Definitions
- the present invention relates to a syringe provided with a cap that covers an injection needle.
- a prefilled syringe filled with a predetermined amount of a predetermined injection solution in advance is used in many medical sites because a predetermined injection solution can be accurately administered in a predetermined amount without error.
- a so-called prefilled syringe with an injection needle in which an injection needle is connected and fixed in advance to the tip of a syringe body (barrel), has been used in many medical sites.
- This cap for protecting the injection needle is used for the prefilled syringe with the injection needle.
- This cap has, for example, a two-layer structure of an outer layer portion (shield) made of a transparent resin and an elastic inner layer portion (sheath) (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- This cap has an inner layer portion formed on the entire inner surface of the outer layer portion.
- the injection needle when the injection needle is inserted into the cap, the injection needle may be inclined with respect to the axial direction of the cap. As a result, the cap is mounted in an inclined state with respect to the syringe body.
- the cap is attached in a state of being inclined with respect to the syringe body in this manner, for example, in the manufacturing process of the syringe, it becomes difficult to be accommodated in the nest for accommodating and transporting the syringe. Moreover, there is a possibility that the syringe may be damaged.
- an autoinjector autoinjector
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a syringe that can prevent the cap from being inclined and attached to the syringe body.
- the present invention relates to a syringe including a syringe body having a holding portion for holding an injection needle and a cap that covers the injection needle.
- the cap has a cylindrical elasticity for introducing the injection needle into the interior and sealing the holding portion.
- An opening configured to cover the periphery of the elastic cylinder and to hold the elastic cylinder so as not to move, the outer cylinder being configured to be larger than the holding portion of the syringe body
- a guide part that contacts a part of the syringe body and guides the injection needle in a predetermined direction when the injection needle is introduced into the elastic cylinder.
- the guide part may have a protrusion for contacting a part of the syringe body.
- the syringe body may have a protruding portion for contacting the guide portion.
- the guide part may be configured in a cylindrical shape, and a part of the outer surface of the syringe body may be configured in a circular shape so as to contact the inner surface of the guide part.
- the outer cylinder has the opening at one end and the closing portion at the other end.
- the outer cylindrical body includes a protruding portion that protrudes inward in the cylinder center direction from the closing portion, and a locking protrusion that locks the elastic cylindrical body at a predetermined position on the inner surface of the cylinder that is away from the protruding portion.
- the outer cylinder can be configured to hold the elastic cylinder between the protrusion and the locking projection. Furthermore, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the distance between the protrusion and the locking protrusion is set shorter than the length of the cylindrical elastic cylinder.

- FIG. 9 is a sectional view showing an eighth embodiment of the syringe according to the present invention.
- FIG. 10 is a sectional view showing a ninth embodiment of the syringe according to the present invention.
- FIG. 11 is a sectional view showing a tenth embodiment of the syringe according to the present invention.

- the elastic cylinder 11 has an opening 13 at one end and a closing portion 14 at the other end. With this configuration, an insertion recess 15 into which the injection needle 4 is inserted is formed in the elastic cylinder 11. Further, the elastic cylinder 11 has a small outer diameter at the closed portion 14 side and a large outer diameter at the opening 13 side portion.
- the outer cylinder 12 is formed of a material having higher hardness than the elastic cylinder 11.
- the outer cylinder body 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape with, for example, a transparent synthetic resin.

And a guide portion 19 for guiding the injection needle 4 in a predetermined direction.
- the locking projection 18 is formed on the inner surface of the middle portion of the outer cylinder 12.
- the locking projection 18 is formed so as to protrude from the inner surface of the outer cylinder 12 inward in the radial direction of the outer cylinder 12.
- the locking projection 18 is formed in an annular shape along the inner circumferential direction of the outer cylindrical body 12.
- the outer cylinder 12 is configured to sandwich the elastic cylinder 11 between the inner surface of the closing portion 17 and the locking projection 18.
- the elastic cylinder 11 is held so as not to come off by the closing portion 17 and the locking projection 18 of the outer cylinder 12.
- a strength connection strength
- a strength is required so that the elastic cylinder 11 does not come off the outer cylinder 12 even if the elastic cylinder 11 is pulled with a force of 60 N.
- the guide portion 19 is formed in a portion between the opening 16 of the outer cylinder 12 and the locking projection 18. Since the entire length of the outer cylinder 12 is longer than the entire length of the elastic cylinder 11, when the elastic cylinder 11 is inserted into the inner part of the outer cylinder 12, the outer cylinder 12 includes an elastic cylinder. - the tip of the holding part 5 is sealed by the elastic cylinder 11.
- the injection needle 4 is covered with the cap 2.
- the cap 2 is attached to the syringe body 1 without being inclined.
- the guide portion 19 formed on the outer cylindrical body 12 comes into contact with a part of the syringe body 1 so that the injection needle 4 is not inclined obliquely inside the elastic cylindrical body 11. I can guide you. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the cap 2 from being inclined and attached to the syringe body 1.
- a plurality of protrusions protruding inward in the radial direction may be formed on the inner surface of the guide portion 19.
- the plurality of protrusions are preferably formed at intervals along the inner peripheral direction of the guide portion 19.
- the plurality of protrusions are preferably configured in a long rib shape along the cylindrical center direction of the guide portion 19. In this way, by forming the protrusion on the inner surface of the guide portion 19, the inner surface of the guide portion 19 is compared with the case where the inner surface of the guide portion 19 and the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 6 of the syringe body 1 are in surface contact.
- the contact area with the outer surface of the cylinder part 6 can be made small. Therefore, the frictional force acting between the guide part 19 and the cylinder part 6 can be reduced, and this makes it easier to attach the cap 2 to the syringe body 1.

- the outer cylindrical body 12 holds the elastic cylindrical body 11 with the protruding portion 20 and the locking projection 18 interposed therebetween.
- the interval between the protrusion 20 and the locking projection 18 is set to be shorter than the length (full length) of the cylindrical elastic cylinder 11. Therefore, the elastic cylinder 11 is compressed along the axial direction when sandwiched between the protruding portion 20 and the locking projection 18. At this time, the elastic cylinder 11 is elastically deformed so as to spread in the radial direction. Thereby, the elastic cylinder 11 is in close contact with the inner surface of the outer cylinder 12.
