本实用新型属于外推窗技术领域，具体涉及一种房车外推窗，其特征是：璃体上部设有铰链下页，铰链下页和铰链上页穿插后固定于窗框上横梁，玻璃体上设锁体与分级式支撑杆一端铰接，分级式支撑杆另一端固定在窗框上，锁体上设有锁体开关，玻璃体与窗框之间设有密封胶条，玻璃体的内侧中下部设有把手，窗框内侧设安装槽与固定框螺栓连接，所述的分级式支撑杆，是上部套筒和内杆之间设有定位机构，定位机构和多个定位孔配合，实现分级式定位伸缩，由于采用以上方案，因而具有安装便利、使用灵活、美观、占用空间少，且与纱窗配合使用具有防日晒、防蚊虫功能的房车外推窗。

技术领域：本实用新型属外推窗技术领域，具体涉及一种房车外推窗。 
背景技术：现有的房车外推窗，采用的安装方式是从外框穿螺钉固定，后用装饰条盖住固定螺钉，这种方式不仅安装繁琐，而且影响美观度，外推的支撑杆无分级控制结构，不能实现分级开启，控制玻璃张开角度。 
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种从车体内部安装，消除外部固定点，能自由实现分级开启控制玻璃的张开角度，玻璃支撑杆的一端设有锁具，锁具上设有开关，能有效防止锁具自动脱锁的现象，通过以上措施实现美观、安装便利、安全可靠等优点，与内部的提拉式纱窗配合使用能有效防止蚊虫、遮阳等作用。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种房车外推窗，由窗框、玻璃体和固定框组成，其特征是：在窗框外侧，设有玻璃体，玻璃体和窗框之间设有密封胶条，玻璃体上端与窗框之间设有旋转铰链，玻璃体的两侧与窗框两侧的内侧设有分级式支撑杆，分级式支撑杆的下端设有锁体，锁体固定于玻璃体的内壁上，锁体与窗框上的锁止部件配合实现玻璃体锁紧，锁体上设有锁体开关，开关闭合时锁舌不能自动脱离锁止部件，玻璃体内壁中下部设有把手，窗框与内固定框配合实施安装。 
其中，所述的分级式支撑杆，是上部套筒和内杆之间设有定位机构，定位机构和定位孔配合，实现分级式定位伸缩。 
所述的锁体开关，是在锁体的外侧增加翘板式手柄，翘板式手 柄旋动与锁体内部的定位点配合，实现锁体定位。 
所述的内固定框，与窗框配合使用，拖动内固定框可实现安装厚度由24mm-42mm之间变化，延展内固定框尺寸可扩展安装范围。 
所述的窗框，是可由一根铝合金型材弯曲成型，亦可与塑料注塑圆角或铸造铝合金圆角配合连接成型。 
由于采用上述技术方案，因而具有按装便利、使用灵活、美观、占用空间少，且与纱窗配合具有防日晒、防蚊虫的优点。

具体实施方式：
参考图1、图2、图3，一种房车外推窗，由窗框1、玻璃体2和固定框10构成，其特征是：玻璃体2上部设有铰链下页3，铰链下页3和铰链上页4穿插后固定于窗框1上横梁，玻璃体2上设锁体5与分级式支撑杆7一端铰接，分级式支撑杆7另一端固定在窗框1上，锁体5上设有锁体开关6，玻璃体2与窗框1之间设有密封胶条8，玻璃体2的内侧中下部设有把手9，窗框1内侧设安装槽与固定框10螺栓连接；分级式支撑杆7，是上部套筒和内杆之间设有定位机构12，定位机构12和定位孔13配合，实现分级式定位伸缩；旋转式铰链，是由玻璃体2与铰链下页3固连，铰链下页3围绕着铰链上页4的转轴顺时针旋转90度，实现外推开启；窗框1是由一根铝合金型材用机械手段弯曲成长方形后，将下横梁中部的型材两端对焊焊接构成一体。 
使用时，将窗框1对准车体玻璃窗窗口，由车体外侧推入玻璃窗窗口内，固定框10从车体内侧推入玻璃窗窗口内，用螺栓穿过固定框螺栓孔连接窗框1的安装槽，完成安装过程，操作时，将锁体5上的开关6，按动到开启的状态后，旋动锁体5上的手柄，使锁体5上的锁舍脱离锁止固定块，抓住玻璃体2上的把手9，向外推动玻璃体2，分级式支撑杆7的内杆会逐渐脱离上部套筒，内杆的定位装置12上的锁舍，会卡在套筒上的定位孔13内，实现一级定位支撑，继续向外推动玻璃体2，内杆的定位装置12上的锁舍会脱离套筒上的第一个定位孔13，锁定等二个定位孔13，实现二级定位支撑，通过以上过程，实现玻璃体2的分级开启定位模式，反之，玻璃体2将被关闭。 
本实用新型的结构中，所述的窗框1也可以由4根窗框1型材和4个单独的压铸铝合金圆角拼焊焊接构成一体。

1.一种房车外推窗，由窗框(1)、玻璃体(2)和固定框(10)构成，其特征是：玻璃体(2)上部设有铰链下页(3)，铰链下页(3)和铰链上页(4)穿插后固定于窗框(1)上横梁，玻璃体(2)上设锁体(5)与分级式支撑杆(7)一端铰接，分级式支撑杆(7)另一端固定在窗框(1)上，锁体(5)上设有锁体开关(6)，玻璃体(2)与窗框(1)之间设有密封胶条(8)，玻璃体(2)的内侧中下部设有把手(9)，窗框(1)内侧设安装槽与固定框(10)螺栓连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种外推窗，其特征是：所述的分级式支撑杆(7)，是上部套筒和内杆之间设有定位机构(12)，定位机构(12)和多个定位孔(13)配合，实现分级式定位伸缩。
3.按权利要求1所述的一种外推窗，其特征是：窗框(1)是由一根铝合金型材用机械手段弯曲成长方形后，将下横梁中部的型材两端对焊焊接构成一体。
4.按权利要求1所述的一种外推窗，其特征是：所述的窗框(1)、支撑杆(7)、铰链上页(4)和铰链下页(3)均采用挤压成型的铝合金型材；所述的密封胶条(8)、锁体(5)、把手(17)和锁体开关(6)均采用塑料或橡胶材料制成；所述的玻璃体(2)是采用吸塑工艺成型的亚克力玻璃制成。
