- 제 4 항 에 있어서, 상기 브랑켓은 무한궤도로 형성되거나, 상기 브랑켓의 일측은 풀림 롤러에서 풀리고, 타측은 감김 롤러에서 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 인쇄 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 전이층 형성부는:잉크와 나일론 분말의 혼합액 또는 접착제가 수용된 탱크;회전 동작에 의해 상기 혼합액 또는 접착제를 표면에 도포시키는 롤러;상기 롤러의 표면을 평탄화하는 독터 블레이드; 및상기 롤러와 맞물려 회전하는 압통 롤러;를 포함하고,상기 브랑켓이 상기 롤러와 압통 롤러 사이를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 인쇄장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 피인쇄체 인쇄부는:압착 롤러; 및열 가압 롤러;를 포함하고,상기 피인쇄체와 브랑켓이 동시에 상기 압착 롤러와 열 가압 롤러 사이를 통과하되, 상기 열 가압 롤러의 표면 온도는 섭씨 120 내지 150도인 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 인쇄장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 브랑켓은 OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene) 또는 PET(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate)를 포함하는 표면에너지가 낮은 플라스틱, 합성수지, 실리콘, 스테인레스판 또는 알루미늄 판 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전이형 인쇄장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전이층 형성부와 상기 피인쇄체 인쇄부 사이에는 화상이 인쇄된 브랑켓과 피인쇄체가 합체되기 위하여 합체롤러가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는, 전이형 인쇄 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 피인쇄체 인쇄부 이후에는 상기 합체롤러에 의해 합체되어 상기 피인쇄체 인쇄부에서 인쇄된 상기 브랑켓과 피인쇄체가 상호 분리 이탈되도록 이탈롤러가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는, 전이형 인쇄 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이탈롤러 이후에는 상기 피인쇄체 인쇄부를 통과하여 상기 브랑켓의 표면에 남은 잔여물을 세척하는 세척부가 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 인쇄 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 세척부는:세척액이 수용된 세척액 탱크;회전 동작에 의해 상기 세척액 탱크에 수용된 세척액을 표면에 부착시키는 한 쌍의 세척액 전달 롤러; 및상기 세척액 전달 롤러와 맞물려 회전하여 상기 세척액을 표면에 부착시키는 한 쌍의 세척 롤러;를 포함하고,상기 브랑켓이 상기 한 쌍의 세척 롤러 사이를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 인쇄 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 세척부는 세척천을 추가로 포함하여, 상기 세척 롤러 사이를 통과한 브랑켓이 상기 세척천을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 인쇄 장치.
- 브랑켓의 이송 방향에 다수 설치되어 브랑켓의 이송을 돕는 이송 롤러;상기 브랑켓의 일표면에 코팅액을 도포시키는 코팅액 도포부;상기 브랑켓의 일표면에 건식 접착제를 도포시키는 접착제 도포부;피코팅물의 일표면과 브랑켓을 열가압하여 상기 피코팅물에 브랑켓에 도포된 코팅액과 투명 건식 접착제를 압착시키는 코팅물 코팅부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전이형 코팅 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나 이상의 전이형 인쇄 방법 또는 제5항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 전이형 인쇄장치 또는 제14항의 전이형 코팅 장치에 의해 제조된 피인쇄체.
