Abstract

La nouveauté, dans un presse-légumes servant à presser de l'ail (15), par exemple, réside dans le fait que le plongeur (4) est divisé en deux parties se déplaçant réciproquement, notamment une plaque de pression (11) faisant face à la chambre de pression (11), et une plaque d'expulsion (7) fixée à l'arrière de la plaque de pression (11) et qui comprend des éléments d'expulsion (6) en forme de doigts faisant saillie à travers les trous correspondants (12) dans la plaque de pression (11), alors qu'une pile de ressorts à disques annulaires (14), retenue par des éléments d'arrêt (13), tend à éloigner les deux éléments l'un de l'autre. La plaque d'expulsion (7) est reliée à une broche filetée (8) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle la force de pression est appliquée, et, lorsque l'on presse la gousse d'ail (15), les ressorts annulaires (14) maintiennent la plaque de pression (11) à une distance maximale par rapport à la plaque d'expulsion (7). Lorsque la gousse est complètement pressée, cependant, et que la plaque de pression (11) entre en contact avec le fond (2) de la chambre de pression (1), les ressorts annulaires (14) sont comprimés et les éléments en forme de doigts (6) de la plaque d'expulsion (7) pénètrent dans les trous (3) pratiqués dans le fond (2) afin de pousser la pâte d'ail restante hors des trous.
