- FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a liquid chromatograph analyzer to which one embodiment of the present invention is applied.
- the eluent 1 is fed by a pump 2 and flows in the order of a sampler 3, a separation column 4, and a detector 5.
- the measurement sample is injected into the flow of the eluent 1 by the sampler 3 and separated into components by the column 4.
- the sample separated by the column 4 is detected by the detector 5, and the detection signal is sent to the data processing device 6.
- a personal computer 7 is generally used for the data processing device 6.
- the personal computer 7 includes a CPU 8 that processes data, a RAM 9 that is a temporary storage area for data, and a storage device (storage unit) 10 that is a data storage area, and a display 11 such as a liquid crystal monitor.
- An input device 12 such as a keyboard and a mouse is connected.
- a data processing program is installed in the storage device 10, and a screen related to the operation is displayed on the display 11 in accordance with a user operation using the mouse or keyboard of the input device 12.
- the user starts a data processing program stored in the storage device 10 via the input device 12.
- this data processing program is activated, an initial screen shown in FIG.
- the user operates the input device 12 to select his / her role from the list box 13 on the initial screen, and inputs the password set for the role in the input box 14.
- the login button 15 is pressed, the main screen of the data processing device 6 is activated.
- the cancel button 16 is pressed, the main screen is canceled and the data processing program ends.
- FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of a main screen displayed on the display 11 of the data processing device 6.
- a region 17 is a tool bar, and an operation menu is arranged here.
- the display area 18 displays a screen for setting parameters for analysis conditions such as analysis conditions, a screen for displaying chromatograms, and a screen for displaying the status of the device connected to the data processing device such as the flow rate of the eluent. Is done.
- the data processing device 6 records the usage count of the selected operation menu in the recording device 10 every time the operation menu in the display area 17 is selected. The number of times of use is recorded and managed in a management table as shown in FIG. 4 for each role of the logged-in user.
- the user's roles 20 (system administrator) and 21 (operator) manage the number of times of use 23 and the order 24 in descending order of the number of times of use for each operation menu 22.
- Registration of the operation menu to be preferentially displayed is performed by dragging the dedicated registration screen or the operation menu to a designated area or the like and registering it in the registration presence / absence 25 (circled here).
- operation menus include waveform processing settings, concentration table settings, data file open, method file open, and electronic approval. There are also operation menus that need to be preferentially displayed regardless of the number of uses.
- a user who performs routine work of data collection and analysis repeatedly performs the work contents determined by the administrator from data collection to data analysis and analysis result report. Limited.
- the method of changing the display layout of the operation menu according to the number of times of use is that the operation menu for making this change is arranged at the lower level, so the user can search for the operation menu. It takes a lot of time and increases the burden.
- the manager of the data processing device 6 is mainly responsible for managing user (operator) information and authority registered in the data processing device 6 and inspecting the data processing device 6.
- the main operation performed by this administrator is an operation related to confirmation of the usage status of the data processing device 6 and the user who uses it.
- the operation menu to be used varies greatly depending on the role of the user who handles it, so the priority of the operation menu is changed for each role, and it is preferentially placed regardless of the number of uses. It is necessary to be able to set possible operation menus.
- an operation menu to be displayed with priority can be registered regardless of the frequency of use.
- FIG. 5 is an operation flowchart in one embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 6 is an operation function block diagram of the CPU 8.
- the CPU 8 includes an operation input determination unit 8a, a user determination unit 8b, a display control unit 8c, a menu / count reading unit 8d, and a priority registration setting unit 8e as functional blocks.
- step 28 the role of the logged-in user is determined from the initial screen shown in FIG. 2 (step 28).
- step 29 it is determined whether or not the user has instructed whether or not to arrange the operation menu in a dedicated area.
- the determination is made based on whether or not the shortcut button 19 in FIG. This determination is performed by the operation input determination unit 8a and the user determination unit 8b.
- FIG. 7 shows an example of the display format when there is an instruction to place an operation menu in a dedicated area, that is, when the shortcut button 19 on the main screen is pressed.
- a dedicated area that is, when the shortcut button 19 on the main screen is pressed.
- dedicated display areas 26 and 27 are displayed on the left side of the main screen in FIG. 7 (step 30).
- this area is referred to as a shortcut window.
- the count reading unit 8d confirms the information based on the operation menu use frequency information for each user role recorded in the operation menu use frequency management information table (FIG. 4) stored in the storage unit 10 (step 31).
- the top n are extracted in descending order of the number of uses counted by the role of the logged-in user (step 33).
- the n can be specified by the user himself. For example, when the shortcut button 19 is pressed, a screen asking how many operation menus are displayed in the shortcut window is displayed, and the user is allowed to set. The number set here is n.
- step 34 it is confirmed whether or not the extracted operation menu has zero operation menu.
- the menu / count reading unit 8d instructs the display control unit 8c to display n upper-level operation menus extracted from the storage unit 10 in the shortcut window area 26. (Step 35).
- the menu / count reading unit 8d instructs the display control unit 8c other than the operation menu with the number of use times of the extracted operation menu to display the shortcut window.
- the information is displayed in the area 26 (step 36).
- the menu / count reading unit 8d confirms in the storage unit 10 whether or not the operation menu to be preferentially displayed regardless of the number of uses registered above (step 37). If there is no preferentially registered operation menu, nothing is displayed in the area 27 of the shortcut window, and the process ends (step 38).
- step 37 processing of a priority operation menu registered in the shortcut window area 27 (operation menu with a circle in the registration presence / absence column in FIG. 4) is displayed (FIG. 4). Step 39).
- FIG. 7 shows a state where the above processing is completed.
- a specified number of operation menus are displayed in descending order according to the role of the currently logged-in user.
- the user is registered regardless of the number of times of use.
- the selected operation menu is displayed.
- the same processing as that of the normal toolbar operation menu is executed.
- the operation menu displayed in this shortcut window is recorded and retained in the recording unit 10 until the next time the shortcut button 19 is pressed. Since the information to be recorded here is recorded for each user role, an operation menu suitable for the role of the logged-in user is recorded.
- the operation input determination unit 8a determines that, and the priority registration setting unit reads the priority registration information stored in the storage unit 10,
- the display control unit 8c is instructed to display the registration information shown in FIG.
- the user uses the input device 12 to check (circle) the operation menu that the user wants to display with priority, and stores it in the storage unit 10.
- Storage in the storage unit 10 is performed by the priority registration setting unit 8e in accordance with a command supplied via the operation input unit 12 and the operation input determination unit 8a.
- the menu / count reading unit counts the number of uses for each user, determines the count number and the rank of the number of uses, and stores the count in the storage unit 10.
- an operation menu having a high use frequency and a designated operation menu are displayed in a shortcut window for each user role, and are given priority regardless of the frequency of use. If there is an operation menu to be displayed, priority display can be set for the operation menu. Therefore, in an analytical instrument used by a plurality of users with different roles, the operability suitable for each user's role can be improved. it can.
- the operation menu display of the analyzer that can change the display priority order of the operation menu according to the usage frequency and can set the operation menu that can be preferentially displayed regardless of the usage frequency by the user who handles the analyzer.
- a control method and apparatus can be realized.
