- 曲げ加工装置であって、
曲げ型と、該曲げ型の周りを公転可能な締め型とにより長尺状の被加工物を挟持し、前記締め型を公転させ前記被加工物を曲げ加工する曲げ機構と、
前記被加工物を把持するチャック機構を取り付けた固定台と、
前記曲げ機構が取り付けられ、前記曲げ機構を移動させる関節型ロボットと、
前記関節型ロボット、前記曲げ機構及び前記チャック機構を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段によって実行される制御は、前記被加工物を前記曲げ機構により挟持し、前記関節型ロボットにより前記曲げ機構を移動させて前記被加工物を移動させると共に、前記被加工物を移動させながら前記曲げ機構により前記被加工物を曲げ加工する曲げ・移動制御を含む

前記曲げ・移動制御は、前記被加工物を前記曲げ機構により挟持した状態で前記チャック機構による把持を解除させ、前記関節型ロボットにより前記曲げ機構を移動させて前記被加工物を移動させながら、前記曲げ機構により前記被加工物を曲げ加工した後、前記被加工物を前記チャック機構により把持させる制御を含む
