これにより、そのような賭けやゲームによって獲得することができた有価価値を、日常生活における支出に当てることができる。また、携帯端末機を操作することによって、預かり額管理装置に有価価値を移行させることができるため、ユーザは、賭けやゲームで稼いだ多額の電子マネーのうち、日常生活において使用する程度を超過する分を預かり額管理装置に預けておくことができる。従って、携帯端末機を盗まれてしまうことにより、多額の電子マネーを失ってしまうといった不安も解消することができる。

プリペイドカードDB295は、プリペイドカード情報を記憶し、預かり額管理部230からの照会に応じて、プリペイドカード情報を預かり額管理部230に出力する機能を有する。「プリペイドカード」は、本預かり額管理システム1の預かり額として利用可能な一定金額の価値を有するカード型の有価証券(金券)であって、本預かり額管理システム1の運営者、その運営者から委託を受けた者、提携している者などが発行される。プリペイドカードは、そのプリペイドカードが真正な物であることを特定できる識別情報、金額を示す情報などからなるプリペイドカード情報を有する。プリペイドカード情報は、例えば印刷された数字・文字列や、カードに設けられた記録媒体(例えば、磁気テープ)に電気的に書き込まれる。
以上で、預かり額管理システム1の構成例の説明を終了する。
次に、預かり額管理システム1の動作について説明する。
[2.1.ユーザ登録]
預かり額管理システム1の利用開始のため、ユーザはまず預かり額管理システム1にユーザ登録を行う。図3は、ユーザ登録を行う場合の預かり額管理システム1の動作例を示したシーケンス図である。まずユーザは、ユーザ端末装置20を通信網30に接続し、預かり額管理装置10にユーザ登録要求メッセージを送信する(S301)。ユーザ登録要求メッセージを受信した預かり額管理装置10は、ユーザ登録部290を起動し、ユーザ登録部290は通信網30を介してユーザ端末装置20にユーザ情報入力用ユーザインターフェイス(UI)として機能するデータを送信する(S302)。ユーザ端末装置20は、そのデータを受信すると、ユーザインターフェイスを表示し、ユーザにユーザ情報の入力を促す(S303)。ユーザは表示されたユーザインターフェイスを利用して、ユーザ情報の入力を行う(S304)。なお、「ユーザ情報」とはユーザに関する情報であって本システム1の運営に利用可能な情報をいい、ユーザ情報には、ユーザの氏名、住所等ユーザを特定する情報等を含む。また、ユーザの入力にによらない情報(例えば、携帯電話の固有情報)をユーザ情報としてユーザ端末装置20が取得するようにしても本発明は成立する。
以上で、ユーザ登録が終了する。
次に、ユーザが預かり額管理システム1に預け入れをする場合の動作について説明する。預け入れはある金額を預かり金として預かり額管理システム1に入れる処理であるが、複数の預け入れ方法がある。
ユーザはプリペイドカードを購入し、そのプリペイドカードに記載されているプリペイドカード情報を預かり額管理装置10に送ることにより、そのプリペイドカードの金額の全部又は一部を自己の個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部280に預かり額として記憶させることができる。これによりユーザは本預かり額管理システム1における預かり額を所望の額に増加させることができる。
ユーザは本預かり額管理システム1への預け入れを、店舗端末装置40と現金により行うこともできる。ユーザは、店舗端末装置40が設置されている店舗に行き、本預かり額管理システム1への預け入れをする金額分の現金を店舗端末装置40の操作者(店員など)に渡す。操作者は受け取った現金を店舗のレジや金庫などの現金収納場所に納めるともに、店舗端末装置40を操作して、預かり額管理装置10へ受け取った現金の金額をそのユーザの預かり額に加算させる。これによりユーザは本預かり額管理システム1における預かり額を所望の額に増加させることができる。
ユーザは本預かり額管理システム1への預け入れを、現金自動預払機50と現金により行うこともできる。ユーザは、現金自動預払機50の設置場所に行き、本預かり額管理システム1への預け入れをする金額分の現金を現金自動預払機50に投入する。現金自動預払機50は投入された現金の金額を本預かり額管理システム1におけるユーザの預かり額に加算させる。これによりユーザは本預かり額管理システム1における預かり額を所望の額に(及び所望の通貨で)増加させることができる。
ユーザは、現金自動預払機50の現金投入口に預け入れをしたい金額の現金を投入すると、現金自動預払機50は投入された現金の金額、通貨を読み取る(S601)。次に、現金自動預払機50は、ユーザにユーザ情報の一部の入力を促す。この場合に入力が必要なユーザ情報としては、後述する認証処理(S604)が実行できる情報で足りる。例えば、ユーザID、パスワードである。必要なユーザ情報の入力が完了すると、現金自動預払機50はこれを取得する(S602)。この時、ユーザID、パスワード等のユーザ情報を、ユーザ端末装置20に搭載している近距離通信が可能な非接触式ICカードチップと通信を行い、取得しても良い。
本預かり額管理システム1のユーザは、本預かり額管理システム1の預かり額から所望の金額分を現金として出金することもできる。図7は、現金自動預払機50を使用して、本預かり額管理システム1の預かり額から現金を出金する場合の預かり額管理システム1の動作例を示すシーケンス図である。
上記の出金では、ユーザが金額やユーザ情報を入力することが必要となり、急いで現金を得たいユーザには煩わしい点が残る。ここでは、本預かり額管理システム1において簡単な操作で現金の払い出しを可能とする、本発明の変形例について説明する。
まずユーザは、リーダ/ライタ800を有する現金自動預払機50の設置場所まで出向く。そこでユーザは非接触式ICカードチップを搭載したユーザ端末装置20を、リーダ/ライタ800の読み取り可能距離にまで近づくようにタッチ(S801)する。リーダ/ライタ800は、ICカードチップ(図略)に所定のアプリケーション(例えば、Iアプリ(NTTドコモ登録商標))を立ち上げるようメッセージを送信する(S802)。
ユーザ端末装置20のICカードチップには、予めユーザ情報の全部又は一部、及び所定の金額、所定の分別記憶部が登録されたアプリケーションが格納されており、このアプリケーションがS802に置いて送信されたメッセージに応じて起動し、リーダ/ライタ800にユーザ情報の全部又は一部、及び所定の金額、所定の分別記憶部などを送信する(S803)。このアプリケーションによるユーザ情報等の送信は、ユーザの操作は必要なく、アプリケーションが自動的に行う動作である。
本預かり額管理システム1のユーザは、自己の預かり額の範囲において所望の額を指定した銀行口座に振り込ませることによって、送金を行うことができる。また、銀行口座を持たないユーザに対する送金も、本預かり額管理システムで管理する、個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部280間で送金を行うことができる。さらに、他社の電子マネー(例えばPAYPALなど)を通じて、本預かり額管理システムの、個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部280にも送金可能である。
この振替要求メッセージに応じて、金融機関システム70は送金金額を引き出し先となる口座から送金先の口座に振り返る振替処理を行う(S908)。これにより、ユーザの預かり額からユーザに要求された金額分の現金が送金先口座に送金されることになる。また、この時に、必要に応じて所定の手数料を徴収してもよい。
また、ユーザ同士の送金だけでなく、宝クジの当選金や、払い戻し金などの送金も必要に応じて行われる。
本預かり額管理システム1のユーザは、本預かり額管理システム1の預かり額から代金の支払いをすることもできる。図11は、ユーザ端末装置20を使用してウェブ上で商品・サービス等(例えば、スポーツ宝くじ)の購入を行った場合、本預かり額管理システム1の預かり額から代金の支払いをする場合の預かり額管理システム1の動作例を示すシーケンス図である。
また、ウェブを利用しない場合でも、ユーザ端末20より、公共料金や宝クジの購入など、代金支払い先を特定できる場合、ユーザ情報、支払金額(通貨種類が指定されていてもよい)を含む送金処理の為の要求メッセージを送信することで、代金の支払いは完了する。代金支払い先の特定は、預かり額管理システム上の特定の口座番号、又は電話番号、又は特定の番号を付与する事で、特定可能である。この場合には、先に説明した[2.4.送金]の場合と同様の処理を本預かり額管理システム1が実行することになる。
本預かり額管理システム1のユーザは、自分の預かり額をいつでも確認することができる。ユーザは、ユーザ端末装置20より、ユーザ情報を含む残高確認要求メッセージを預かり額管理装置10に送信させ、預かり額記憶部270の中の、―つの個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部280に含まれる全ての分別記憶部の内容を、ユーザ端末装置20にメッセージとして返信する。この事により、ユーザはいつでも預かり額管理装置10に預けている金額(残高)を確認することができる。
第2実施形態では、(6)の発明について説明する。
以下においては、上述した実施形態に係る預かり額管理装置の構成要素と同一の構成要素には、同一の符号を付して説明することとする。
また、上述した実施形態における説明が第2実施形態においても当てはまる部分については、説明を省略することとする。
図13は、本発明の第2実施形態に係るサービス提供システムの一例を示す図である。
なお、本発明の第2実施形態に係るサービス提供システム6は、第1実施形態に係る預かり額管理装置10を備える。
本実施形態に係るサービス提供システム6では、以下のようにスポーツブックが行われる。
プレーヤにより予想されたサッカーゲームの結果(以下、結果予想ともいう)を示すデータが、ユーザ端末装置20からスポーツブック運営管理センター460へと送信される。結果予想が現実のサッカーゲームの結果と一致した場合、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、当選金額を決定し、該当選金額を示すデータを預かり額管理装置10に送信する。
預かり額管理装置10は、予想を行ったユーザに対応する預かり額口座(以下、ユーザ用預かり額口座ともいう)の預かり額を当選金額だけ増加させるとともに、金融機関システム70にブックメーカー(胴元)が開設する銀行口座(以下、ブックメーカー用銀行口座ともいう)の額を当選金額だけ減少させる旨の情報を送信する。
なお、預かり額口座は、預かり額管理装置10が備える預かり額記憶部に記憶される。預かり額口座では、ユーザごとに預かり額が記憶されている。預かり額記憶部は、(6)~(8)における記憶手段に相当する。
図13が示すように、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、様々なサーバを備えている。
例えば、SMSサーバ600は、ユーザ端末装置20とスポーツブック運営管理センター460との通信履歴等を記憶するサーバである。携帯電話会員管理サーバ610は、携帯電話会員登録データ(会員ごとに、携帯電話番号等が対応付けられたデータ)等を記憶するサーバである。オッズ管理サーバ620は、賭けの対象となるゲームに関するオッズ等を記憶するサーバである。コンテンツ管理サーバ630は、ブックメーカーサイトのウェブページ等を記憶するサーバである。
また、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備えるサーバは、図13が示す例に限られない。すなわち、SMSサーバ600はブックメーカーサイトのウェブページ等を記憶するサーバとして機能してもよい。また、1のサーバが、図13に示される各サーバの機能を果たす構成であってもよい。
なお、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備えるサーバは、(6)~(7)におけるブックメーカ管理サーバに相当する。
地上デジタル放送管理センター450が備えるスポーツブック連動サーバ500は、オッズ管理サーバ620からスポーツブックにおけるオッズを示すオッズデータ等を受信する。スポーツブック連動サーバ500は、オッズ管理サーバ620から受信したオッズデータ等を記憶するサーバである。
なお、本実施形態では、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備えるサーバのうち、SMSサーバ600の内部構成のみを説明する。スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備える各サーバは、SMSサーバ600と略同様の内部構成だからである。
なお、ユーザ端末装置20は、(5)~(8)における携帯端末機に相当する。
ユーザ端末装置20は、操作部904、表示部906、無線部910、音声回路912、スピーカ914、マイク916、送受信アンテナ918、不揮発性メモリ920、マイクロコンピュータ922、二次電池924、及び、接続端子930を備えている。
二次電池924は、各回路に電力を供給する。マイクロコンピュータ922は、CPU、ROM及びRAMから構成されたもので、例えば、電話の発着信処理、メールの作成送受信処理、インターネット処理等を行う。なお、電子メールの送受信及びインターネットによるデータの送受信は、マイクロコンピュータ922が無線部910及び送受信アンテナ918を介して行う。
図16A及び図16Bは、第2実施形態に係るサービス提供システム6の動作例を示したシーケンス図である。
なお、図16AのステップS2003~ステップS2005、及び、図16BのステップS2011~ステップS2013の処理は、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備える所定のサーバが実行する処理である。
図17は、第2実施形態に係るユーザ端末装置の表示部906に表示されるオッズ表示画像950を示す図である。
本実施形態では、スポーツブック運営管理センター460からユーザ端末装置20へ、SMSによって、オッズ通知メールが送信される。オッズ通知メールには、オッズ表示画像950に示すようなテキストが記載されている。
なお、賭けの対象となる試合の30分前に、オッズ通知メールはスポーツブック運営管理センター460からユーザ端末装置20へ送信される。すなわち、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、タイマを備える。スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、賭けの対象となる試合の30分前であると判断した場合に、オッズ通知メールをユーザ端末装置20へ送信する。
図17のオッズ表示画像950が示すように、賭けの対象となる試合(例えば、A対Bの試合)について、生じうる試合結果(例えば、Aの勝ち、引き分け又はBの勝ち)ごとに5桁の数字とオッズとが表示されている。ここで、5桁の数字は、生じうる試合結果の夫々を指定する文字列である。
図17が示す例において、Aの勝ちに対応するオッズは1.33である。すなわち、ユーザがAの勝ちに100ドルを賭け、かつ、Aの勝ちという結果になった場合、133ドルが当選金額となる。
例えば、Aの勝ちに100ドルを賭ける場合、プレーヤは、「12345♯100」というテキストとパスワードが記載されたメールを送信すればよい。当該メールにおいて、送信元のユーザ端末装置20に付された電話番号を示す情報も送信される。
なお、本実施形態では、賭金額、5桁の数字、パスワード、及び送信元のユーザ端末装置20に付された電話番号を示す情報を、投票情報という。
なお、投票情報のうち5桁の数字を示す情報は、(6)における選択情報に相当する。投票情報のうち、送信元のユーザ端末装置20に付された電話番号を示す情報は、(6)~(7)におけるユーザ識別情報に相当する。
なお、本発明においては、電話番号の代わりに、SIMカードのID番号が、投票情報に含まれていてもよい。また、パスワードとともに、又は、パスワードに代えて、生体情報(例えば、指紋)が投票情報に含まれることとしてもよい。この場合、ユーザ端末装置は、生体情報を読み取ることが可能な装置を備えている。
スポーツブック運営管理センター460がステップS2003の処理を実行するとき、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備える所定のサーバは、(6)における選択情報受信手段に相当する。
なお、該投票情報が示すユーザ端末装置20の電話番号又はパスワードが、携帯電話会員登録データが示す情報と一致しないためにユーザを特定することができない場合、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、スポーツブックに参加をすることができない旨を示すメールを、ユーザ端末装置20へ送信する。
本実施形態において、現実の試合結果を示す情報とは、現実に行われた試合の結果を示す情報である。例えば、AチームとBチームとの試合が賭けの対象である場合、夫々のチームの得点(ゲーム終了時の得点及びハーフタイム時の得点)やシュート数などを示す情報が、現実の試合結果を示す情報として、結果情報送信機からスポーツブック運営管理センター460へと送信される。なお、結果情報送信機は、スポーツブック運営管理センター460へ、現実の試合結果を示す情報を送信することができる。試合結果を示す情報は、(6)~(7)における結果情報に相当する。スポーツブック運営管理センター460が試合結果を示す情報を受信するとき、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備える所定のサーバは、(6)における結果情報受信手段として機能する。
スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、投票情報に含まれる5桁の数字が示す試合結果と現実の試合結果とが一致するか否かを判断する(ステップS2011)。すなわち、賭けの対象となる試合に関するユーザの予想が、的中したか否かが判断される。
次に、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、ステップS2004により特定された預かり額口座(ユーザ用預かり額口座)とステップS2012により算出された金額(当選金額)とを示す情報(以下、当選金額加算要求メッセージともいう)を、預かり額管理装置10へ送信する(ステップS2013)。
なお、当選金額を示す情報は、(6)における当選金情報に相当する。スポーツブック運営管理センター460がステップS2013の処理を実行するとき、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備える所定のサーバは(6)における当選金情報送信手段として機能する。
当選金額加算要求メッセージが示す預かり額口座の額は、(6)におけるユーザの預かり額に相当する。預かり額管理装置10が備える預かり額管理部230がステップS2015の処理を実行するとき、預かり額管理部230は(6)における預かり額管理手段として機能する。
すなわち、(6)~(7)におけるサービス提供システムは、金融機関システム70による振替処理が行われなくてもよい。例えば、ユーザ用預かり額口座の額が減少されることに対応して、スポーツブック運営管理センター460の預かり額口座(以下、ブックメーカー用預かり額口座ともいう)の額が増加する構成であってもよい。第3実施形態では、ユーザ用預かり額口座の額が減少されることに対応して、ブックメーカー用預かり額口座の額が増加する例について説明する。
第3実施形態では、(7)の発明について説明する。

図20Aが示すように、ユーザ端末装置20が放送波を受信すると、表示部906に、スポーツブックテレビプログラム画像が表示される。表示部906は、競技画像表示領域960とリンク画像表示領域970とを備えている。本実施形態に係る競技画像表示領域960には、サッカーゲームについての画像が表示される。また、リンク画像表示領域970には、文字画像972と当該サッカーゲームへの投票が可能なウェブサイト(以下、ブックメーカーサイト)へリンクされたGOボタン画像973とが表示される。GOボタン画像973が選択されると、メモリ920に記憶されたウェブブラウザプログラムが起動されることにより、コンテンツ管理サーバ630との接続が行われる。コンテンツ管理サーバ630との接続が行われると、表示部906にブックメーカーサイトのウェブページ(図20B参照)が表示される。
図20Bは、本実施形態に係るブックメーカーサイトのウェブページの一例を示す図である。
図20Bのオッズ表示画像975が示すように、賭けの対象となる試合について、生じうる試合結果ごとにオッズ画像977が表示されている。また、ブックメーカーサイトのウェブページには、賭金額入力ボタン画像976a~cと結果選択ボタン画像978a~iとO.K.ボタン画像979とが表示されている。
各結果選択ボタン画像978a~i及びO.K.ボタン画像979は、夫々ウェブページへリンクされている。
プレーヤは、操作部904を操作することによって、結果選択ボタン画像978a~iのいずれかを選択することができる。プレーヤは、選択された結果選択ボタン画像978が示す試合結果を、スポーツブックにおける結果予想とすることができる。
プレーヤは、操作部904を操作することによって、賭金額ボタン画像976a~cのいずれかを選択することができる。プレーヤは、選択された賭金額ボタン画像976が示す金額を、スポーツブックにおける賭金額とすることができる。
なお、操作部904は、(7)における選択手段に相当する。
該パスワード及び該電話番号は、操作部904が操作されることによって入力された後、スポーツブック運営管理センター460へ送信される。
なお、本実施形態では、結果予想、賭金額、パスワード、及び送信元のユーザ端末装置20に付された電話番号を示す情報を、投票情報という。
ユーザ端末装置20がステップS3012の処理を実行するとき、マイクロコンピュータ922は、(7)における選択情報送信手段として機能する。
本実施形態では、オッズの変動値は、以下のように決定される。
オッズの変動値と両チームの得点差とが対応付けられたテーブルを示すデータ(オッズ変動テーブルデータ)が、スポーツブック運営管理センター460が備えるオッズ管理サーバ620に記憶されている。運営管理センターは、オッズ変動テーブルデータと、現実に行われている試合の得点差とに基づいて、オッズの変動値を決定する。例えば、試合開始前のオッズが1.5であるときに、変動値が+0.5と決定される場合、該オッズは2.0となる。
なお、変動値に基づいて算出されたオッズは、ブックメーカーサイトが更新されることによって、ユーザに認識される(図20B参照)。
スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、ステップS3019~ステップS3021の処理を実行するが、これらの処理は、図16Aを参照して説明したステップS2011~ステップS2013と同じ処理であるため、ここでの説明は省略する。
しかし、(6)~(7)におけるサービス提供システムは、この例に限られない。すなわち、(6)~(7)におけるサービス提供システムは、賭金額減算要求メッセージがユーザ端末装置20から預かり額管理装置10へ送信される構成であってもよい。第4実施形態では、賭金額減算要求メッセージがユーザ端末装置20から預かり額管理装置10へ送信される例について説明する。
しかし、(6)~(7)におけるサービス提供システムは、この例に限られない。すなわち、(6)~(7)におけるサービス提供システムは、スポーツブック運営管理センター460から当選金額加算要求メッセージを受信した後に、ユーザ端末装置20に記憶されたチャージ値が当選金額に相当する値だけ加算される構成であってもよい。
第4実施形態では、ユーザ端末装置20に記憶されたチャージ値が当選金額に相当する値だけ加算される例について説明する。
第4実施形態では、(8)の発明について説明する。

コンテンツ管理サーバ630との接続が行われると、ユーザ端末装置20が備える表示部906にブックメーカーサイトのウェブページ(図20B参照)が、表示される。
ブックメーカーサイトのウェブページを表示した後、ユーザ端末装置20は、スポーツブックにおける投票入力を受け付ける。このとき、ユーザは、操作部904を操作することによって、ブックメーカーサイトのウェブページに表示される窓画像(図示せず)に賭金額、結果予想、ユーザ端末装置20に付された電話番号及び該ユーザに予め設定されたパスワードを入力することができる。
すなわち、賭け金額及び結果予想が入力されると、ユーザ端末装置20の備える表示部906には、預かり額管理装置10のウェブページが表示される(図示せず)。ユーザ端末装置20には、該ウェブページのURLに接続するためのアプリケーションプログラムがインストールされており、ユーザ端末装置20は、賭け金額及び結果予想が入力されたことを契機として、該アプリケーションプログラムに基づいて、該ウェブページのURLに接続するのである。該ウェブページにおいて、ユーザは、ユーザ端末装置20に付された電話番号及び該ユーザに予め設定されたパスワードを入力することができる。
なお、預かり額管理装置には、各種言語(例えば、英語やスペイン語)に対応するウェブページが記憶されており、上記アプリケーションプログラムは、ユーザ端末装置の識別情報(例えば、電話番号)に対応する言語(例えば、スペイン語)で表示されるウェブページのURLに接続するためのアプリケーションプログラムであることとしてもよい。
該賭金額減算要求メッセージが示す電話番号又はパスワードが、顧客登録データが示す情報と一致しないためにユーザを特定することができない場合、預かり額管理装置10が備える預かり額管理部230は、スポーツブックへの参加が許可されない旨の文字画像を示すデータを、ユーザ端末装置20へ送信する。
スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、投票情報が示す結果予想と現実の試合結果とが一致するか否かを判断する(ステップS4011)。すなわち、賭けの対象となる試合に関するユーザの予想が、的中したか否かが判断される。
投票情報が示す結果予想と現実の試合結果とが一致したと判断した場合、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、投票情報が示す賭金額とオッズデータとに基づいて、金額(当選金額)を算出する(ステップS4012)。すなわち、この処理では、予想が的中したことによりユーザが得られる当選金額が、算出される。
次に、スポーツブック運営管理センター460は、ステップS4011により結果予想と現実の試合結果とが一致すると判断された投票情報を送信したユーザ端末装置20へ、ステップS4012により算出された金額(当選金額)を示す情報(当選金額加算要求メッセージ)を、送信する(ステップS4013)。
すなわち、オッズ通知メールには、賭けの対象となる試合(例えば、A対Bの試合)について、生じうる試合結果(例えば、Aの勝ち、引き分け又はBの勝ち)ごとにURLが表示されている。プレーヤはURLを選択することによって、スポーツブック運営管理センター460へ結果予想を示す情報を送信することができる。
URLが選択されると、メモリ920に記憶されたウェブブラウザプログラムが起動されることにより、預かり額管理センター300が備えるサーバとの接続が行われる。預かり額管理センター300が備えるサーバとの接続が行われると、ユーザ端末装置20が備える表示部906に該サーバに記憶されたウェブページ(図示せず)が、表示される。
該ウェブページを表示した後、ユーザ端末装置20は、預かり額口座番号の入力とパスワードの入力とを受け付ける。このとき、ユーザは、操作部904を操作することによって、該ウェブページに表示される窓画像(図示せず)に預かり額口座番号とパスワードとを入力することができる。ユーザ端末装置20は、預かり額口座番号とパスワードを示す情報を、預かり額管理装置10へ送信する。
ユーザ端末装置20から該情報を受信した後、預かり額管理装置10が備える預かり額管理部230は、該情報が示す預かり額口座番号及び顧客登録データ(会員ごとに、預かり額口座とパスワードが対応付けられたデータ)に基づき、ユーザ用預かり額口座を特定する。特定されたユーザ用預かり額口座の額が賭金額より多く、かつ、該情報が示すパスワードが特定されたユーザ用預かり額口座に対応するパスワードであると判断した場合、預かり額管理部230は、処理をステップS4005に移す。一方、特定されたユーザ用預かり額口座の額が賭金額より少ないと判断した場合、又は、該情報が示すパスワードが特定されたユーザ用預かり額口座に対応するパスワードでないと判断した場合、預かり額管理部230は、スポーツブックに参加をすることができない旨を示すメールを、ユーザ端末装置20へ送信する。
なお、この場合、顧客登録データは、預かり額管理装置10が備えるサーバに記憶されている。
図23は、本実施形態に係る預かり額管理システムの動作例を示したシーケンス図である。
ユーザ端末装置20が備えるマイクロコンピュータ922が、操作部904から、信号を受信すると、メモリ920に記憶されたウェブブラウザプログラムが起動されることにより、預かり額管理センター300が備える預かり額管理サーバ305との接続が行われる。預かり額管理サーバ305との接続が行われると、表示部906に預かり額管理センター300が設置するウェブページ(図示せず)が表示される。
ステップS5001の処理では、ユーザ端末装置20が備えるマイクロコンピュータ922は、操作部904から、値を示す情報及び預かり額口座を特定する情報を、受信する。
このとき、ユーザは、操作部904を操作することによって、表示部に表示される窓画像(図示せず)に、預かり額管理装置10に移行しようとするチャージ値を入力することができる。また、ユーザは、操作部904を操作することによって、表示部906に表示される窓画像(図示せず)に、預かり額口座を特定する預かり額口座番号を入力することができる。
本実施形態では、預かり額口座を特定する情報を、預かり額口座情報という。
なお、値を示す情報は、(8)における有価価値情報に相当する。
ユーザ端末装置20がステップS5002の処理を実行するとき、マイクロコンピュータ922は(8)における有価価値情報送信手段として機能する。
ユーザ端末装置20がステップS5004の処理を実行するとき、マイクロコンピュータ922は(8)におけるチャージ値減算手段として機能する。
預かり額管理装置10がステップS5004の処理を実行するとき、預かり額管理装置10が備える通信制御部210は、(8)における有価価値情報受信手段として機能する。
預かり額管理装置10がステップS5005の処理を実行するとき、預かり額管理装置10が備える預かり額管理部230は、(8)における預かり額増加手段として機能する。
しかし、本発明においては、賭けの対象が選択される前(例えば、スポーツブックにおける投票が行われる前)に、ブックメーカ管理サーバ又は預かり額管理装置が、認証処理を実行することとしてもよい。
これにより、ユーザが投票を開始してから投票を完了するのに要する時間を短縮することができる。このような構成を採用することは、本発明に係るサービス提供システムによって提供されるスポーツブックが、オッズが刻一刻と変化するようなものである場合に、特に好ましい。認証処理が実行される前に投票情報が送信された場合には、ブックメーカ管理サーバ又は預かり額管理装置から携帯端末機に対して認証未完了信号が送信されることとし、携帯端末機の備える表示部に無効画像が表示されることとしてもよい。
ブックメーカ管理サーバは、試合が開始されてからの経過時間を測定することが可能なタイマを備える。また、ブックメーカ管理サーバは、外部の入力装置(例えば、キーボード)において入力された試合経過(例えば、一方のチームが点を入れたこと)を示す試合経過情報を受信する。また、ブックメーカ管理サーバは、経過時間と試合経過とに基づいてオッズを変化させるためのプログラムを記憶しているメモリを備える。ブックメーカ管理サーバは、該プログラムを読み出して実行することによって、経過時間と試合経過とに基づいてオッズを変化させる。
また、該プログラムは、投票の状況によってオッズを変化させるためのプログラムであってもよく、この場合、ブックメーカ管理サーバは、携帯端末機において選択された賭けの対象を示す選択情報を受信するごとに、該プログラムに基づいてオッズを変化させる。
本発明は、このように、記憶手段に記憶されている預かり額の通貨の種類と、賭金額の通貨の種類とが同じである場合(預かり額の通貨の種類のなかに、賭金額の通貨の種類が含まれる場合)に適用することができるが、預かり額の通貨の種類のなかに賭金額の通貨の種類が含まれない場合にも適用することができる。例えば、各分別記憶部281~283に設定されている通貨の種類(米ドル、ユーロ、及び、元)とは異なるボリビアーノ(ボリビアの通貨の種類)を用いて、投票を行うこととしてもよい。
なお、本発明において、個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部は、1種類の通貨が設定された記憶部のみを備えることとしてもよい。
上記(6)又は(7)のサービス提供システムであって、
上記預かり額管理装置は、
預かり額の通貨の種類のなかに賭金額の通貨の種類が含まれるか否かを判断する通貨判断手段と、
上記通貨判断手段において預かり額の通貨の種類のなかに賭金額の通貨の種類が含まれないと判断した場合、預かり額の通貨の量と賭金額の通貨の量との対応関係を示す為替レートに基づいて、賭金額を、賭金額の通貨から預かり額の通貨へと変換する為替交換手段とを備え、
上記預かり額管理手段は、上記記憶手段に記憶されている預かり額から、上記為替交換手段により預かり額の通貨へと変換された賭金額を減算する。
この場合、為替レートを示すデータは、上記預かり額管理装置の備える為替レート記憶手段に記憶されていることとしてもよいし、外部の装置(為替サーバ)から取得されることとしてもよい。
例えば、以下のような構成を採用することができる。

上記携帯端末機は、
GPS衛星からのGPS信号を受信することが可能なGPS信号受信手段と、
上記GPS信号受信手段により受信されたGPS信号に基づいて、地球上の位置を算出する位置算出手段と、
上記位置算出手段により算出された位置に対応する通貨の種類に基づいて、賭金額を決定する賭金額決定手段を備える。
上記サービス提供システムにおいて、上記携帯端末機又は上記預かり額管理装置は、地球上の位置と通貨の種類との対応関係を示す通貨特定テーブルを記憶しており、上記位置算出手段により算出された位置と、該通貨特定テーブルとに基づいて、通貨の種類を特定する。
上記預かり額管理装置が通貨の種類を特定する場合、上記携帯端末機は、上記位置算出手段により算出された位置を示す位置情報を、上記預かり額管理装置に対して送信する。上記預かり額管理装置は、該位置情報を受信し、通貨の種類を特定する。
なお、上記通貨特定テーブルは、地球上の位置(緯度と経度との組合せ)と地球上の地域(例えば、国、国を構成する市や地方等)とが対応付けられたテーブルと、該地球上の地域と通貨の種類とが対応付けられたテーブルとから構成されていてもよい。
GPSとは、Global Positioning Systemの略で、人工衛星による位置決定のためのシステムをいう。
GPS衛星とは、GPSにおいて位置決定のために利用される人工衛星をいう。
GPS信号とは、GPS衛星から位置決定のために送信される信号をいう。GPSにおいては、通常、少なくとも、4個のGPS衛星からのGPS信号により、それらのGPS衛星からの距離に基づいて、位置が算出される。算出される位置は、緯度と経度との組合せによって表現される。
上記(6)又は(7)のサービス提供システムであって、
上記預かり額管理装置は、
預かり額の通貨の種類のなかに賭金額の通貨の種類が含まれるか否かを判断する通貨判断手段と、
上記通貨判断手段において預かり額の通貨の種類のなかに賭金額の通貨の種類が含まれないと判断した場合、預かり額の通貨の量と賭金額の通貨の量との対応関係を示す為替レートに基づいて、上記記憶手段に記憶されている預かり額を、預かり額の通貨から賭金額の通貨へと変換する為替交換手段と、
上記為替交換手段により賭金額の通貨へと変換された預かり額を示す変換後預かり額情報を、上記携帯端末機に対して送信する変換後預かり額情報送信手段とを備える。
上記変換後預かり額情報送信手段により送信された変換後預かり額情報を受信すると、上記携帯端末機は、変換後預かり額を表示部に表示させる。その結果、ユーザは、どの程度の賭金額を投票に用いることができるのかを把握することができる。
上述した実施形態のように、個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部が互いに異なる通貨の種類が設定された分別記憶部を備える場合、上記携帯端末機は、分別記憶部ごとの変換後預かり額を表示部に表示させる。これにより、各分別記憶部からそれぞれいくらの賭金額を投票に用いるのかを、ユーザに決定してもらうことができる。
また、この場合、上記携帯端末機は、各分別記憶部における賭金額の合計を、上記表示部に表示させるように構成されていてもよい。賭金額の合計は、携帯端末機において算出することとしてもよいし、預かり額管理装置において算出し、携帯端末機に送信することとしてもよい。

上記預かり額管理装置は、
上記賭金額を各分別記憶部に分配するためのプログラムを記憶するプログラム記憶手段を備え、
上記預かり額管理手段は、
上記プログラムに基づいて分配された各賭金額(個別賭金額)を、各分別記憶部に記憶されている預かり額から、それぞれ減算する。
例えば、各分別記憶部に記憶されている預かり額のうち最も多額の預かり額(例えば、120ドル)が、上記賭金額(例えば、100ドル)以上である場合、該預かり額が記憶されている分別記憶部に、個別賭金額として上記賭金額(例えば、100ドル)が分配される。また、各分別記憶部に記憶されている預かり額のうち最も多額の預かり額(例えば、80ドル)が、上記賭金額(例えば、100ドル)未満である場合、該預かり額が記憶されている分別記憶部に、個別賭金額として該預かり額(例えば、80ドル)が分配され、該預かり額と該賭金額との差額(例えば、20ドル)が、他の分別記憶部に分配される。例えば、他の分別記憶部のうちより多くの預かり額を記憶している分別記憶部に、個別賭金額として当該差額(例えば、20ドル)が分配される。各個別賭金額の合計は、賭金額となる。
上記プログラムは、賭金額を分別記憶部に分配するパターンとして複数のパターンを演算するためのプログラムであってもよい。複数の分配パターンのそれぞれは、携帯端末機に表示される。これにより、複数の分配パターンをユーザに提示することができる。この場合には、複数の分配パターンのうちのいずれかをユーザが選択することができるように構成されていることが望ましい。

Claims (8)
- ユーザそれぞれの預かり額を記憶する記憶手段と、
ユーザの預かり額の増減を他の装置からの要求に応じて実行する預かり額管理手段と、
有価価値を預かり額にする場合、及び預かり額を有価価値にする場合に、金融機関システムに口座振替要求メッセージを生成、送信し、前記有価価値の出納処理を行わせる現金処理手段と
を有することを特徴とする預かり額管理装置。 - 前記記憶手段は、ユーザそれぞれに対応して、一つの個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部を有し、
個別ユーザ預かり額記憶部のそれぞれは複数の分別記憶部を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の預かり額管理装置。 - 前記分別記憶部は当該分別記憶部が記憶する通貨が定められている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の預かり額管理装置。 - 前記預かり額管理装置は、
預かり額の増減若しくは移動が行われる場合に、通貨の種類が異なるときに、外部から取得した為替レートに基づいて一方の通貨から他方の通貨への変換を行う為替交換手段をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の預かり額管理装置。 - 前記預かり額管理手段は、
携帯端末機又はサービス提供サーバからの要求に応じて、前記サービス提供サーバによって提供されるサービスの対価に相当する支払額を、前記記憶手段に記憶されている預かり額から減算し、
前記現金処理手段は、
前記金融機関システムに対して、前記支払額に相当する額を前記口座振替要求メッセージによって指定される口座に入金させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の預かり額管理装置。 - 預かり額管理装置と、ブックメーカ管理サーバとを備え、
前記ブックメーカ管理サーバは、
携帯端末機において選択された賭けの対象を示す選択情報を受信する選択情報受信手段と、
複数の競争対象が行う競争の結果を示す結果情報を受信する結果情報受信手段と、
前記選択情報受信手段により受信した選択情報が示す賭けの対象と、前記結果情報受信手段により受信した結果情報が示す競争の結果とに基づいて、当選金額を示す当選金情報を送信する当選金情報送信手段とを備え、
前記預かり額管理装置は、
ユーザそれぞれの預かり額を記憶する記憶手段と、
賭けの対価に相当する賭金額、及び/又は、前記当選金情報送信手段により送信される当選金情報が示す当選金額に基づいて、前記記憶手段に記憶されている預かり額のうち、該携帯端末機のユーザ識別情報によって示されるユーザの預かり額を、増減させる預かり額管理手段とを備える
ことを特徴とするサービス提供システム。 - 前記サービス提供システムは、
前記ブックメーカ管理サーバと通信を行うことが可能な携帯端末機を備え、
前記携帯端末機は、
デジタル放送を受信するデジタル放送受信手段と、
前記デジタル放送受信手段により受信しているデジタル放送に関する賭けの対象を選択することが可能な選択手段と、
前記選択手段において選択された賭けの対象を示す選択情報を、該携帯端末機のユーザ識別情報とともに、前記ブックメーカ管理サーバに送信する選択情報送信手段とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のサービス提供システム。 - 預かり額管理装置、及び、前記預かり額管理装置と通信を行うことが可能な携帯端末機を備え、
前記携帯端末機は、
有価価値の値を示すチャージ値を記憶する端末用記憶手段と、
前記端末用記憶手段に記憶されたチャージ値以下の値を示す有価価値情報を送信する有価価値情報送信手段と、
前記有価価値情報送信手段により送信される有価価値情報が示す値を、前記端末用記憶手段に記憶されたチャージ値から減算するチャージ値減算手段とを備え、
前記預かり額管理装置は、
預かり額を記憶する記憶手段と、
有価価値情報を受信する有価価値情報受信手段と、
前記有価価値情報受信手段により受信した有価価値情報が示す値に相当する額だけ、前記記憶手段に記憶された預かり額を増加させる預かり額増加手段とを備える
ことを特徴とする預かり額管理システム。
