Claims (15)
- 내부가 빈 몸체를 이루고 측면이 개방가능하며, 내부에 객체를 반출입하기 위한 수평 이동장치가 포함된 덤웨이터,내부가 빈 몸체를 이루고 측면이 개방가능하며, 내부에 객체를 반출입하기 위한 홈케이스 이동장치가 구비되어 상기 덤웨이터의 측면에 배치되는 홈케이스를 포함함으로써,덤웨이터가 상기 홈케이스로 객체로 전달하거나 상기 홈케이스로부터 상기 객체를 전달받아 오는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 덤웨이터는 측면에 객체의 반출입이 가능한 도어부와, 상기 수평이동장치 상을 이동하는 상기 객체의 위치감지신호를 생성하는 위치감지센서가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 위치감지센서로부터 위치감지신호를 수신하여, 수신된 위치감지신호를 기초로 상기 객체의 상기 수평 이동장치의 끝단까지 이동되도록 제어하고, 상기 덕트에 형성되어 덤웨이터가 상하 이동하도록 하는 수직 이동장치를 통해 상기 덕트 내부의 덤웨이터를 상향 또는 하향으로 이동시키도록 제어한 뒤, 상기 홈케이스로 상기 객체를 반출하도록 상기 수평 이동장치를 제어하는 구동/제어부; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 덤웨이터가 수용되어 상하로 이동되는 공간을 제공하며, 상기 덤웨이터를 상하로 이동시키는 수직이동장치가 형성된 덕트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단형 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 홈케이스는,상기 객체의 반출시 상기 객체를 인계받도록 하는 홈케이스 도어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 덤웨이터는 다수개가 수평 및 수직으로 적층되어 형성되며, 수평 적층된 일직선상의 양쪽 끝단으로 객체를 전달하거나 상기 양쪽 끝단으로부터 상기 객체를 전달받아 오는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 덤웨이터 각각 및 상기 홈케이스 각각은,온냉기능칸, 쓰레기 및 재활용품 전용칸 중 적어도 하나의 특성화 적용칸으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 덤웨이터 각각 및 상기 홈케이스 각각은,1 : 1로 매칭되어 수평 결합시 특성화 적용칸으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 덤웨이터 각각에서 상기 홈케이스와 맞닿는 일측면에는 도어가 형성되되, 상하개폐식, 좌우개폐식, 중앙개폐식 및 측면개폐식 중 하나에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 홈케이스는 수평면상에 제 1 내지 제 n 홈케이스(n은 2 이상의 자연수)로 다수개 형성되고,상기 덤웨이터는 구동/제어부의 제어에 따라 360도 회전하는 원반형태의 턴테이블과, 턴테이블 상부에 형성된 턴테이블 상부이동장치와, 상기 제 1 내지 제 n 홈케이스와 상기 상기 턴테이블 사이에 각각 형성된 제 1 내지 제 n 이동장치의 집합인 이동장치부를 포함하여, 구동/제어부의 제어에 따라 턴테이블을 회전시켜 상부에 객체(J)가 놓인 상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치의 이동방향을 상기 제 1 내지 제 n 홈케이스 각각으로 향하도록 함으로써, 다수의 홈케이스로 상기 객체(J)를 전달하거나 전달받아오는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치는, 상기 구동/제어부의 제어에 따라 상기 제 1 내지 제 n 이동장치를 포함하는 상기 이동장치부와의 상기 객체(J)의 반입과 반출 상의 이동이 연동되도록 일직선상의 수평 이동 기능을 수행하고,상기 제 1 내지 제 n 이동장치는, 상기 구동/제어부의 제어에 따라 상기 제 1 내지 제 n 이동장치를 포함하는 상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치와의 상기 객체(J)의 반입과 반출 상의 이동이 연동되도록 일직선상의 수평 이동 기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 제 1 내지 제 n 이동장치의 내부 또는 상부면에 일렬의 압력감지센서 집합체로 각각 형성되어, 위치감지신호를 상기 구동/제어부로 전송하는 제 1 내지 제 n 위치감지센서; 및상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치의 내부 또는 상부면에 일렬의 압력감지센서 집합체로 형성되어, 위치감지신호를 상기 구동/제어부로 전송하는 중앙 위치감지센서; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 구동/제어부는,상기 제 1 내지 제 n 덤웨이터 도어 중 상기 제 1 덤웨이터 도어를 거쳐 제 1 이동장치로 객체(J)가 반입되면, 상기 제 1 위치감지센서에 의한 감지를 통해 상기 객체(J)가 상기 제 1 이동장치의 일직선상의 수평 이동 기능을 제어하여, 상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치로 상기 객체(J)가 전달되도록 하고,상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치에 형성된 상기 중앙 위치감지센서에 의한 감지를 통해 상기 객체(J)가 상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치의 일직선상의 수평 이동 반경의 중앙지점까지 이동되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 구동/제어부는,상기 턴테이블을 정방향 또는 역방향으로 상기 제 2 내지 제 n 이동장치 중 어느 하나가 위치한 방향으로의 이동을 위한 각도만큼 회전시킨 뒤, 상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치를 제어하여 상기 제 2 내지 제 n 이동장치 중 어느 하나로 상기 객체(J)가 전달되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블 상부이동장치는,다수의 롤러의 집합체인 롤러형, 벨트형, 볼형 및 체인형 중 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덤웨이터 시스템.
