Abstract

L'invention concerne un foret utilisé pour réaliser un trou dans un tissu osseux, comportant une partie de fixation et un embout de perçage qui est assemblé, de façon libérable, avec la partie de fixation, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'accouplement. Ce foret se caractérise en ce que: le dispositif d'accouplement comporte une tige, se trouvant sur l'une des deux pièces, et une douille, pourvue d'un alésage complémentaire de ladite tige, se trouvant sur l'autre pièce et dans laquelle ladite tige peut être insérée, et, en outre, un dispositif de blocage servant à empêcher un déplacement relatif entre la partie de fixation et l'embout de perçage, de telle sorte qu'à l'état accouplé, la tige s'étend dans l'alésage et l'embout de perçage est bloqué contre la partie de fixation; la partie de fixation et l'embout de perçage présentent chacun un alésage destiné à être traversé par un agent de refroidissement, l'alésage pour agent de refroidissement d'une de ces parties présentant une ouverture débouchant dans l'alésage de la douille et l'alésage pour agent de refroidissement de l'autre partie présentant une ouverture débouchant dans la zone de la section de la tige qui, à l'état accouplé, est logée dans la douille, de telle sorte qu'à l'état accouplé, une liaison permettant l'écoulement de l'agent de refroidissement de la partie de retenue jusqu'à l'embout de perçage est établie.
