Claims (8)
- 立方晶窒化硼素(cBN)粒子と前記cBN粒子を結合するための結合材とを含む高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体において、
40体積%以上85体積%以下のcBN粒子と、
残部結合材が周期律表第4a、5aおよび6a族元素の窒化物、炭化物、硼化物、酸化物ならびにこれらの固溶体からなる群の中から選択された少なくとも一種とアルミニウム化合物と不可避不純物からなり、
焼結体中のcBN粒子がMgを0.03質量%以下、かつLiを0.001質量%以上0.05質量%以下含有することを特徴とする高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。 - 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Mgを0.01質量%以下、かつLiを0.01質量%以上0.03質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Ca、Sr、BaおよびBeの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で0.001質量%以上0.3質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Si、GaおよびLaの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で0.001質量%以上0.5質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Ca、Sr、BaおよびBeの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で0.01質量%以上0.1質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記焼結体中のcBN粒子が、Si、GaおよびLaの元素から選ばれた一種以上を合計で0.05質量%以上0.3質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。
- 前記のcBN焼結体中に含有される酸素量が5質量%以下、かつ結合材中のAl量が5質量%以上40質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の高強度高熱伝導性立方晶窒化硼素焼結体。
