Abstract

 半導体発光素子を用いた半導体発光装置を有する照明装置であって、出力光の合成を安定に行い光の分離を抑制し且つ色調可変となし、また、発光装置駆動のための制御を可及的に簡潔なものとする。半導体発光素子、及び蛍光体を備え、該半導体発光素子からの発光及び該発光で励起し蛍光する該蛍光体からの発光により、もしくは該半導体発光素子からの発光で励起し蛍光する該蛍光体からの発光により、外部に対して光を出射する半導体発光装置を、発光色が異なる複数種、集積配置した発光部を有する照明装置であって、各半導体発光装置の発光色は、UCS(u、v)表色系(CIE1960)のuv色度図において、黒体輻射軌跡からの偏差duvが、-0.02≦duv≦0.02の範囲内に収まり、複数種の半導体発光装置が集積配置された発光部からのそれぞれの出力光が混合して外部に出射される。
