Abstract

 以下の(1)~(3)の条件を全て満たすカーボンナノチューブ集合体;(1)体積抵抗率が1×10-5Ω・cmから5×10-3Ω・cmである;(2)透過型電子顕微鏡で観測した時に100本中50本以上のカーボンナノチューブが2層カーボンナノチューブである;(3)10°C/分で昇温した時の熱重量測定での200°Cから400°Cの重量減少が5%から20%である。高い導電性を有するカーボンナノチューブ集合体およびこのカーボンナノチューブ集合体の簡便で収率よい製造方法を提供することを課題とする。
