具体实施方式 下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本实用新型做进一 步的详细 4 述。 实施例 1 : 一种房车外推窗,包括窗框和玻璃体,所述窗框由上横梁、 右竖梁、 下横梁、 左竖梁围成一个框体结构, 所述窗框的外边 缘的边角为圆角, 所述窗框的内边缘的边角为直角, 所述玻璃 体为方形结构, 所述玻璃体卡入窗框内, 所述玻璃体的上边缘 与所述窗框的所述上横梁铰接。 该房车外推窗包括窗框和玻璃体, 所述窗框的外边缘的边 角为圆角, 所述窗框的内边缘的边角为直角, 所述玻璃体为方 形结构, 所述玻璃体卡入窗框内, 所述玻璃体的上边缘与所述 窗框的上横梁铰接。 窗框的外边缘的边角为圆角, 内边缘的边 角为直角从而既体现了美观, 又扩大了玻璃体的面积, 由于这 样的边角结构, 在制备的时候不需要弯折, 只需要在边角处进 行连接,窗框制作筒单,因此该房车外推窗扩大玻璃体的面积, 进而提高房车的采光度且易加工。 实施例 2: 一种房车外推窗,如图 1—3所示, 包括窗框 1和玻璃体 2, 该窗框 1的外边缘的边角为圆角, 内边缘的边角 9为直角, 该 窗框 1可以由上横梁、 右竖梁、 下横梁、 左竖梁围成一个框体 结构, 所述上横梁、 所述下横梁、 所述左竖梁、 所述右竖梁均 为直梁, 所述上横梁和所述左竖梁之间, 所述左竖梁和所述下 横梁之间, 所述下横梁和所述右竖梁之间, 所述右竖梁和所述 上横梁之间均通过焊接构成直角。 本领域技术人员可以通过 4 个直线型材来充当上横梁、 下横梁、 左竖梁、 右竖梁, 然后对 每根直线型材的两端进行 45度斜角的加工,然后在每根斜角加 工过的直线型材的两端的外边缘进行挫圆角, 以有利于用半圆 方角型材将进行挫圆角的两个直线型材进行焊接, 这种加工方 式与传统的一才艮直线型材进行弯曲完全不同,改进后加工容易。 玻璃体 2为方形结构,该方形结构可以为长方形或正方形, 具体可以根据设计来确定, 所述玻璃体 2卡入窗框 1 内, 所述 玻璃体 2的外边缘与所述窗框 1的内边缘紧密接触, 并玻璃体 2和窗框 1之间设有密封胶条 8。传统的玻璃体 2的边角为圆角, 而方形结构的玻璃体 2的边角为直角, 从而玻璃体 2的面积相 对传统的玻璃体 2的面积放大艮多, 从而提高的房车内的采光 度。 由于玻璃体 2需要从窗框 1中打开, 窗框 1的上横梁设有 铰链上页 4, 所述玻璃体 2上端设有铰链下页 3 , 所述铰链上页 4和所述铰链下页 3相互穿插。 铰链下页 3 围绕着铰链上页 4 的转轴顺时针旋转 90度, 实现外推开启。 为了防止铰链下页 3 在转动中沿铰链上页 4滑动, 因此需要将铰链上页 4的两端挡 住, 定位铰链下页 3在轴向的位置, 可以采用如下方式: 所述 铰链上页 4的两端分别设有左固定块和右固定块, 所述左固定 块和右固定块分别固定连接于所述铰链上页 4两端, 所述的左 固定块和右固定块的外端面与所述的窗 *1 1的左竖梁和右竖梁 内侧端面紧密结合, 所述的左固定块和右固定块的内侧端面与 所述的铰链下页 3的转轴端面紧密结合。 传统的房车外推窗也 会采用固定块, 但是该固定块较大大, 且与上横梁、 左右竖梁 之间的间隙处理不均匀, 所以比较影响美观, 当窗 的内边 缘的边角 9为直角后, 左固定块和右固定块变小, 和上横梁、 左右侧立梁之间的能紧密结合, 故美观漂亮。 为了提高玻璃体 2的实用性, 玻璃体 2设有锁体 5 , 设置 的具***置为玻璃体 2的内壁, 该内壁为对应房车内的那一个 侧壁, 同时为了固定锁体 5 , 有效防止锁体 5 自动拖锁, 锁体 5 上设有锁体开关 6, 锁体 5 固定于玻璃体 2的内壁上, 锁体 5 与窗框 1上的锁止部件配合实现玻璃体 2锁紧, 锁体开关 6在 开关闭合时锁舌不能自动脱离锁止部件, 锁体开关 6在锁体 5 的外侧 (即玻璃体 2面向房车外部的一侧) 增加 板式手柄, 板式手柄旋动与锁体 5内部的定位点配合,实现锁体 5定位。 为了实现玻璃窗推送的不同角度, 在玻璃体 2和窗框 1之 间设有分级式支撑杆 7, 该分级式支撑杆 7的一端与锁体 5铰 接, 另一端固定在窗框 1上, 该分级式支撑杆 7包括套筒和内 杆, 套筒套于内杆的外面, 套筒和内杆之间设有定位机构, 该 定位机构包括相配合的定位件 12和多个定位孔 13, 当需要调 整玻璃体 2 的打开角度时, 将定位件 12和与之扣合的定位孔 13相脱离, 然后定位件 12与另一个需要角度的定位孔 13相扣 合, 完成调整。 在支撑杆 7的内杆上部固定可转动的锁舍, 在 内杆的中部固定伸缩弹簧, 伸缩弹簧与锁舍紧密结合, 锁舍需 要转动时,伸缩弹簧也随之伸缩。当锁舍遇到套筒上的锁孔时, 锁舍上的定位块卡进锁孔内, 实现定位。 需要说明的是, 为了上述调整更牢固, 分级式支撑杆 7有 两个,分别在玻璃体 2的两侧,且对应性靠近左竖梁或右竖梁。 该房车外推窗还包括固定框 10, 所述窗框 1的内侧(即面 向于房车的内部的一侧)的边缘设有安装槽, 固定框 10的外侧 的边缘包裹于所述安装槽的外部, 并与所述窗框 1通过螺栓固 定。 固定框 10与窗框 1配合使用, 拖动固定框 10可实现安装 厚度在 24毫米 -42毫米之间的变化,延展固定框 10尺寸可扩展 安装范围。 安装时, 窗 *1对准房车车体玻璃窗窗口, 由车体外侧推入 玻璃窗窗口内, 将固定框从车体内侧推入玻璃窗窗口内, 用螺 栓穿过固定框螺栓孔连接窗框的安装槽, 完成安装。 操作时, 将锁体上的锁体开关, 按动到开启的状态后, 旋 转锁体上的手柄, 使锁体上的锁舌脱离锁止部件, 抓住锁体的 旋转手柄, 向外推动玻璃体, 分级式支撑杆的内杆会逐渐脱离 上部的套筒,内杆的定位件上的锁舌会卡在套筒上的定位孔内, 实现一级定位支撑, 继续向外推动玻璃体, 内杆的定位件上的 锁舌会脱离套筒上的第一定位孔, 锁定第二定位孔, 实现二级 定位支撑, 通过以上过程, 实现玻璃体的分级开启定位模式, 反之, 玻璃体将被关闭。 玻璃体上部设有铰链下页, 铰链下页和铰链上页穿插后固 定于窗框上横梁, 玻璃体上设锁体与分级式支撑杆一端铰接, 分级式支撑杆另一端固定在窗框上, 锁体上设有锁体开关, 玻 璃体与窗框之间设有密封胶条, 窗框内侧设安装槽与固定框进 行螺栓连接, 所述的分级式支撑杆为套筒和内杆之间设有定位 机构, 定位机构包括相互配合的定位件和和多个定位孔, 实现 分级式定位伸缩, 由于采用以上方案, 因而具有安装便利、 使 用灵活、 美观、 占用空间少, 且与紗窗配合使用具有防曰晒、 防蚊虫功能的房车外推窗。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的尤选实施例而已, 并不用于限 制本实用新型, 对于本领 i或的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以 有各种更改和变化。 凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内, 所作 的任何爹改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保 护范围之内。

1. 一种房车外推窗, 其特征在于, 包括窗框和玻璃体, 所述 窗框由上横梁、 右竖梁、 下横梁、 左竖梁围成一个框体结 构, 所述窗框的外边缘的边角为圆角, 所述窗框的内边缘 的边角为直角, 所述玻璃体为方形结构, 所述玻璃体卡入 所述窗框内,所述玻璃体的上边缘与所述窗框的所述上横 梁铰接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的房车外推窗, 其特征在于, 所述玻璃体与所述窗框的铰接方式为:所述窗框的所 述上横梁设有铰链上页,所述玻璃体的上端设有铰链下页, 所述铰链上页和所述铰链下页相互穿插。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的房车外推窗, 其特征在于, 所述铰链上页的两端分别设有左固定块和右固定块, 所述左固定块和所述右固定块分别固定连接于所述铰链 上页的两端。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的房车外推窗, 其特征在于, 所述左固定块和所述右固定块的外端面与所述窗才匡 的所述左竖梁和所述右竖梁的内侧端面紧密结合,所述左 轴端面紧密结合。
5. 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的房车外推窗,其特征在于, 所述玻璃体的内壁设有锁体,所述锁体与分级式支撑 杆的一端铰接,所述分级式支撑杆的另一端固定在所述窗 框上, 所述分级式支撑杆包括套筒和内杆, 所述套筒套于 所述内 4干的外面,所述套筒和所述内杆之间设有定位机构, 所述定位机构包括相互配合的定位件和多个定位孔。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的房车外推窗, 其特征在于, 所述锁 体设有锁体开关; 所述窗框设有与所述锁体配合使用的锁 止部件。
7. 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的房车外推窗,其特征在于, 所述玻璃体的外边缘和所述窗框的内边缘之间设有 密封胶条。
8. 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的房车外推窗,其特征在于, 所述上横梁、 所述下横梁、 所述左竖梁、 所述右竖梁 均为直梁, 所述上横梁和所述左竖梁之间, 所述左竖梁和 所述下横梁之间, 所述下横梁和所述右竖梁之间, 所述右 竖梁和所述上横梁之间均通过焊接构成直角。
9. 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的房车外推窗,其特征在于, 所述玻璃体呈正方形或长方形; 和 /或,
还包括固定框, 所述窗框的内侧的边缘设有安装槽, 所述固定框的外侧的边缘包裹于所述安装槽的外部,并与 所述窗框通过螺栓固定。
