Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen durch Umsetzen einer Heteroatom- enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umfassend Titano-(Silico)-Alumo-Phosphat. Insbesondere wird die Verwendung eines Titano-(Silico)-Alumo-Phosphats mit CHA-Struktur für die Umsetzung von Methanol zu Olefinen beschrieben.
Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoff- Verbindungen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur
Herstellung von ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen durch Umsetzen einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umfassend ein Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder ein Titano-Silico- Alumo-Phosphat (in folgenden als werden beide Verbindungen gemeinsam als Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat bezeichnet) .
Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung auch die Verwendung eines Katalysators umfassend Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat bei der Umsetzung einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung .
Im Stand der Technik sind Alumo-Silicate (Zeolithe), Alumo- Phosphate (ALPOs) und Silico-Alumo-Phosphate (SAPOs) seit Längerem als aktive Komponenten für Raffinerie-, Petrochemie- und Chemiekatalysatoren sowie für die Abgasreinigung sowohl in stationären als auch in mobilen Anwendungen bekannt. Diese Gruppen werden oft auch nur unter der Sammelbezeichnung
Zeolithe geführt.
Diese Zeolithe liegen meist in der Form eines Wabenformkörpers mit einem Aktivmetall dotiert, das die katalytisch aktive Komponente darstellt, in Katalysatorgehäusen vor.
Allgemein werden unter Silico-Alumo-Phosphaten (SAPOs)
Molekularsiebe verstanden, die ausgehend von Alumo-Phosphaten (allgemeine Formel (AIPO4-/) ) durch isomorphen Austausch von Phosphor mit Silicium erhalten werden, und der allgemeinen Formel (SixAlyPz)02 (wasserfrei) entsprechen (EP 0 585 683), wobei x + y + z = 1 ist und die Spezies negative Ladungen aufweist, deren Anzahl davon abhängig ist wieviele
Phosphoratome durch Siliciumatome ersetzt wurden, bzw. deren Anzahl davon abhängig ist, wie groß der Überschuss an
Aluminiumatomen in Bezug auf die Phosphoratome ist.
Strukturen dieser Gruppe werden gemäß der „Structure
Commission of the International Zeolite Association" aufgrund ihrer Porengröße entsprechend den IUPAC-Regeln (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) eingeteilt. Sie
kristallisieren in mehr als 200 verschiedenen Verbindungen in zwei Dutzend verschiedenen Strukturen. Klassifiziert werden sie aufgrund ihrer Porengrößen. SAPOs sind typischerweise mittels Hydrothermal-Synthese erhältlich, ausgehend von reaktiven Alumo-Phosphat-Gelen oder den einzelnen AI-, Si-, P-Komponenten, welche in einem
erwünschten Verhältnis eingesetzt werden, vorzugsweise so, dass die Summe der Si- und P-Komponente stöchiometrisch zu der AI-Komponente ist. Die Kristallisation der erhaltenen Silico- Alumo-Phosphate (SAPOs) wird mittels Zugabe von Strukturdirigierenden Templaten, Kristallisationskeimen oder Elementen erreicht (EP 103 117 AI, US 4,440,871, US 7,316,727). Die Gerüststruktur der SAPOs ist aus regelmäßigen,
dreidimensionalen Raumnetzwerken mit charakteristischen Poren und Kanälen aufgebaut, die ein-, zwei- oder dreidimensional miteinander verknüpft sein können. Die vorstehend erwähnten Strukturen entstehen durch eckenverknüpfte Tetraeder-Bausteine
(A104, Si04, P04) , bestehend aus jeweils vierfach von Sauerstoff koordiniertem Aluminium, Silicium und Phosphor. Die Tetraeder werden als primäre Baueinheiten bezeichnet, deren Verknüpfung zur Bildung von sekundären Baueinheiten führt. Silico-Alumo-Phosphate (SAPOs) kristallisieren u.a. in der bekannten CHA-Struktur (Chabazit), eingeteilt nach IUPAC aufgrund ihrer spezifischen CHA-Einheit.
In den Alumo-Phosphaten herrscht aufgrund der ausgeglichenen Anzahl an Aluminium- und Phosphoratomen Ladungsneutralität. Diese Systeme weisen somit den Nachteil auf, dass sie in
Hohlräumen keine Gegenionen zum Ladungsausgleich benötigen. Somit können in diese Hohlräume auch nicht effektiv
katalytisch-aktive Metallionen durch Ionenbindung eingelagert werden. Deshalb eignen sich diese Alumo-Phosphate schlecht als Molekularsiebe in Katalysatoren zur Herstellung von
ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen aus Heteroatom- enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen . Durch isomorphen Austausch/Ersatz von Phosphor durch Silicium entstehen in Silico-Alumo-Phosphaten überzählige negative Ladungen, die durch Einlagerung von zusätzlichen Kationen in das Poren- und Kanalsystem ausgeglichen werden. Der Grad der Phosphor-Silicium-Substitution ausgehend von Alumo-Phosphaten bestimmt so die Anzahl der zum Ausgleich benötigten Kationen, und somit die maximale mögliche Beladung der Verbindungen mit positiv geladenen Kationen, z.B. Wasserstoff- oder
Metallionen. Durch die Einlagerung der Kationen werden die sauren katalytischen Eigenschaften der Silico-Alumo-Phosphate bestimmt, und können durch gezielten Ionenaustausch
hinsichtlich ihrer Aktivität und Selektivität als
Katalysatorkomponenten verwendet werden. Besonders bevorzugt als Molekularsieb in Katalysatoren wird das sogenannte SAPO-34 mit CHA-Struktur und Porenöffnungen von etwa 3,5 Ä verwendet.
Diese Silico-Alumo-Phosphate besitzen jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie in wässriger Phase thermisch relativ instabil sind. So amorphisiert z.B. SAPO-34 schon bei niedrigen Temperaturen - u.a. schon bei der Herstellung des Katalysators in wässrigen Phasen. Deshalb eignen sich Silico-Alumo-Phosphate nur bedingt als Molekularsiebe in Katalysatoren zur Herstellung von ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen, da bei der
Herstellung von diesen eine große Stabilität gegenüber Wasser bei mäßigen Temperaturen nötig ist, da ein hoher Wassergehalt auf den Katalysator trifft. Bei den genannten SAPOs nimmt hierbei die Oberfläche schnell ab und die Azidität reduziert sich stark. Dies führt zu einer unerwünscht verfrühten
Inaktivierung des Katalysators. So sind beispielsweise insbesondere die Silico-Alumo-Phosphate SAPO-34 und SAPO-18 sowohl einzeln als auch als Mischung im Stand der Technik als geeignete Katalysatorkomponenten für die Umsetzung von Sauerstoff bzw. Heteroatom-haltigen
Kohlenwasserstoffen zu Olefinen bekannt. Besonders wurde hierbei SAPO-34 eingesetzt, da es sich durch seine
hydrothermale Stabilität auszeichnet, die sich in der
wasserhaltigen Atmosphäre während der Umsetzung von
Sauerstoff-haltigen Kohlenwasserstoffen zu Olefinen bei ca. 450 °C bewährt hat. Allerdings ist bei der katalytischen
Umsetzung von Sauerstoff bzw. Heteroatom-haltigen
Kohlenwasserstoffen zu Olefinen keine so hohe Temperatur erforderlich. Wird die Reaktion bei niedrigeren Temperaturen durchgeführt, so wird entstehendes Wasser nicht ausreichend in gasförmigem Zustand abgedampft. Wasser in flüssigem Zustand kann jedoch die Struktur des eingesetzten SAPO stark
beschädigen. D.h. die Stabilität von bspw. SAPO-34 ist bei niedrigen Temperaturen in Wasser oder im feuchten Zustand nicht sehr ausgeprägt und die Struktur wird auch schon während der Formulierung des Katalysators z.B. bei der Washcoat-
Zubereitung oder bei der Herstellung von feuchten Massen zur Extrudierung stark geschädigt.
Deshalb war es eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Stabilität des SAPO-34 in Gegenwart von Wasser insbesondere bei niedrigen Temperaturen zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die hervorragende Hochtemperatureigenschaft zu erhalten.
Gelöst wurde die vorliegende Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen durch Umsetzen einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umfassend ein Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat (TAPSO).
In anderen Worten, es wurde überraschenderweise gefunden, dass titanhaltige Alumo-Phosphate besonders geeignet sind als aktive Komponenten in der Umsetzung von Heteroatom- enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen zu Olefinen. Das erfindungsgemäße Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat eignet sich aufgrund seiner hohen Phasenreinheit und seiner hohen
hydrothermalen Stabilität hervorragend als Molekularsieb für einen Katalysator in der Umsetzung von Heteroatom-enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen zu Olefinen. Da bei der Reaktion von Heteroatom-enthaltenden Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere sauerstoffhaltigen Kohlenwasserstoffen, wie beispielsweise aliphatischen Alkoholen, Wasser in großen Mengen als
Nebenprodukt anfällt, eignen sich die hydrothermal stabilen Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate besonders als Molekularsiebe für diese Katalysatoren.
Ebenso wie die genannten SAPOs sind die Titano- ( Silico) -Alumo- Phosphate im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung kristalline Substanzen mit einer Raumnetzstruktur, die aus
Ti04/ ( Si04) /A104/P04-Tetraedern besteht und durch gemeinsame Sauerstoffatome zu einem regelmäßigen dreidimensionalen
Netzwerk verknüpft ist. Alle diese genannten
Tetraedereinheiten ergeben zusammen das sogenannte
„Framework". Weitere Einheiten, die nicht aus den
Tetraedereinheiten des Grundgerüsts bestehen, bezeichnet man als sogenanntes „Extraframework".
Die Strukturen der Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate enthalten Hohlräume, die für jeden Strukturtyp charakteristisch sind. Sie werden gemäß ihrer Topologie in verschiedene Strukturen eingeteilt. Das Kristallgerüst enthält offene Hohlräume in Form von Kanälen und Käfigen, die normalerweise mit
Wassermolekülen und zusätzlichen Gerüstkationen benetzt sind, die ausgetauscht werden können. Bei den sogenannten Alumo- Phosphaten kommt, zumindest im „Framework" des Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphats , auf ein Aluminiumatom jeweils ein Phosphoratom, sodass sich die Ladungen gegenseitig
ausgleichen. Substituieren Titanatome die Phosphoratome, bilden die Titanatome eine überschüssige negative Ladung, die durch Kationen kompensiert wird. Das Innere des Porensystems stellt die katalytisch-aktive Oberfläche dar. Je weniger
Phosphor im Verhältnis zu Aluminium ein Titano- ( Silico) -Alumo- Phosphat im Framework enthält, desto dichter ist die negative Ladung in seinem Gitter und desto polarer ist seine innere Oberfläche. Die Porengröße und Struktur wird neben den
Parametern bei der Herstellung, d.h. Verwendung bzw. Art von Templaten, pH, Druck, Temperatur, Anwesenheit von
Impfkristallen durch das P/Al/Ti/ ( Si ) -Verhältnis bestimmt, das den größten Anteil des katalytischen Charakters eines Titano- Alumo-Phosphats bzw. Titano- ( Silico) -Alumo-Phosphats ausmacht. Durch die Substitution von Phosphoratomen durch Titanatome im bezug auf das Framework entsteht ein Unterschuss an positiven Ladungen, sodass das Molekularsieb insgesamt negativ geladen
ist. Die negativen Ladungen werden durch den Einbau von
Kationen in die Poren des Zeolithmaterials kompensiert.
Zusätzlich zu Titanatomen können auch, wie aus der oben genannten in Klammern gesetzten optionalen Anwesenheit von Silicium hervorgeht, Siliciumatome die Phosphoratome ersetzen. Diese rufen dann ebenfalls negative Ladungen hervor, die durch Kationen kompensiert werden müssen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate
unterscheidet man - wie auch im Stand der Technik - hauptsächlich nach der Geometrie der Hohlräume, die durch das starre Netzwerk der Ti04/A104/ ( Si04) /P04-Tetraeder gebildet werden. Die Eingänge zu den Hohlräumen werden von 8, 10 oder 12 Ringatomen bezüglich der Metallatome, die die
Eingangsöffnung bilden, gebildet, wobei der Fachmann hier von eng-, mittel- und weitporigen Strukturen spricht.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt sind hier engporige Strukturen.
Diese Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate können einen
gleichförmigen Strukturaufbau, z.B. eine VFI- oder AET- Topologie mit linearen Kanälen zeigen, wobei aber auch andere Topologien denkbar sind, bei denen sich hinter den
Porenöffnungen größere Hohlräume anschließen. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt sind Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate mit Öffnungen aus acht Tetraeder-Atomen, d.h. engporige Materialien. Diese weisen vorzugsweise einen Öffnungsdurchmesser von ca. 3,1 bis 5 Ä, insbesondere bevorzugt 3,4 bis 3,6 Ä auf.
Unter dem Begriff „Molekularsieb" versteht man natürliche und synthetisch hergestellte Gerüststrukturen mit Hohlräumen und Kanälen, wie beispielweise Zeolithe und verwandte Materialien, die ein starkes Absorptionsvermögen für Gase, Dämpfe und gelöste Stoffe mit bestimmten Molekülgrößen haben.
Es wurde überraschenderweise gefunden, dass titanhaltige
( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate besonders geeignet sind als
Molekularsiebe in Katalysatoren zur Herstellung von
ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen . Die Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphate eignen sich aufgrund ihrer hohen Phasenreinheit, ihrer Temperaturstabilität und ihres hohen möglichen Beladungsanteils mit Übergangsmetallionen
hervorragend als Molekularsiebe für Katalysatoren in der
Herstellung von ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen aus Heteroatom-enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen .
Unter dem Begriff „Katalysator" im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren versteht man vorzugsweise einen Trägerkörper, der ein Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat umfasst. Der Trägerkörper kann als Vollextrudat aus dem Molekularsieb gebildet werden, oder in Form eines Trägerkörpers vorliegen, der mit einer
Zusammensetzung enthaltend das Molekularsieb beschichtet ist.
Der Schritt des Umsetzens wird im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 200 bis 1.000 °C, bevorzugt im Bereich von 300 bis 700 °C und
besonders bevorzugt bei 400 bis 600 °C durchgeführt.
Die im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte
Ausgangsverbindung, nämlich die Heteroatom-enthaltende
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung, ist vorzugsweise ein linearer, verzweigter oder zyklischer gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkohol oder Ether, oder ein Stickstoff-, Schwefel- oder
Halogen-haltiges Analogon des Alkohols oder Ethers. Hierbei ist insbesondere bevorzugt, dass, wenn die Ausgangsverbindung eine ungesättigte Heteroatom-enthaltende
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung ist, das hergestellte Produkt, nämlich die ungesättigte KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung, eine
Verbindung mit mehr C-C-n-Bindungen ist als die
Ausgangsverbindung .
Als Beispiele für die einzusetzenden Heteroatom-enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen können folgende Komponenten genannt werden: Methanol, Ethanol, n-Propanol, iso-Propanol , C4-Cio-Alkohole , Methylethylether , Dimethylether, Diethylether , Diisopropylether , Methylmercaptan, Methylsufide, Methylamine, Ethylmercaptan, Diethylsulfide, Diethylamine , Ethylchloride, Formaldehyde, Dimethylcarbonate , Dimethylketon, Essigsäure, n- Alkylamine, n-Alkylhalogenide , n-Alkylsulfide mit n- Alkylgruppen, die 3 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen, und Mischungen daraus. Besonders geeignet sind Methanol,
Dimethylether und Mischungen daraus, und hervorragend eignet sich Methanol.
Es handelt sich bei der Umsetzung im erfindungsgemäßen
Verfahren vorzugsweise um eine Eliminierungsreaktion, bei der beispielsweise ausgehend von Ethanol ein Molekül H2O unter Bildung einer Doppelbindung zu Ethen abgespalten wird. Es kann sich aber beispielsweise auch unter Reaktion von zwei
Molekülen Ethanol unter Abspaltung von zwei Molekülen Wasser 2-Buten oder ein Tautomeres davon bilden. Allgemein
ausgedrückt wird unter Wasserabspaltung entweder intra- oder intermolekular eine Doppelbindung gebildet.
Weiterhin bevorzugt ist es, dass das Molekularsieb im
erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eine BET-Oberfläche im Bereich von 400 bis 850 m2/g aufweist, insbesondere bevorzugt 500 bis 750 m2/g, noch stärker bevorzugt 580 bis 680 m2/g. Die BET-
Oberfläche des Molekularsiebs sollte nicht zu gering sein, da dann kein ausreichender Kontakt der umzusetzenden
Ausgangsverbindungen mit den katalytisch-aktiven Komponenten vorhanden ist und somit die Reaktion nicht in ausreichendem
Maße stattfindet. Eine zu hohe BET-Oberfläche bringt den
Nachteil mit sich, dass aufgrund der geringen Dichte des Materials dieses nicht mehr genügend temperaturstabil ist. Die BET-Oberfläche wird mittels Adsorption von Stickstoff nach DIN 66132 bestimmt.
Vorzugsweise weist das Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat eine sogenannte CHA-Struktur auf, wie sie aus der Klassifizierung der verschiedenen Topologien von Zeolithen bekannt ist.
Materialien mit CHA-Struktur weisen vorzugsweise
Porenöffnungen von ca. 3,5 Ä auf, die aufgrund ihrer Größe hervorragend für die selektive Umsetzung von kleinen
Molekülen, wie z.B. Methanol zu Olefinen geeignet sind. Bevorzugt ist es, dass es sich bei dem Molekularsieb des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens um ein Titano-Silico-Alumo- Phosphat handelt, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus TAPSO-5, TAPSO-8, TAPSO-11, TAPSO-16, TAPSO-17, TAPSO-18, TAPSO-20, TAPSO-31, TAPSO-34, TAPSO-35, TAPSO-36, TAPSO-37, TAPSO-40, TAPSO-41, TAPSO-42, TAPSO-44, TAPSO-47 und TAPSO-56 besteht. Besonders bevorzugt sind TAPSO-5, TAPSO-11 oder
TAPSO-34, da diese eine besonders hohe hydrothermale
Stabilität gegenüber Wasser aufweisen. Besonders geeignet sind TAPSO-5, TAPSO-11 und TAPSO-34 auch aufgrund ihrer guten
Eigenschaften als Katalysator in verschiedenen Prozessen aufgrund ihrer mikroporösen Struktur und da sie sich aufgrund ihrer hohen Adsorptionskapazität sehr gut als
Adsorptionsmittel eignen. Außerdem zeigen sie auch eine geringe Regenerationstemperatur, da sie bereits adsorbiertes Wasser oder adsorbierte andere kleine Moleküle bei
Temperaturen zwischen 30 °C und 90 °C reversibel abgeben.
Erfindungsgemäß eignet sich besonders der Einsatz von
mikroporösen Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphaten mit CHA-Struktur.
Besonders bevorzugt ist das im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat TAPSO-34, wie es im Stand der Technik beispielsweise aus der EP 161 488 und US 4,684,617 bekannt ist. Die ausgezeichnete hydrothermale
Stabilität von TAPSO-34 als auch die kleinen Porenöffnungen prädestinieren TAPSO-34 als selektiven Katalysator für die Umsetzung von sauerstoffhaltigen oder Heteroatom-haltigen Kohlenwasserstoffen zu Olefinen. Das in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat weist aufgrund des Austausche von Phosphoratomen durch Titan- bzw. Siliciumatome negative
Ladungen auf, die durch Kationen kompensiert werden. Bei der Synthese von Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphaten, die seit einigen Jahren aus der EP 161 488 bekannt ist, existiert das
Molekularsieb vorzugsweise in der protonierten oder in der Na+- Form, d.h. die negativen Ladungen, die sich vorzugsweise im Inneren der Gerüststruktur, den Hohlräumen, befinden, werden durch H+- oder Nationen kompensiert. In dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kann das Molekularsieb aber auch in einer
modifizierten Form vorliegen, bei der als Gegenionen
Metallkationen zur Kompensation der negativen Ladungen
vorzugsweise in den Hohlräumen vorliegen. Die vorzugsweise im Inneren der Gerüststruktur vorliegenden Metallkationen
verleihen der Struktur die katalytischen Eigenschaften. Der Ionenaustausch von H+ bzw. Na+ durch ein Metallkation kann sowohl in flüssiger als auch in fester Form durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus sind Gasphasenaustauschprozesse
bekannt, die aber für technische Prozesse zu aufwändig sind. Nachteilig beim derzeitigen Stand der Technik ist, dass beim festen Ionenaustausch zwar eine definierte Menge an
Metallionen in das Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphatgerüst gebracht werden kann, aber keine homogene Verteilung der
Metallionen vorliegt. Beim flüssigen Ionenaustausch kann
dagegen eine homogene Metallionenverteilung im Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat erreicht werden. Neben den genannten Verfahren kann das Dotieren bzw. Modifizieren mit einem oder mehreren Metallkationen durch wässrige Imprägnierung oder das Incipient-Wetness Verfahren durchgeführt werden. Diese Dotierbzw. Modifizierverfahren sind im Stand der Technik bekannt. Es ist besonders bevorzugt, dass das Dotieren bzw. Modifizieren mittels einer oder mehrerer Metallverbindungen durch wässrigen Ionenaustausch durchgeführt wird.
Das mit dem Übergangsmetallkation modifizierte Molekularsieb weist vorzugsweise die folgende Formel auf:
[ (TixAlySizPq)02ra [M+]a/b, wobei die verwendeten Symbole und Indices die folgenden
Bedeutungen aufweisen: x + y + z + q = l; 0,010 < x < 0,110; 0,400 < y < 0,550; 0 < z < 0,090; 0,350 < q < 0,500; a = y - q (mit der Maßgabe, dass y vorzugsweise größer als q ist); M+ stellt das Kation mit der Ladung b+ dar, wobei b eine ganze Zahl größer oder gleich 1 ist, vorzugsweise 1, 2, 3 oder 4, noch stärker bevorzugt 1, 2 oder 3 und am stärksten bevorzugt 1 oder 2. Die Anzahl der negativen Ladungen a des Molekularsiebes ergibt sich aus der überschüssigen Anzahl von Aluminium-Atomen zu der Anzahl der Phosphor-Atome. Geht man davon aus, dass auf jedes Ti-, AI-, Si- und P-Atom zwei Sauerstoffatome kommen, dann hätten diese Einheiten die folgenden Ladungen: Die Einheit T1O2 und die Einheit S1O2 sind ladungsneutral, die Einheit AIO2 weist aufgrund der Dreiwertigkeit von Aluminium eine negative Ladung auf und die Einheit PO2 weist aufgrund der
Fünfwertigkeit von Phosphor eine positive Ladung auf. Es ist erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt, dass die Anzahl der
Aluminium-Atome größer ist als die Anzahl der Phosphor-Atome, sodass das Molekularsieb insgesamt negativ geladen ist. Dies wird in der oben genannten Formel ausgedrückt durch den Index a, der die Differenz der vorhandenen Aluminium-Atome abzüglich der Phosphor-Atome darstellt. Dies ist insbesondere deshalb der Fall, da positiv geladene PC>2 +-Einheiten durch
ladungsneutrale T1O2- bzw. SiC>2-Einheiten substituiert werden.
Zusätzlich zu den genannten S1O2-, T1O2-, A1C>2 ~- und PC>2 +- Einheiten, die das Framework des Molekularsiebs bilden und dessen Verhältnis die Wertigkeit des Molekularsiebs bestimmt, kann das Molekularsieb auch AI- und P-Einheiten enthalten, die als solche formal als ladungsneutral anzusehen sind,
beispielsweise, weil nicht C>2 ~-Einheiten die
Koordinationsstellen besetzen, sondern weil andere Einheiten, wie beispielsweise OH~ oder H2O an dieser Stelle sitzen, vorzugsweise wenn diese endständig bzw. randständig in der Struktur vorhanden sind. Diesen Anteil dieser Einheiten nennt man dann das sogenannte „Extraframework" des Molekularsiebs.
Das im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren verwendete Molekularsieb weist vorzugsweise ein (Si + Ti)/(A1 + P) -Molverhältnis von 0,01 bis 0,5 zu 1, stärker bevorzugt von 0,02 bis 0,4 zu 1, noch stärker bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,3 zu 1 und am stärksten bevorzugt 0,07 bis 0,2 zu 1 auf. Gerade im Hinblick auf eine verbesserte Katalysatoraktivität und eine verbessertes
Ethen/Propen-Verhältnis ist das oben genannte Molverhältnis von im Bereich von 0,05 bis 0,3 besonders vorteilhaft. Besonders bevorzugt ist zudem, dass das im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte Molekularsieb neben Ti als wesentliches Element Si enthält.
Das Si/Ti-Verhältnis liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0 bis 20, stärker bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,5 bis 10, noch stärker bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 7. Das Al/P-Verhältnis im Bezug auf alle Einheiten des Molekularsiebs, d.h. die des Frameworks und des Extraframeworks des Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphats liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0,5 bis 1,5, stärker
bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,70 bis 1,25. Das Al/P-Verhältnis nur im Bezug auf das Framework des Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo- Phosphats liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von größer 1 bis 1,5, stärker bevorzugt im Bereich von 1,05 bis 1,25.
Nach der Herstellung des Molekularsiebs liegt dieses meist in der Form eines Pulvers vor. Diese dann als Pulver vorliegenden Molekularsiebe werden dann entweder zu Extrudaten verformt, insbesondere unter Zuhilfenahme von oxidischen und/oder organischen Bindemitteln zu Vollextrudaten/Wabenkatalysatoren verformt oder über die Zwischenstufe eines Washcoats auf keramische oder metallische Trägerkörper, insbesondere
wabenförmige Trägerkörper aufgebracht. Das im
erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte Molekularsieb liegt vorzugsweise als Vollextrudat oder auf einem Trägerkörper in Form einer Beschichtung vor.
Insbesondere werden die Vollextrudate in Form von Waben hergestellt oder die mit dem Vollextrudat beschichteten
Trägerkörper sind vorzugsweise wabenförmige Trägerkörper.
Besonders geeignet als Katalysatoren sind sprühgetrocknete Formkörper mit einer Größe von 5 bis 100 pm. Außerdem sind sowohl gerollte Kugeln oder Tropfkugeln mit einem Durchmesser von 1-10 mm geeignet.
Liegt der in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren verwendete
Katalysator in der Form eines Vollextrudats vor, so umfasst
das Vollextrudat vorzugsweise das Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo- Phosphat und mindestens ein oxidisches und/oder organisches Bindemittel . Das Vollextrudat wird vorzugsweise durch Strangpressen einer Zusammensetzung umfassend das Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat und mindestens ein oxidisches und/oder organisches Bindemittel sowie durch Sprühtrocknung oder Granulierung hergestellt. Das Vollextrudat ist vorzugsweise ein Extrudat in Wabenform, wie es üblicherweise in automobilen Anwendungen, insbesondere in
SCR-Katalysatoren eingesetzt wird. Neben den Bindemitteln kann die genannte Zusammensetzung auch weitere Metalloxide,
Promotoren, Stabilisatoren und/oder Füllstoffe enthalten. In dieser Zusammensetzung liegt das Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo- Phosphat vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 bis 95 Gew.-%, stärker bevorzugt 20 bis 80 Gew.-% bezogen auf die gesamte
Zusammensetzung vor.
Liegt das Molekularsieb auf einem Trägerkörper in Form einer Beschichtung vor, so wird zur Herstellung des beschichteten Trägerkörpers die genannte Zusammensetzung vorzugsweise zu einem Washcoat verarbeitet, der zur Beschichtung von
Trägerkörpern geeignet ist. Vorzugsweise umfasst so ein
Washcoat 5 bis 70 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 15 bis 50 Gew.-% des im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzten Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphats bezogen auf die reinen Anteile, nämlich Titan, Aluminium, Silicium, Phosphor und Sauerstoff. Das erfindungsgemäße Washcoat kann zusätzlich zu den oben genannten Komponenten der
Zusammensetzung ein Lösungsmittel enthalten. Das Bindemittel der Zusammensetzung dient dazu, bei Auftragen auf einen
Trägerkörper das Molekularsieb zu binden. Das Lösungsmittel dient dazu, dass sowohl das Molekularsieb als auch das
Bindemittel in auftragbarer Form auf den Katalysatorträger aufgebracht werden kann.
Im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren befinden sich die das
Molekularsieb umfassenden Trägerkörper vorzugsweise in einem Reaktorbett, welches ein Fließ-oder Festbett sein kann, (als Schüttgut) eines Katalysatorbauteils, durch das die gasförmige oder flüssige Heteroatom-haltige KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung (Ausgangsverbindung) geleitet wird. Hierbei wird die
Ausgangsverbindung vorzugsweise bei einer Raumgeschwindigkeit im Bereich von 0,01 h 1 bis 600 h 1 durch ein Reaktorbett geleitet. Die Raumgeschwindigkeit ergibt sich aus dem
Quotienten des Volumenstroms (m3/h) der Ausgangsverbindung zu dem Volumen des Reaktorbetts (m3) .
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung eines Katalysators umfassend ein Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat bei der Umsetzung einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung .
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung eines Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphats zur Herstellung eines
Katalysators für die Umsetzung einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung .
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch einen sogenannten Reduktiven-Eliminations-Katalysator umfassend ein Titano- ( Silico ) -Alumo-Phosphat . Unter einem Reduktiven-
Eliminationskatalysator versteht man unter anderem in der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Katalysator wie vorstehend definiert, der in der Lage ist eine Heteroatom-halt ige
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung unter Eliminierung beispielsweise
von H20, Alkyl-OH, H2S, Alkyl-SH, NH3 oder Alykl-NH2 zu einer ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu reduzieren.
Alle im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren genannten Merkmale des Molekularsiebs gelten auch für die erfindungsgemäßen
Verwendungen .
Die vorliegende Erfindung soll nun anhand der folgenden
Beispiele nicht einschränkend veranschaulicht werden:
Beispiele : Beispiel 1 : 100,15 Gewichtsteile entionisiertes Wasser und 88,6
Gewichtsteile Hydrargillit (Aluminiumhydroxid SH10, von
Aluminium Oxid Stade GmbH, Deutschland erhältlich) wurden gemischt. Dem erhaltenen Gemisch wurden 132,03 Gewichtsteile Phosphorsäure (85 %ig) und 240,9 Gewichtsteile TEAOH (35 % in Wasser) und dann 33,5 Gewichtsteile Silicasol (Köstrosol 1030, 30 % Siliziumdioxid, erhältlich von CWK Chemiewerk Bad
Köstriz, Deutschland) und 4,87 Gewichtsteile Silizium
dotiertes Titandioxid (Ti02 545 S, Evonik, Deutschland) zugesetzt, so dass ein Synthesegelgemisch mit der folgenden molaren Zusammensetzung erhalten wurde:
A1203 :P205: 0, 3 SiO2:0,l Ti02:l TEAOH:35 H20
Das Synthesegelgemisch mit der vorstehenden Zusammensetzung wurde in einen 0,5 1 Edelstahlautoklaven der Firma Juchheim GmbH überführt. Der Autoklav wurde gerührt und auf 180 °C aufgeheizt, wobei diese Temperatur 68 Stunden gehalten wurde. Nach dem Abkühlen wurde das erhaltene Produkt abfiltriert, mit entionisiertem Wasser gewaschen und im Ofen bei 100 °C
getrocknet. Ein Rontgendiffraktogramm des erhaltenen Produkts zeigte, dass es sich bei dem Produkt um reinen TiAPSO-34 handelte. Die Elementaranalyse ergab eine Zusammensetzung von 1,5 % Ti, 2,8 % Si, 18,4 % AI und 17,5 % P, was einer
Stöchiometrie von Ti0, 023S10, 073AI0, 494P0, 410 entspricht. Gemäß einer SEM ( Rasterelektronenmikroskop ) -Analyse des Produkts lag dessen Kristallgröße im Bereich von 0,5 bis 2 pm. Anschließend wurde das erhaltene Produkt bei 550 °C für 1 h kalziniert. Beispiel 2 :
453,3 Gewichtsteile entionisiertes Wasser und 232,5
Gewichtsteile Phosphorsäure (85 %ig) wurden gemischt. Dem erhaltenen Gemisch wurden 428,5 Gewichtsteile Aluminium- isopropoxid (Sigma Aldrich) , dann 90,89 Gewichtsteile Ludox LS 30 (30% Siliziumdioxid, Sigma Aldrich) und 129,04
Gewichtsteile Titanisopropoxid ((Sigma Aldrich) untergemischt bis eine homogene Mischung entstand. Abschließen wurden 466,75 Gewichtsteile TEAOH (35 % in Wasser) zugesetzt, so dass ein Synthesegelgemisch mit der folgenden molaren Zusammensetzung erhalten wurde:
1 A1203 : 1 P2O5:0,3 SiO2:0,3 Ti02:l,l TEAOH:50 H20 Das Synthesegelgemisch mit der vorstehenden Zusammensetzung wurde in einen 2 1 Edelstahlautoklaven der Firma Büchi überführt. Der Autoklav wurde gerührt und auf 200 °C aufgeheizt, wobei diese Temperatur 312 Stunden gehalten wurde. Nach dem Abkühlen wurde das erhaltene Produkt abfiltriert, mit entionisiertem Wasser gewaschen und im Ofen bei 100 °C getrocknet. Ein Rontgendiffraktogramm des erhaltenen Produkts zeigte, dass es sich bei dem Produkt um reinen TiAPSO-34 handelte. Die Elementaranalyse ergab eine Zusammensetzung von 5,37 % Ti, 7,50 % Si, 12,37 % AI und 14,94 % P, was einer
Stöchiometrie von Ti0, oss S i o, 203AI0, 347P0, 365 entspricht. Gemäß einer SEM ( Rasterelektronenmikroskop ) -Analyse des Produkts lag dessen Kristallgröße im Bereich von 0,5 bis 2 pm. Anschließend wurde das erhaltene Produkt bei 550 °C für 1 h kalziniert.
Beispiel 3: katalytische Testergebnisse:
Für den katalytischen Test wurden je 10 mg einer Probe aus den Beispielen 1 und 2 genommen und in einem Festbett-Mikroreaktor einem Oxygenate-to-Olefine-Prozess unterzogen. Dazu wurde
Methanol als Ausgangsprodukt gewählt, um hauptsächlich
olefinhaltige, kohlenstoffbasierende Produkte zu erhalten.
Methanol wurde unverdünnt mit einem Dampfdruck von 2,5 bar mit einer Raumgeschwindigkeit pro Stunde von 100 h 1 durch einen Edelstahlreaktor bei 450 °C geleitet. Bevor Methanol zugegeben wurde, erfolgte eine Aktivierung der Katalysatorprobe bei 550 °C für 30 Minuten im Stickstoffström. Der Produktstrom wurde online mittels eines Gaschromatographen, der mit einem FID-Detektor ausgestattet war, analysiert. Die Ergebnisse der Analyse sind in den Tabellen 1 und 2 zusammengefasst .

Patentansprüche
Verfahren zur Herstellung von ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindungen durch Umsetzen einer
Heteroatom-enthaltenden KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umfassend ein Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder ein Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat .
Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Umsetzen bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 200 bis 1000°C durchgeführt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Heteroatom- enthaltende KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung ein linearer, verzweigter oder cyclischer gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkohol oder ein Stickstoff-, Schwefel- oder Halogen- haltiges Analogon des Alkohols ist. 4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin das
Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder das Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat eine CHA-Struktur aufweist.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, worin das Titano-Silico-Alumo- Phosphat TAPSO-34 ist.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin das
Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder das Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat ein (Si + Ti)/(A1 + P) -Molverhältnis im Bereich von 0,01 bis 0,5 aufweist ,
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, worin das
Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder das Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat ein Si/Ti-Molverhältnis im Bereich von 0 bis 9 und/oder ein Al/P-Verhältnis im Bereich von größer 1 bis 1,5 aufweist.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, worin das Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder das Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat als Vollextrudat in Form eines Formkörpers oder in Form einer Beschichtung auf einem Trägerkörper ausgebildet ist, wobei der Formkörper oder der beschichtete Trägerkörper in einem Reaktorbett vorliegt.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, worin der Schritt des Umsetzens in dem Reaktorbett bei einer Raumgeschwindigkeit im Bereich von 0,01 hT1 bis 600 hT1 durchgeführt wird.
Verwendung eines Katalysators umfassend ein Titano-Alumo Phosphat oder ein Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat bei der Umsetzung einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden

11. Verwendung von Titano-Alumo-Phosphat oder Titano-Silico- Alumo-Phosphat zur Herstellung eines Katalysators für die
Umsetzung einer Heteroatom-enthaltenden
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung zu einer ungesättigten
KohlenwasserstoffVerbindung . 12. Reduktiver-Eliminations-Katalysator umfassend ein Titano- Alumo-Phosphat oder ein Titano-Silico-Alumo-Phosphat.
