Abstract

Schichtverbund auf einem Substrat, wobei mindestens eine Einzelschicht des Schichtverbunds kubisches Bornitrid enthält und über eine Abscheidung hergestellt ist. Aufgabe ist es, einen derartigen Schichtverbund mit einer verbesserten Haftfestigkeit vorzuschlagen. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass das kubische Bornitrid Sauerstoff enthält, welches während der Abscheidung zugegeben wird.
