Abstract

본 발명은 (메트)아크릴산의 연속 회수 방법 및 상기 방법에 이용되는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 프로판, 프로필렌, 부탄, i-부틸렌, t-부틸렌 및 (메트)아크롤레인으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 촉매 존재 하에서 기상 산화 반응시켜 (메트)아크릴산 함유 혼합 가스를 수득하는 단계; 상기 (메트)아크릴산 함유 혼합 가스를 급냉하여, 상기 (메트)아크릴산 함유 혼합 가스에 포함된 고비점 부산물을 제거하는 단계; 상기 고비점 부산물이 제거된 (메트)아크릴산 함유 혼합 가스를 물 또는 수용액과 접촉시켜, (메트)아크릴산 함유 수용액을 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 (메트)아크릴산 함유 수용액을 정제하여 (메트)아크릴산을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴산의 연속 회수 방법 및 회수 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 (메트)아크릴산의 연속 회수 방법은 에너지 사용량을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있어, 이전의 회수 방법들에 비하여 보다 우수한 생산 효율로 고순도의 (메트)아크릴산을 연속 회수할 수 있다.
