  作为对本***的改进,所述喷墨数码印刷单元和帖合冷烫单元紧邻布置,并设置在卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机的印刷单元之前或印刷单元之后。
  本发明由于采用了设置在所述放纸单元与收纸单元之间的喷墨数码印刷单元,在所述连续承印物上用冷烫胶喷射出文字或/和图案;然后,用帖合冷烫单元,设置于所述喷墨数码印刷单元之后,对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜的连续冷烫金的方法和***,不仅可以实现连续在线印刷可变信息的内容,而且还能实现连续在线对可变信息进行烫金处理。

具体实施方式
  本发明提供了基于数字印刷***实现在线可变信息烫金的方法,该方法是设置一放纸单元,一收纸单元,连续承印物从放纸单元放出到收纸单元收卷;本发明的连续承印物是印刷纸,显然,连续承印物也可以是塑料薄膜等印刷行业常用的其它承印物,下同。本发明中所述的烫金是指用冷烫膜烫金、烫银和烫镭射图案等。
  一喷墨数码印刷单元,设置在所述放纸单元与收纸单元之间,在所述连续承印物上用冷烫胶喷射出文字或/和图案;本发明中使用的冷烫胶是UV墨水,当然,也可以用其它的冷烫胶。
  一帖合冷烫单元,设置于所述喷墨数码印刷单元之后,对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜,完成烫金;本发明中的帖合冷烫单元可以采用现有的帖合冷烫机(下同),其结构和用法在这里不重复叙述。
  本发明中,如果要对连续承印物的预定位置进行冷烫金,则本方法还包括,
  一轮转印刷机,用于印刷普通印刷图文,所述喷墨数码印刷单元设置在轮转印刷机上,
  一个中央控制单元,所述中央控制单元至少包括旋转编码控制子单元、色标信息控制子单元和变化内容印刷位置、印刷内容控制子单元及冷烫控制单元;
  所述变化内容印刷位置及印刷内容控制子单元用于预置变化内容在连续承印物上的印刷位置信息,以及用于预置变化内容的文字或/和图案信息,并将印刷位置信息转变成印刷位置信息控制电信号,将文字或/和图案信息转变成印刷内容信息控制电信号;并输送给喷墨数码印刷单元;
  在所述喷墨数码印刷单元的适当位置设有色标传感器,所述色标传感器将捕获到的连续承印物上的色标信息输送给中央控制单元的色标信息控制子单元,所述色标信息控制子单元将色标传感器捕获的色标信息转变成色标信息控制电信号,并传递给喷墨数码印刷单元;
  在所述轮转印刷机的从动轮上设置一旋转编码器,所述旋转编码器将所述从动轮的角速度转变为脉冲信号,并传输给旋转编码控制子单元,所述旋转编码控制子单元将脉冲信号转变成旋转编码控制电信号;
  使连续承印物以与轮转印刷机相同的运行速度通过所述喷墨数码印刷单元的喷胶头的喷胶区域;
  所述喷墨数码印刷单元在用冷烫胶喷射预定文字或/和图案时,依据下述三个条件工作,在接收到所述色标信息控制电信号后,所述喷胶头开始喷胶,根据印刷位置控制电信号和印刷内容信息控制电信号控制喷胶头在连续承印物的预定位置,喷射预定文字或/和图案;根据所述旋转编码控制电信号,所述喷胶头以与连续承印物运行速度相适应的喷胶速度喷胶;
  所述冷烫控制单元根据喷墨数码印刷单元喷胶的位置信息,控制帖合冷烫单元准确地对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜。
  本发明中,对于连续承印物的预定位置的冷烫金,可以采用先印刷普通印刷图文,即在轮转印刷机上先印好所需的普通印刷图文,然后采用喷墨数码印刷单元在预定位置喷射预定文字或/和图案的冷烫胶,再用帖合冷烫单元进行冷烫金的方式,即所谓的先印后烫工艺;
  显然,对于连续承印物的预定位置的冷烫金也可以采用先对预定位置冷烫金,后印刷普通印刷图文的方式。还可以采用印-烫-印的工艺,也就是说,可以将喷墨数码印刷单元及紧邻的帖合冷烫单元一起设置在轮转印刷机的任何工位。
  本发明中,所述轮转印刷机可以是由两种或两种以上的不同印刷单元任意组合而成的卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机。
  请参见图1,本发明还提供一种可在线实现可变信息内容烫金的印刷***,包括一放纸单元1,一收纸单元2,连续承印物3从放纸单元1放出到收纸单元2收卷;本实施例中,所述放纸单元1可以是不停机放纸单元;所述收纸单元2可以是不停机收纸单元。为了防止卷筒纸走纸偏向,在放纸单元1后可以加设卷筒纸纠偏导向机构7。
  一喷墨数码印刷单元4,设置在所述放纸单元1与收纸单元2之间,在所述连续承印物3的印刷面上用冷烫胶喷射出文字或/和图案,所述冷烫胶具有粘性,在UV灯下可以很快的被干燥;
  一帖合冷烫单元5,设置于所述喷墨数码4印刷单元之后,对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜,完成烫金。本实施例中,所述帖合冷烫单元5包括放膜机构51、复膜与干燥机构52及收膜机构53,其具体结构与现有的帖合冷烫单元的结构相同。所述复膜与干燥机构52将冷烫膜(可以为金色、银色或镭射图案等)复盖在用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案上,并用UV灯烘干(如果是UV墨水的话),形成与用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案一样的金色或银色的文字或/和图案,达到对该文字或/和图案进行烫金或烫银的目的。
  请参见图2,如果要对连续承印物的局部进行烫金,本印刷***还包括
  一轮转印刷机6,用于印刷普通印刷图文,所述喷墨数码印刷单元4设置在轮转印刷机6上,
  一个中央控制单元,所述中央控制单元至少包括旋转编码控制子单元、色标信息控制子单元和变化内容印刷位置、印刷内容控制子单元及冷烫控制单元;
  所述变化内容印刷位置及印刷内容控制子单元用于预置变化内容在连续承印物3上的印刷位置信息,以及用于预置变化内容的文字或/和图案信息,并将印刷位置信息转变成印刷位置信息控制电信号,将文字或/和图案信息转变成印刷内容信息控制电信号;并输送给喷墨数码印刷单元4;
  在所述喷墨数码印刷单元4的适当位置设有色标传感器,所述色标传感器将捕获到的连续承印物3上的色标信息输送给中央控制单元的色标信息控制子单元,所述色标信息控制子单元将色标传感器捕获的色标信息转变成色标信息控制电信号,并传递给喷墨数码印刷单元4;
  在所述轮转印刷机6的从动轮上设置一旋转编码器,所述旋转编码器将所述从动轮的角速度转变为脉冲信号,并传输给旋转编码控制子单元,所述旋转编码控制子单元将脉冲信号转变成旋转编码控制电信号;
  使连续承印物3以与轮转印刷机6相同的运行速度通过所述喷墨数码印刷单元4的喷胶头的喷胶区域;
  所述喷墨数码印刷单元4在用冷烫胶喷射预定文字或/和图案时,依据下述三个条件工作,在接收到所述色标信息控制电信号后,所述喷胶头开始喷胶,根据印刷位置控制电信号和印刷内容信息控制电信号控制喷胶头在连续承印物3的预定位置,喷射预定文字或/和图案;根据所述旋转编码控制电信号,所述喷胶头以与连续承印物运行速度相适应的喷胶速度喷胶;
  所述冷烫控制单元5根据喷墨数码印刷单元喷胶的位置信息,控制帖合冷烫单元准确地对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜。
  本印刷***中,所述轮转印刷机6可以是胶印机、柔印机、凸印机、凹印机、线条凹印机或丝印机;也可以是由两种或两种以上的不同印刷单元任意组合而成的卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机。
  本印刷***中,所述喷墨数码印刷单元4和帖合冷烫单元5紧邻布置,并可以是设置在卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机的印刷单元之前或印刷单元之后。

Claims (1)

  1. 1、一种基于数字印刷***实现在线可变信息烫金的方法,其特征在于,
      设置一放纸单元,一收纸单元,连续承印物从放纸单元放出到收纸单元收卷;
    一喷墨数码印刷单元,设置在所述放纸单元与收纸单元之间,在所述连续承印物上用冷烫胶喷射出文字或/和图案;
      一帖合冷烫单元,设置于所述喷墨数码印刷单元之后,对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜,完成烫金。
    2、根据权利要求1所述的基于数字印刷***实现在线可变信息烫金的方法,其特征在于:对于连续承印物的预定位置的冷烫金还包括,
    一轮转印刷机,用于印刷普通印刷图文,所述喷墨数码印刷单元设置在轮转印刷机上,
    一个中央控制单元,所述中央控制单元至少包括旋转编码控制子单元、色标信息控制子单元和变化内容印刷位置、印刷内容控制子单元及冷烫控制单元;
    所述变化内容印刷位置及印刷内容控制子单元用于预置变化内容在连续承印物上的印刷位置信息,以及用于预置变化内容的文字或/和图案信息,并将印刷位置信息转变成印刷位置信息控制电信号,将文字或/和图案信息转变成印刷内容信息控制电信号;并输送给喷墨数码印刷单元;
    在所述喷墨数码印刷单元的适当位置设有色标传感器,所述色标传感器将捕获到的连续承印物上的色标信息输送给中央控制单元的色标信息控制子单元,所述色标信息控制子单元将色标传感器捕获的色标信息转变成色标信息控制电信号,并传递给喷墨数码印刷单元;
    在所述轮转印刷机的从动轮上设置一旋转编码器,所述旋转编码器将所述从动轮的角速度转变为脉冲信号,并传输给旋转编码控制子单元,所述旋转编码控制子单元将脉冲信号转变成旋转编码控制电信号;
    使连续承印物以与轮转印刷机相同的运行速度通过所述喷墨数码印刷单元的喷胶头的喷胶区域;
    所述喷墨数码印刷单元在用冷烫胶喷射预定文字或/和图案时,依据下述三个条件工作,在接收到所述色标信息控制电信号后,所述喷胶头开始喷胶,根据印刷位置控制电信号和印刷内容信息控制电信号控制喷胶头在连续承印物的预定位置,喷射预定文字或/和图案;根据所述旋转编码控制电信号,所述喷胶头以与连续承印物运行速度相适应的喷胶速度喷胶;
    所述冷烫控制单元根据喷墨数码印刷单元喷胶的位置信息,控制帖合冷烫单元准确地对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜。
    3、根据权利要求2所述的基于数字印刷***实现在线可变信息烫金的方法,其特征在于:对于连续承印物的预定位置的冷烫金采用的是先印刷普通印刷图文,后对预定位置冷烫金的方式。
    4、根据权利要求2所述的基于数字印刷***实现在线可变信息烫金的方法,其特征在于:对于连续承印物的预定位置的冷烫金采用的是先对预定位置冷烫金,后印刷普通印刷图文的方式。
    5、根据权利要求1至4中任何一项权利要求所述的基于数字印刷***实现在线可变信息烫金的方法,其特征在于:所述轮转印刷机是由两种或两种以上的不同印刷单元任意组合而成的卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机。
    6、一种实现在线可变信息内容烫金的印刷***,其特征在于,
      包括一放纸单元,一收纸单元,连续承印物从放纸单元放出到收纸单元收卷;
      一喷墨数码印刷单元,设置在所述放纸单元与收纸单元之间,在所述连续承印物上用冷烫胶喷射出文字或/和图案;
      一帖合冷烫单元,设置于所述喷墨数码印刷单元之后,对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜,完成烫金。
    7、根据权利要求5所述的实现在线可变信息内容烫金的印刷***,其特征在于,还包括
      一轮转印刷机,用于印刷普通印刷图文,所述喷墨数码印刷单元设置在轮转印刷机上,
      一个中央控制单元,所述中央控制单元至少包括旋转编码控制子单元、色标信息控制子单元和变化内容印刷位置、印刷内容控制子单元及冷烫控制单元;
      所述变化内容印刷位置及印刷内容控制子单元用于预置变化内容在连续承印物上的印刷位置信息,以及用于预置变化内容的文字或/和图案信息,并将印刷位置信息转变成印刷位置信息控制电信号,将文字或/和图案信息转变成印刷内容信息控制电信号;并输送给喷墨数码印刷单元;
      在所述喷墨数码印刷单元的适当位置设有色标传感器,所述色标传感器将捕获到的连续承印物上的色标信息输送给中央控制单元的色标信息控制子单元,所述色标信息控制子单元将色标传感器捕获的色标信息转变成色标信息控制电信号,并传递给喷墨数码印刷单元;
      在所述轮转印刷机的从动轮上设置一旋转编码器,所述旋转编码器将所述从动轮的角速度转变为脉冲信号,并传输给旋转编码控制子单元,所述旋转编码控制子单元将脉冲信号转变成旋转编码控制电信号;
      使连续承印物以与轮转印刷机相同的运行速度通过所述喷墨数码印刷单元的喷胶头的喷胶区域;
      所述喷墨数码印刷单元在用冷烫胶喷射预定文字或/和图案时,依据下述三个条件工作,在接收到所述色标信息控制电信号后,所述喷胶头开始喷胶,根据印刷位置控制电信号和印刷内容信息控制电信号控制喷胶头在连续承印物的预定位置,喷射预定文字或/和图案;根据所述旋转编码控制电信号,所述喷胶头以与连续承印物运行速度相适应的喷胶速度喷胶;
      所述冷烫控制单元根据喷墨数码印刷单元喷胶的位置信息,控制帖合冷烫单元准确地对上述用冷烫胶喷射的文字或/和图案进行复膜,烘干及揭膜。
    8、根据权利要求7所述的实现在线可变信息内容烫金的印刷***,其特征在于:所述轮转印刷机是胶印机、柔印机、凸印机、凹印机、线条凹印机或丝印机。
    9、根据权利要求7所述的实现在线可变信息内容烫金的印刷***,其特征在于:所述轮转印刷机是由两种或两种以上的不同印刷单元任意组合而成的卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机。
    10、根据权利要求9所述的实现在线可变信息内容烫金的印刷***,其特征在于:所述喷墨数码印刷单元和帖合冷烫单元紧邻布置,并设置在卫星式轮转印刷机或机组式轮转印刷机的印刷单元之前或印刷单元之后。
