また、拳部25としては、重量が異なる複数種の拳部を用意しておき、その間で、交換可能に構成しておくことが好ましい。この場合、重量がより大きい拳部25を使用すれば、パンチ力がアップするが連打が難しくなり、反対に、重量がより小さい拳部25を使用すれば、パンチ力が弱まるが連打が容易になるなど、ユーザ好みのスタイルを選択することができる。
なお、腕部20の長さを変更できるように構成してもよい。例えば、胴部10に対して腕部20を着脱可能に構成し、腕部20として長さの異なる複数種の腕部を用意しておき、その間で、交換可能に構成しておいてもよい。この場合、より長い腕部20を使用すれば、相手方ロボット玩具本体100との間合いが大きくなるが連打が難しくなり、反対に、より短い腕部20を使用すれば、相手方ロボット玩具本体100との間合いが小さくなるが連打が容易となるなど、ユーザ好みのスタイルを選択することができる。
図4は、この腕動作機構Aを模式的に示している。
この腕動作機構Aにおいて、リンク27に力Fを作用させると、このリンク27が軸26cを中心に回転し、2点鎖線で示すように、上腕部23及び下腕部24が動作してパンチが繰り出される。
なお、このロボット玩具本体100では、左腕部21aで繰り出されるパンチと、右腕部21bで繰り出されるパンチとの態様を異ならしめている。そして、ロボット玩具本体100では、パンチを繰り出した後に左右腕部21a,21bが自重で元の位置に戻るようになっている。
すなわち、左腕部21aは、ボクシングにおけるアッパーカットのような動作を行なった後自重で元の位置に戻るように、腕付け根部22の向きと、上腕部23及び下腕部24の初期の位置関係が設定されている。
一方、右腕部21bは、ボクシングにおけるフックのような動作を行なった後自重で元の位置に戻るように、腕付け根部22の向きと、上腕部23及び下腕部24の初期の位置関係が設定されている。
なお、本実施形態では、左右腕部21a,21bが自重で戻るように構成しているが、復帰のためにばねを使用してもよい。
腰部30には左脚部41a及び右脚部41bが固定して取り付けられている。この左脚部41a及び右脚部41bの構成はほぼ同一であるため、以下では、特に断らない限り、同一符号を用いて説明する。
図5Aに示すように、左右脚部41a,41bの各々の内部にはレバー42が設けられている。このレバー42は、左右脚部41a,41bの足裏近くから腰部30の直上まで延びていて、下半部が前方に向けて窪むように屈曲されている。そして、このレバー42の下半部は弾性を有している。また、このレバー42は、中間部の水平な軸43を中心に回動可能となっている。そして、このレバー42は、左右脚部41a,41bの下端部と、左右脚部41a,41bの固定部44aとの間に掛けられたばね44によって、下半部側が前方に向けて付勢されている。ここで、「下半部」とは軸43よりも下側の部分を言う。
また、レバー42の下半部には爪部材47が設けられている。この爪部材47の爪47aは爪車46に対向して設けられている。
また、この左右脚部41a,41bは、踵部分が後方に延出した形状となっている。そして、その延出部分の後端部には後輪48が設けられている。この後輪48は接地している。この後輪48は、パンチの動作による衝撃で、ロボット玩具本体100の極力身体が回らないようにすると共に、推進の際にある程度の直進性を増すために設けたものである。この後輪48としては、重量が異なる複数種の後輪を用意しておき、その間で、交換可能としておくことが好ましい。この場合、重量がより大きい後輪48を使用すれば、パンチ力がアップするが移動が遅くなり、反対に、重量がより小さい後輪48を使用すれば、パンチ力が弱まるが移動が速くなるなど、ユーザ好みのスタイルを選択することができる。
続いて、この推進機構Bの動作を説明する。
この推進機構Bにおいて、レバー42の上端部の初期位置はばね44の付勢力によって後方位置となっている(図5A)。この位置で、レバー42の上端部に後方から力Fを作用させると、レバー42はばね44の付勢力に抗して軸43を中心に図上で反時計方向に回転する。このとき、前輪45は床に強く押し付けられるので、前輪45の軸45aは長孔45b内で爪部材47の爪47aの方向に移動し、爪部材47の爪47aが爪車46の歯に噛合して前輪45がロックされる。その結果、レバー42の動作によって、前輪45が床を蹴り、当該レバー42に対応する脚部が前方に移動する(図5B参照)。
その後、レバー42の上端部に作用する力Fを取り去ると、レバー42がばね44の付勢力によって軸43を中心に図上で時計方向に回転する。その際、長孔45bによって前輪45の軸45aの移動が爪部材47の爪47aの移動よりも遅れ、爪部材47の爪47aが爪車46の歯との噛合を解除し前輪45がフリーとなり、前輪45が転動し、当該レバー42に対応する脚部は停止状態を維持する。
このように前輪45及び爪車46を長孔45bで軸支持させると共に、爪車46の歯に爪部材47の爪47aを対向させることによって、ワンウェイのクラッチ機構が構成され、ロボット玩具本体100は効果的に走行することができる。ワンウェイのクラッチ機構は図示のものに限定されない。
図6は駆動装置C、腕動作機構A及び推進機構Bの構成を示す正面図である。
駆動装置Cは、正逆回転可能なモータ70を備え、このモータ70の動力によって歯車列71及び回転盤72を介して腕動作機構A及び推進機構Bを動作させる。
この回転盤72は、前部が小径部73、後部が大径部74、中間部が段階的に径を増し小径部73と大径部74とを繋ぐ段部75となっている。
そして、この回転盤72の前半部には円孔76が形成され、この円孔76にはモータ70の本体が挿入されている。そして、回転盤72は、このモータ70の本体を軸として回動可能となっている。
また、大径部74の左側端壁は左レバー操作用当接部75a、右側端壁は右レバー操作用当接部75bとなっている。このうち左レバー操作用当接部75aは、回転盤72が平面視で時計方向に回転した際に左側のレバー42に後方から当接し、当該レバー42を操作する。一方、右レバー操作用当接部75bは、回転盤72が平面視で反時計方向に回転した際に右側のレバー42に後方から当接し、当該レバー42を操作する。
また、回転盤72には、左側の段部75の箇所に左入力リンク操作用当接部76a、右側の段部75の箇所に右入力リンク操作用当接部76bが外方に突出して形成されている。このうち左入力リンク操作用当接部76aは、回転盤72が平面視で時計方向に回転した際に左側のリンク27に後方から当接し、左腕部21aを操作する。一方、右入力リンク操作用当接部76bは、回転盤72が平面視で反時計方向に回転した際に右側のリンク27に後方から当接し、右腕部21bを操作する。
また、回転盤72の下側には、段部75及び大径部74に亘って、半円弧状の内歯歯車77が形成されている。
図9に示すように、頭部50は、胴部10の上面に立設されたブラケット11に軸12を介して取り付けられている。これにより、頭部50は軸12を中心に前後に回動可能となっている。
ここで、軸12は頭部50の上部を支持し、頭部50は、自重によって、正立姿勢を取るように構成されている。そして、頭部50の顔面にパンチが当たった場合、頭部50が前方に傾倒するようになっている。そして、図9に示すように、頭部50が前方に傾倒した際に、頭部50の当接部51がプッシュスイッチ52を押すことによって、顔面にパンチが当たったことが検出される。なお、このプッシュスイッチ52に代えて、リーフスイッチを設けてもよい。
また、頭部50の顔部分の内側には、LED(発光ダイオード)53が設けられている(図10参照)。このLED53は、点灯、点滅及び消灯の態様を取り、例えば、パンチを浴びた回数によって、ダメージの程度を表示する。なお、このLED53の設置位置は頭部50には限定されない。例えば、胴部10、腕部20や脚部40にLED53を設け、ロボット玩具本体100や各部の疲れ具合やダメージの程度などを表現することもできる。また、例えば、武器や道具などを付設したロボット玩具の場合には、武器又は道具に設けることもできる。
図10はロボット玩具本体100の回路構成を示す。このロボット玩具本体100は、制御装置81、送受信部82、モータ70、プッシュスイッチ52及びLED53を備えている。そして、制御装置81は、コントローラ200からの動作制御信号を送受信部82を介して取得し、この動作制御信号に基づいてモータ70を介してロボット玩具本体100を動作制御する。また、制御装置81は、プッシュスイッチ52からの信号を取得し、パンチを浴びた回数に従ってLED53の発光制御とモータ70の動作制御とを行う。さらに、制御装置81は、ロボット玩具本体100がパンチを浴びる毎に、パンチを浴びたことを知らせる信号を送受信部82を介してコントローラ200に送信する。
なお、制御装置81は、コントローラ200の左右の操作部210,220が1回振られる毎に、パンチを繰り出すと共に玩具本体100を推進させるに必要な時間だけモータ70を動作させた後、モータ70を停止させる。
図1に示すように、コントローラ200は左右の操作部210,220を備えている。この左右の操作部210,220はそれぞれ片手で握れる程度の大きさとなっている。この左右の操作部210,220はケーブル230によって電気的に接続されている。
図11はコントローラ200の回路構成を示す。このコントローラ200は、制御装置230、送受信部231、左センサ232、右センサ233及びスピーカ234を備えている。このうち制御装置230、送受信部231、右センサ233及びスピーカ234は右手用の操作部220に設けられ、左センサ232は左手用の操作部210に設けられている。勿論、送受信部231やスピーカ234は左手用の操作部210に設けられていてもよい。
そして、制御装置230は、左センサ232によって左手用の操作部210の振りを検知した場合には、左用の動作制御信号を生成し、送受信部231からロボット玩具本体100に向けて当該動作制御信号を送信する。一方、右センサ233によって右手用の操作部220の振りを検知した場合には、右用の動作制御信号を生成し、送受信部231からロボット玩具本体100に向けて当該動作制御信号を送信する。
また、制御装置230は、パンチを浴びたことを知らせる信号をロボット玩具本体100から送受信部231を介して取得したとき、その信号に基づいて、パンチ音などをスピーカ234を通じて出力させる。
なお、コントローラ200はロボット玩具本体100の充電器を備えていてもよい。
(1)左手用の操作部210を操作したとき
(脚部40の動作)
回転盤72が平面視で時計方向に回転し、回転盤72の左レバー操作用当接部75aが左側のレバー42の上端部に後方から当接し、当該レバー42の上端部を前方に押し出す。すると、レバー42は、ばね44の付勢力に抗して、図5Aにおける反時計方向に回転する。このときには、レバー42の爪部材47の爪47aが爪車46の歯に噛合して前輪45がロックされる。これにより、前輪45が床を蹴り、左脚部41aが前方に移動する。
一方、このとき、回転盤72の右レバー操作用当接部75bが右側のレバー42の上端部に当接することがないので、右脚部41bは積極的には移動しないが、右脚部41bは後輪48を有するので、ある程度は前方に移動する。
なお、左側のレバー42は、モータ70の停止後、ばね44の付勢力によって、元位置に戻る。
回転盤72の左入力リンク操作用当接部76aがリンク27に後方から当接し、当該リンク47を前方に押し出す。すると、リンク47は、重力の付勢力に抗して、上腕部23及び下腕部24を前方に押し出し、左腕部21aがパンチを繰り出す。
一方、このとき、回転盤72の右入力リンク操作用当接部76bが右側のリンク47に当接することがないので、自重によって、右腕部21bは動作しない。
なお、左腕部21aは、モータ70の停止後、自重によって元位置に戻る。
(脚部40の動作)
回転盤72が平面視で反時計方向に回転し、回転盤72の右レバー操作用当接部75bが右側のレバー42の上端部に後方から当接し、当該レバー42の上端部を前方に押し出す。すると、レバー42は、ばね57の付勢力に抗して、図5Aにおける反時計方向に回転する。このときには、レバー42の爪部材47の爪47aが爪車46の歯に噛合して前輪45がロックされる。これにより、前輪45が床を蹴り、右脚部41bが前方に移動する。
一方、このとき、回転盤72の左レバー操作用当接部75aが右側のレバー42の上端部に当接することがないので、左脚部41aは積極的には移動しないが、左脚部41aは後輪48を有するので、ある程度は前方に移動する。
なお、右側のレバー42は、モータ70の停止後、ばね44の付勢力によって、元位置に戻る。
回転盤72の右入力リンク操作用当接部76bがリンク47に後方から当接し、当該リンク47を前方に押し出す。すると、リンク47は、重力の付勢力に抗して、上腕部23及び下腕部24を前方に押し出し、右腕部21bがパンチを繰り出す。
一方、このとき、回転盤72の左入力リンク操作用当接部76aが右側のリンク47に当接することがないので、自重によって、左腕部21aは動作しない。
なお、左腕部21bは、モータ70の停止後、自重によって元位置に戻る。
このロボット玩具によれば、パンチの繰り出しと同時期に、推進機構Bのレバー42によって床面が蹴られて、パンチを繰り出した腕部と同じ側の脚部が前方に移動するので、ロボット玩具本体の推進方向が制御し易くなる。
なお、本発明のロボット玩具は、上記した実施例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加え得ることは勿論である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、パンチを繰り出すように構成したが、相撲などの張り手を繰り出すように構成することもできる。
また、上記実施形態では、LED53の発光態様として、点灯、点滅又は消灯を挙げたが、この点灯、点滅又は消灯に代えて、或いは点灯、点滅又は消灯に加えて、発光色の変化を加えることができる。発光色を変化させれば、拳闘の場合、自機と他機とを色によって容易に区別できる。
また、遊びのバリエーションを増やすこともできる。
例えば、3台上のロボット玩具本体100を使用して鬼ごっこ遊びを行うことができる。
具体的には、「赤色」を鬼のロボット玩具本体100に、「青色」をそれ以外のロボット玩具本体100にそれぞれ割り振っておき、「青色」のロボット玩具本体100がパンチを浴びた場合に、このパンチを浴びたロボット玩具本体100も「赤色」とし、最後まで「青色」を維持したロボット玩具本体100が勝利したものとする。また、この鬼ごっこ遊びにおいて、「赤色」を鬼のロボット玩具本体100に、「青色」をそれ以外のロボット玩具本体100にそれぞれ割り振り、「青色」のロボット玩具本体100がパンチを浴びた場合に、パンチを浴びたロボット玩具本体100を「赤色」とし、パンチを浴びせたロボット玩具本体100を「青色」にすることもできる。

Claims (6)
- 制御装置を有するロボット玩具本体と、前記制御装置を介して前記ロボット本体を遠隔制御するコントローラとを備えたロボット玩具であって、
前記ロボット玩具本体は、
胴部に取り付けられ、前方に投げ出した状態と引き戻した状態とを取り得、常態で所定の付勢力によって引き戻した状態を取る左右の腕部と、
腰部に取り付けられた左右の脚部と、
前記左右の腕部それぞれに設けられ、前記腕部を前記付勢力に抗して身体の前方に投げ出させる腕動作機構と、
前記左右の脚部それぞれに設けられ、床面を蹴ることによって床面を蹴った側の脚部を前方へ移動させる推進機構と、
左右の前記腕動作機構及び前記推進機構の組を選択的に同時期に動作させる駆動装置と、
を備えることを特徴とするロボット玩具。 - 前記左右の腕部は、上腕部及び下腕部が屈伸可能に構成され引き戻した状態で上腕部及び下腕部が屈曲状態になり構えの姿勢を取るとともに、前方に投げ出した状態で上腕部及び下腕部が伸張状態になりパンチの繰り出し姿勢を取ること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボット玩具。
- 前記推進機構は、前記脚部の内部で上下方向に延在し、且つ、下端部が前後方向に動作するように中間部で軸によって回動可能に支持されたレバーと、前記レバーの下端部に設けられた車輪と、前記レバーの下端部が後方に動作する際に前記車輪をロックし、且つ、前記レバーの下端部が前方に動作する際に前記車輪をフリーとするクラッチ機構と、を備え、前記レバーの動作によって前記脚部を前方に推進させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロボット玩具。
- 前記駆動装置は、前記胴部の直下で鉛直方向に延在する軸を中心に回動可能に構成され、且つ、左右の前記レバーに対応して左右に1つずつレバー操作用当接部が形成された回転盤を備え、左右の前記レバーの各々は、対応する前記レバー操作用当接部の当接によって動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロボット玩具。
- 前記腕動作機構は、前記上腕部を支持する支持部材と、前記上腕部と、前記下腕部と、前記支持部材及び前記下腕部に掛け渡されたリンクとから構成され、且つ、前記上腕部及び前記リンクの一方が入力リンクを構成する4節回転連鎖機構から構成されており、前記回転盤には、左右の前記入力リンクに対応して左右に1つずつ入力リンク操作用当接部が形成され、左右の入力リンクは、対応する前記入力リンク操作用当接部の当接によって動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロボット玩具。
- 前記所定の付勢力は自重であり、前記左右の腕部は、常態で自重によって屈曲状態になる構えの姿勢を取ることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか一項に記載のロボット玩具。
