Claims (21)
- 인간의 내피성 세포 생장인자를 암호화한 DNA 서열을 발현시킬 수 있는 복제가능한 발현벡터를 적합한 숙주내에 도입하고 언급된 숙주를 형질전환시켜 재조합 숙주를 수득한 다음 언급된 내피성 세포 생장인자-암호화 cDNA서열이 발현되도록 하는 조건하에서 언급된 재조합 숙주를 배양하여 내피성 세포 생장인자를 생성함을 특징으로하여, 인간의 내피성 세포성장 인자를 생성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 내피성 세포 생장인자를 회수하는 추가의 단게를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 발현벡터가 박테리오 파아지인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 박테리오 파아지가 람다gt10및 람다gt11로 이루어진 그룹중 하나인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 발현벡터가 플라스미드인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 플라스미드가 pBR322로 부터 유도되는 방법.
