Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Störungsüberwachung eines Ablassventils (16) eines Kondensatableiters (1) eines Druckgassystems, wobei der Kondensatableiter (1) ein Ablassventil (16) aufweist, das ein durch eine Steuerungsschaltung (15) ansteuerbares, zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung bewegbares Ventilelement (19) aufweist, um in dessen Öffnungsstellung mit Druck beaufschlagtes Kondensat über einen hinter dem Ventilelement (19) angeordneten Ablassbereich (18) des Kondensatableiters aus dem Druckgassystem abzulassen und um in dessen Schließstellung den Druck im Druckgassystem zu halten, wobei das Verfahren aufweist: einen Schließschritt, bei dem die Steuerungsschaltung (15) eine Schließbewegung des Ventilelements (19) in Richtung Schließstellung auslöst und/oder einen Öffnungsschritt, bei dem die Steuerungsschaltung (15) eine Öffnungsbewegung des Ventilelements (19) in Richtung Öffnungsstellung auslöst; einen jeweils nachfolgenden Schritt zur Überwachung der Schließstellung beziehungsweise Öffnungsstellung des Ventilelements (19). Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass beim Schritt zur Überwachung der Schließstellung eine Nicht-Schließstellung anhand einer Ablassströmung des Druckgases, des Kondensats oder von Mischungen daraus im Ablassbereich (18) oder am Ventilelement (19) detektiert wird oder beim Schritt zur Überwachung der Öffnungsstellung eine Ablassströmung des Druckgases, des Kondensats oder von Mischungen daraus im Ablassbereich (18) oder am Ventilelement (19) detektiert wird.
