Abstract

Представлен новый способ получения эсциталопрама. Способ включает хроматографическое разделение энантиомеров соединения, которое является промежуточным при получении циталопрама, с применением хиральной неподвижной фазы, такой как Chiralpak™ AD или Chiralcel™ OD.Также представлены новые хиральные промежуточные соединения для синтеза эсциталопрама, которые получены указанным способом.
