  • Pushing onto one another can be further promoted by heating the surfaces to be pushed onto one another.

  • the cohesion of the polyethylene material, and thus the prestress in the pipeline section is maintained, whilst, on the other hand, a significant reduction in the coefficient of friction, and thus of the shearing forces, is obtained.

Such pipeline sections can then be welded to one another at the end faces to produce the desired length. According to a second possibility an adaptor, for example the T-shaped adaptor 8 shown in Fig. 7, can be produced using such a pipeline section 7 according to the invention. Three pipeline sections 7 are needed for this T-shaped adaptor 8, which pipeline sections 7 are joined to one another by the weld seams 9, 10 (see Fig. 7).

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une section pré-étirée (7) de canalisation en plastique, consistant à fournir un première section (2) de tube en plastique; à fournir une seconde section (3) de tube en plastique dont le diamètre intérieur est plus petit que le diamètre extérieur de la première section (2) de tube; à modifier les dimensions transversales d'au moins une extrémité (5) de la première section de tube de sorte que l'extrémité de la seconde section (3) de tube puisse être ajustée sur ladite extrémité (6) de la première section (2) de tube; à amener par poussée les sections de tube (2, 3) l'une sur l'autre, de sorte que des contraintes de compression sont produites dans la première section (2) intérieure du tube et des contraintes de tension étant produites dans la seconde section (3) extérieure du tube.
