回の成型により同時に成型することが容易である。
前記補強材2および前記ミッドソール3を構成する前記樹脂が同じ樹脂材料で、かつ、非発泡体からなる。
この場合、補強材2とミッドソール3とが連なって、補強材2の下端21の強度が増大し、アッパー12による足の支持が安定し易い。また、靴の製造時の金型内においてミッドソール3から多数本の補強材2に溶融樹脂が流れ易い。
この場合、非発泡体の樹脂は成型後に膨張しない。そのため、補強材2およびミッドソール3がベース材1に溶着されたアッパー12の形状が所期の形状となり易い。
また、非発泡体の樹脂によるベース材1の補強効果が大きく、そのため、ベース材1が編み物等で形成された柔軟なものであっても、足を包むアッパー12の安定機能が発揮され易い。
この場合、ヒールカウンタ35がベース材1と一体に形成されているから、剛性の小さいベース材1であっても、足の踵の安定した支持が得られる。
ここで、アウトソール4とは、路面に接地する接地底を意味し、一般に、ゴムの発泡体または非発泡体で形成される。かかるゴムは熱可塑性樹脂と異なり射出成型に用いることができない。
本発明では補強材2およびミッドソール3が熱可塑性樹脂で形成されている。そのため、射出成型により、ベース材1に補強材2およびミッドソール3が溶着された靴を容易に成型することができる。
靴の幅方向に互いに歯合される第1および第2外型61,62の間に前記中子50を装填する工程と、
前記第1および第2外型61,62を型締めする工程と、
前記第1および第2外型61,62と前記ベース材1との間に前記補強材2およびミッドソール3となる溶融樹脂71を供給する工程と、
前記溶融樹脂71を硬化させて、前記ベース材1に前記補強材2およびミッドソール3が一体に形成される工程と、
前記第1および第2外型61,62を型開きする工程とを備える。
なお、ベース材1は伸縮性があり、かつ、熱で収縮しないソックでも用いることができる。つまり、ベース材1はラストに装着できて、かつ、ラストにフィットすれば用いることができる。
前記第1、第2および第3外型61,62,63の間に前記中子50を装填する。
また、足の内側Meと外側Laとをミッドソール3で支え、中央の凹所30の部位で足裏への衝撃を柔らげることができるだろう。
図1~図7Bは実施例1を示す。
図4Aに示すように、連結プレート33は隣り合う貫通孔34と貫通孔34とを区画し、連結プレート33と貫通孔34とが交互に並んでいる。
また、図5Aに示すように、隣り合う上端部22と上端部22との間に開口15に沿って補強材2を設けてもよい。
なお、前記紐通し孔20,10hに代えて、シューレースを通すためのループや、シューレースが係合するU字状等の金具や樹脂からなる係合具が補強材2の上端部22に設けられていてもよい。
図8A~図9Bの例においては、第1ミッドソール3に加え網点で示す第2ミッドソール3Aを有している。
第2ミッドソール3Aの発泡倍率は、第1ミッドソール3よりも大きい発泡倍率であれば1.15~200程度であってもよく、また、通常用いられる発泡倍率でもよく、例えば1.15~70程度であってもよい。
図10Aに示すように、連結部33はプレート状でなくてもよい。また、連結部33は前傾したプレート状に限らず、図10Bに示すように、断面V字状などに屈曲したプレートであってもよい。
補強材2は互いに概ね平行なライン状である必要はなく、図10Cのように、格子状であってもよい。格子の形状は三角形の他、四角形や六角形などであってもよい。
本実施例の製造方法においては、予め、中子50および第1~第3外型61~63が用意される。
まず、図12Aに示すアッパーの一部を形成するソック状のベース材1を用意し、前記ソック状のベース材1を幅木51と足型部分52とを有する中子50の前記足型部52に装着する。この装着時において、前記幅木51(Core print)は前記中子50における前記ベース材1の履き口から突出した状態となる。この工程においては、ベース材1に図14Bの腰裏13および舌片14は設けられていない。
なお、ベース材1が熱収縮する素材の場合、前記装着後にベース材1を加熱しベース材1が中子50にフィットした状態であってもよい。
前記型締めにより、第1~第3外型61~63とベース材1との間にキャビティ64が形成される。
なお、前記中子50と各外型61~63とは前記補強材2およびミッドソール3が形成されない部分において、前記ベース材1を介して互いに圧接する。
なお、図11~図13Cには図示していないが、第3外型63に予めアウトソール4を配置してミッドソール3と一体成型してもよい。また、中間品100を成型した後にアウトソール4をミッドソール3に接着してもよい。
たとえば、図11(f)の中間品100を成型した後に、ウレタン樹脂等からなるアウトソール4を同様の方法で成型溶着してもよい。
また、たとえばサッカーシューズなど、ソールの底面にスパイクが装着される構造の靴においては、ミッドソールの底面がアウトソールを構成してもよい。
また、ミッドソール3または3Aが発泡体で形成され、かつ、耐摩耗性を有している場合、同ミッドソール3,3Aの底面が路面と直接接するアウトソールを形成してもよい。
また、貫通孔34は幅方向Wに完全に貫通していなくてもよい。すなわち、凹所30に臨む部位において貫通孔34が閉塞していてもよい。また、凹所30に臨む部位において貫通孔34の開口が狭くなっていてもよい。これらの場合、貫通孔34に第2ミッドソール3Aを装着し易いかもしれない。
また、ベース材1に腰裏13や舌片14を予め縫い付けた後に、補強材2およびミッドソール3を成形することも可能である。
また、補強材2やミッドソール3は強化繊維が含まれたFRPであってもよい。
また、足の周方向Rに延びる補強材2は一部が切除されていてもよい。
なお、前記成型後に、所定の部位に紐通し孔20が機械加工等より形成されてもよい。更に、補強材やミッドソールが成形される際に、たとえば中足のアーチを補強する別の補強部材がインサート成形されてもよい。
したがって、以上のような変更および修正は、請求の範囲から定まる本発明の範囲内のものと解釈される。

Claims (15)
- 靴であって、
アッパー12の少なくとも一部を形成するソック状のベース材1と、
前記ベース材1における足の内側Meおよび外側Laの側面11に溶着された熱可塑性樹脂からなる補強材2と、
前記ベース材1の底面10に溶着された熱可塑性樹脂からなるミッドソール3とを備える。 - 請求項1の靴において、前記ミッドソール3は前記ベース材1の底面10に溶着された上プレート31と、前記上プレート31の下方に離間して配置された下プレート32と、前記上プレート31と下プレート32の間を連結し、上方からの荷重で変形する複数の連結部33とを備え、
前記上プレート31、前記下プレート32および前記複数の連結部33が互いに一体に成型されている。 - 請求項2の靴において、前記複数の連結部33は複数枚の連結プレート33であり、前記上プレート31、前記下プレート32および前記複数枚の連結プレート33は靴の幅方向に貫通する貫通孔34を定義する。
- 請求項2もしくは3の靴において、前記上プレート31、下プレート32および連結部33は足の内側Meおよび外側Laに配置され、かつ、前記下プレート32および連結部33は少なくとも一部において、前記内側Meと外側Laとにそれぞれ離間しており、これにより、前記ミッドソール3は内側Meと外側Laとの間に上方に向かって窪んだ凹所30を定義する。
- 請求項2~4のいずれか1項の靴において、前記補強材2は足の周方向Rに延び、前記補強材2の下端21が前記ミッドソール3に連なっている。
- 請求項2~4のいずれか1項の靴において、前記補強材2および前記ミッドソール3を構成する前記樹脂が同じ樹脂材料からなる。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項の靴において、前記補強材2は足の周方向Rに延び、前記補強材2の下端21が前記ミッドソール3に連なり、
前記補強材2および前記ミッドソール3を構成する前記樹脂が同じ樹脂材料で、かつ、非発泡体からなる。 - 請求項1の靴において、前記補強材2およびミッドソール3の前記樹脂は非発泡体である。
- 請求項8の靴において、前記補強材2は足の周方向Rに延び、前記補強材2の下端21が前記ミッドソール3に連なっている。
- 請求項8の靴において、前記補強材2は中足の両側面11を覆い、前記両側面11のそれぞれにおいて前記補強材2の上端部22に紐通し孔20が形成されている。
- 請求項8の靴において、前記補強材2は前記ベース材1に溶着されたヒールカウンタ35を包含する。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか1項の靴において、前記ミッドソール3の下面に溶着または接着され、かつ、前記ミッドソール3よりも耐摩耗性の大きいアウトソール4を更に備える。
- 請求項1の靴の製造方法であって、以下の工程を備える、
アッパー12の一部を形成するソック状のベース材1を足型部分52を有する中子50の前記足型部分52に装着する工程と、
靴の幅方向に互いに歯合される第1および第2外型61,62の間に前記中子50を装填する工程と、
前記第1および第2外型61,62を型締めする工程と、
前記第1および第2外型61,62と前記ベース材1との間に前記補強材2およびミッドソール3となる溶融樹脂71を供給する工程と、
前記溶融樹脂71を硬化させて、前記ベース材1に前記補強材2およびミッドソール3が一体に形成される工程と、
前記第1および第2外型61,62を型開きする工程。 - 請求項13の方法において、前記第1および第2外型61,62に歯合し、前記足型部分52の足裏部分に対面する第3外型63を更に備え、
前記第1、第2および第3外型61,62,63の間に前記中子50を装填する。 - 請求項14の方法において、前記第3外型63は前記ベース材1に向かって突出する凸部63pを足の内側Meと外側Laとの間の中央に有し、前記凸部63pにより前記ミッドソール3の中央に凹所30が形成される。
