Abstract

Винахід належить до генетичної інженерії, зокрема до синтезу мітогенного ендотеліального білку методом рекомбінантних ДНК. Спосіб експресії мітогенного білку ендотеліальних клітин людини в Escherichla colі полягає у виділенні мРНК із витяжки стовбура мозку людини, одержання із мРНК полі(А+)мРНК, синтезі кДНК за допомогою вказаної мряк, клонуванні кДнк у вектор лямбда gt10 або лямбда gt11, відборі клонів к днк, кодуванні мітогенного білку ендотеліальних клітин шляхом гібридизації вказаних клонів з олігонуклеотидною пробою, що має визначену нуклеотидну послідовність.
