Abstract

 従来よりも空判別の精度の高い液体還元剤判別装置を提案する。この液体還元剤判別装置は、液体還元剤の貯蔵タンクに濃度センサ及び水位センサを備え、濃度センサに基づく濃度に加えて水位センサに基づく水位も利用して空判別を行うようにしたことを特徴とする(ステップ3及びステップ5)。液体還元剤の残量が十分あるにもかかわらず、濃度センサに気泡が付着して空を示す誤信号が出ていても、このときには水位センサが空を示す信号を出さないので、誤判別が防止され、従来に比べ正確な判別を実施できる。
