Abstract

L'invention concerne des chélateurs N-alkylpeptidiques, leurs complexes métalliques avec des radionucléides, des procédés pour leur préparation et des compositions radiopharmaceutiques contenant ces composés. L'invention concerne également des produits radiopharmaceutiques contenant ces chélates sous une forme complexée avec des métaux, des trousses de diagnostic dans lesquelles le chélate peut se présenter sous une forme non complexée et être complexé par addition d'ions technétium ou rhénium, et elle concerne également l'utilisation de ces préparations à des fins diagnostiques et thérapeutiques.
